The parking garage needs to be cleaned out with a strong solution. It smells like urine. Horrible.

Dr. Slattery is an outstanding surgeon, and spends time with me at each visit to listen to any comments I wish to make. He takes the time to explain how I can continue to take care of my ears. He is the best!

Dr Slattery was patient, caring, and knowledgeable. My issue is a difficult issue to understand and care for. So I was very happy with his care.

Inconvenient location.

The Doctor did speak when he came into the office,, but he never addresse me by my name and the problem that I have he never pronounce the name of the disease he did examine me and explain what was happening with my hearing and he did give me a booklet to read.

My ear surgery with Dr Slattery was in 2018. I see him 2 to 3 times a year. Every visit he has taken the time to answer all my questions, never rushes me. He is a professional, kind and always goes above and beyond. Great Doctor. (PHI removed)

Being patient on time.

Had to wait in exam room for over 1 hour for the dr. Other than that all excellent. This was the first time that happened.

Dr. Slattery and the whole experience has been great. It was a little hard to get an appointment, but I got it. And he took care of me over 20 years ago, and I appreciated his assistance and kindness. And the whole office was exceptionally nice. So I had a good experience, and thank you very much. I am a nurse at another hospital and do appreciate the care and appreciate the service that I received and the comfort knowing that I'm okay. Thank you.

Everything was above and beyond amazing! I had hoped to get some more definitive answers and ear relief, but understand that more tests need to be done to get closer to finding the answers and treatment for my problems. Yes, I believe I pressed the wrong button. I would definitely recommend Dr. Slattery to anybody. I think I mistakenly pressed one, which I thought was a no. I should have pressed two. Yes, I would definitely remember Dr. Slattery. He is a superstar.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:30. Wednesday arrived early because traffic is unpredictable in the rain We were not called into an exam room until 12:40!!! No apologies for the delay. I was not expecting to be called into an exam room at exactly 11:30, HOWEVER, I did not expect to wait over AN HOUR, especially with no explanation...

THE WORST Front office staff you could imagine are working at Dr Slaterry's office! They are rude, unprofessional, mean and they do not follow Dr's instructions to book a procedure, or give a F/ U appointment.

Dr. Slattery not only is a very experienced doctor with knowledge above surpassed, his knowledge has surpassed every other doctor that I have seen. He is very kind, he's incredibly caring and trying to do his best in every way that's possible to help you to problem your solve and get better. And I am very appreciative for his work, for his caring, for his mannerism and everything that he does. I definitely, definitely, definitely recommend Dr. Slattery to everyone.

Dr. Slattery is the BEST!!!!!

I had a 1:45 PM appointment and arrived about 1:35 PM. I was taken into a room within about 10 minutes. I did see Dr. Slattery's fellow within a reasonable amount of time, but I did not see Dr. Slattery until about 2:35 p.m. I understand that Dr. Slattery is very busy, but it would be nice if someone stopped in to just give us an update on his timing.

I was so pleased with my experience with Dr. Slattery, he has a wonderful bedside manner and answered all my questions thoughtfully and more important than anything he gave me hope that I will be well again. I am so grateful to be under the care of such a knowledgable and professional doctor as Dr. Slattery.

A special thank you to the office staff who worked to schedule my hearing test and appointment on the same day as I had to drive 3 hours for this appointment.

Dr. Slattery is an amazing doctor. He's a wonderful clinician, surgeon, and researcher. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Slattery. I've known him for over 20 years. He has never wavered in his efforts to do the best where he can for his patients.

I was happy to get feedback from my Dr on my visit Friday.

Dr Slattery is one of my very favorite doctors that I see on a regular basis. I trust his professional expertise and appreciate his communication with me. My appointments are usually just a few minutes but I feel we are able to discuss everything necessary. He is a brilliant doctor in every way. Dr Slattery's assistant is all business but very nice. It would be more helpful if the front desk acted like they actually appreciate/like their jobs.

Doctor was great. Scheduling staff was not. I take a bus downtown, almost 2 hour trip each way. On two different appointments I called the day before and was told I no longer have the appointment as the doctor has surgery and our computer system is down. I don't trust front office. Have to be very proactive with scheduling.

Over an hour wait time. Too long!!!

Timely visit

Thanks to Doctor William Slattery great doctor explained everything clearly, and his assistant was nice too. For the first Time calling the office to set up appointment I had a great service with (name removed) very passion took the time to explain everything from appointment and makes clear specially about the address and parking , cause 2 addresses the same, week later I called back to confirm my appointment spoke with (name removed) she was very nice too. Honestly very rare lately when calling office to get good service. When I got there the front desk provide a good service too. 5 stars + off course . Thanks to all of you.

Dr Slattery was fantastic. But, the office staff scheduled an appointment for me that ended up not being booked, so when I called the day before my appointment they said nothing had been scheduled. It was very upsetting.

The staff is all very kind, and Dr. Slattery is a great, attentive doctor. However I was incredibly disappointed in the wait time. My appointment was scheduled at 2:15pm and I arrived on time, however I did not see the doctor until almost 4pm. On a weekday I schedule appointments out very carefully for work, and waiting nearly 2 hours to see the ENT for ~15min is not acceptable to me.

Waited 1 1/2 hours to be seen by Dr Slattery for max 10 mins. The time w Dr S was fine-did all he needed to do. But the wait was crazy long. Also they scheduled me for 1.30pm hearing test which was done before 2pm but my Dr S appt was not until 2.30pm ( didn't get seen until almost 4pm)

I love the customer service that I received from entering the office with the staff at the front desk. I wanted to give special recognition to (name removed), who really worked with myself and my primary office to get my referral and codes and things. She went beyond that, even though it was not her era, but their era. I love the nurse practitioner that took me in and also the clerk that brought me to the room and the doctor I truly love. My ear exam was something that I had never experienced before and I was really happy with my experience and I felt so comfortable.

As long as I have choice to make it will always be House !

I think William Slattery is terrific. I think (name removed) was terrific, but I also think you guys should start doing your own homework in other ways, rather than asking people all these questions. But that being said, I very much appreciate House Clinic, and I'm glad you're there, and I'm glad you have the people that you do.

The doctor was excellent. Both the audiologists and the ear specialist, the doctors were excellent, So, I'm pleased with the doctors' service, the examination, and everything they did for me as a patient. It was excellent, very satisfactory. That's all my comment. Thank you. Thank you.

I was impressed with (name removed). She heard my concern and gave me an appointment within the week. She emailed me to make sure I received her email about my appointment. Both the providers treated me with respect. However I was nervous walking to my car and will valet next time. There are a lot of unhoused people on the street.

The front desk staff is rude. Always.

Hi, my name is Dr. (PHI removed). I was seen by Dr. Slattery last Friday, a week ago today. Appointment went well. I'd seen him before many years ago. Appointment with him was great. The thing that concerned me the most was the callback I got from the PHI office with a woman, I believe her name was(name removed). Probably calling from a call center. She called me and asked me if I wanted to reschedule, create a surgical appointment time with a different physician, one who I had not seen, and set up the surgical dates for him. When I contacted her back saying that I had never seen that physician, that I saw

Very professional

I arrived at 3:45 PM but wasn't seen by the doctor until 6:00 PM. I was asked to do an unscheduled audiology test, and there was confusion about whether I was even on the schedule. There was poor communication throughout, long wait times, and I felt forgotten at one point. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disorganized.

Excellent experience. Dr and Fellow were outstanding

Dr. Slattery, the other physicians and the people in his office are flat out amazing. They are what keeps me coming back to PIH. What is very difficult is the supporting organization. It took months for PIH to be able to correctly get me a referral for a MRI that was to be done out of the area. There's a bit of a break down at that level.

Appreciate doctor and staff responsiveness

The online check-in was great, and then when I got there, they were very welcoming and courteous, very spacious waiting room, clean. The resident that saw me first cleaned out my ear, explained everything that was going on, what he was looking at, and allowed me to take pictures I had actually never seen in my ears. I had a surgery on my left ear, and then I had, or need a surgery on my right, rather. So it was just helpful to explain everything he was doing, what he was looking at, what each part was. So it was very comforting and great. So I appreciate it.

Will always try to get in to see Dr Slattery. Wish he would go to Bakersfield. HE IS THE BEST and i have complete trust in him! Even if it takes me 4 to 5 hours to get there.

I was very happy with the treatment I got, except that they kept me waiting in the reception area for hours after my scheduled appointment until I was taken. Scheduling is off.

Dr Slattery has been amazing ? Hes kind and informative and has helped me tremendously with my recent surgeries and understanding the medical procedures. I am grateful for him!

Your system on its call to me, my phone showed potential spam and I got upset temporarily. Like I do whenever I get spam calls. And but then it soon turned into a legitimate call regarding Dr. Slattery, who was fantastic. But you may want to look into changing or addressing that spam issue that seemingly was associated with your call.

Dr. Slattery and his team are awesome!

Dr. Slattery was patient as I explained my symptoms. He listened intently without interruption. He then examined my ears and made his suggestion about inserting a tube in my eardrum to remove the moisture behind the eardrum. He carefully explained the pros and cons (temporary hearing reduction) thoroughly to me. I decided to go ahead with the tube insertion. He explained each step of the procedure as I thrillingly watched on the monitor. I truly appreciated Dr. Slattery's skill and demeanor during the surgery. I am 100% satisfied with this office visit and inpatient surgery. Kudos to Dr. Slattery.

Yes, I didn't hear the first questions correctly, so I didn't punch in correctly. But I was most pleased with my visit with the doctor when I saw him on Thursday. And I would certainly be willing to recommend him to anyone. I felt so much better after I left his office. Thank you very much.

the rooms ( waiting room and exam room were extremely cold) I would say freezing other patients also complained

Parking Challenging

Everybody was very nice. It was very, very disorganized. It has been the last three times I've visited. But that's part of the problem. And Dr. Slattery, I believe he's an expert at what he does. He's probably a really great doctor, but he's very, he rushes. But that's it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Slattery's for almost 25 years. He's great. I trust him implicitly. And (name removed) at the front desk is wonderful. Great experience, this visit.

I am very thankful that I had the expertise of Dr. Slattery to help me with the existing problem with my ear. I believe Dr Slattery is one of the best physicians I've seen in many years. He is smart and I feel he actually cares about how I'm feeling and what I have to say. We've developed a nice relationship over the years and we can have a good conversation without wasting time. I don't love the drive to downtown LA but he is worth the honest care I receive.

They were very well organized, professional, how you recommend them.

I waited four hours for the doctor. I was told the next day he would call me. No call was made. I was told he was out of town for four or five days from now. I spoke to his fellow who had no idea what was going on. I was told that my report was sent to an audiologist who was going to get back to me today. I never heard from anyone. I asked for the doctor's report and the fellow was hesitant to send it to me. I was unable to identify the audiologist who reviewed my report.

Excellent service and excellent provider!

I saw Dr Slattery and he was great. I owe my life to him and the House Clinic staff. He removed a cancerous tumor out of my right ear. It was a life changing event but with his help I have learned to cope with my hearing loss and can do everything I did before my surgery. I am a singer and it took a while before I could sing with a band again. My feeling when their is the will there is a way to cope with all adversity. God Bless the House Clinic and Dr Slattery!!!!!!
