Dr. Sriram has been my provider for 7 years. II have been treated by the utmost respect by the MD and by the office staff.

Difficult to reschedule if you want change appointment.

Yes, I'm very happy that I was finally yet to see my doctor since it's been, I don't know, a year or two since I haven't seen her. So I'm great that I saw her. Although I did forget a question that I wanted to ask her after I left, I had to leave a message in the front desk so they can send the message to her and she can get back to me. And I'm still waiting on that message to be sent to her and so she can call me.

I wouldn't change my primary doctor at anytime. I'm extremely pleased with her treatment and that of her staff. I highly recommend Dr. Vinodhini Sriram.

Yes, this provider was not my primary, understood. I went in there for a referral. I asked for a second referral regarding a mass on my back where I explained that it's uncomfortable. I feel like it hurts. It hurts. It burns. And when she described what kind of mask it was, she said that it was in my head because those don't hurt. I did not appreciate that. I feel it. I want it taken care of and she said that it was a cosmetic thing. And as of today, I still have not received the authorization to see the general surgeon for the removal of this mask.

The nursing staff was efficient and helpful and the doctor was thorough. I was seen almost immediately and after the nurse too l my vitals the doctor saw me right away. The office runs extremely efficiently. It is clean and well stocked.

Hi, I went in not knowing specifically what I had. I was diagnosed with shingles, but the doctor seemed very nonchalant about it. And I don't know if it was me not feeling well enough, or I don't think I was given an explanation on what to do with it. I did wind up calling the nurse's hotline to see if, okay, I got shingles, what do I do now? And she referred me to be reseen. So I was disappointed. And the other thing is I don't know if just with the shingles, I had it in my face, and if I was like kind of overwhelmed and confused. But I wanted to know what my follow-up or kind of like just some common sense of what to do.

Dr. SRIRAM actually saved my life by scheduling my colonoscopy after I kept cancelling prior appointments. She took charge and had me do it. The doctor that did the Colonoscopy told me that I came at the right time because I had a very large pollyp that could have turned cancerous. Very thankful to her!!!

This office being equipped with x-ray and a blood lab is beyond awesome.

Hi, I feel that for this office, it's hard to get an appointment in a timely manner. And after waiting maybe five to six months to be seen, there are concerns that maybe the patient may list down that are several items. And when we get to the appointment and going over this list, Dr. Sriram did mention that she didn't have time and that I need to schedule another appointment. And I did relay that scheduling appointments with her takes up to six months to see her. And that's the reason why we needed to list so many things down. Now, at that time, she said she had to go to another patient, but I think I waited my months to be seen.

I felt very rushed. When it's an annual physical, I shouldn't feel rushed at all. The provider should take time to listen to all the patients' needs and not just like a piece of cattle where I'm rushed through the line. It takes me months and months to get an appointment. I want to be heard and listened to and not rushed at all.

Overall, this whole process is streamlined with the being able to check in early on the techs that we get. What a difference this appointment was from the past few appointments. There were not too many patients in the office and I was called in exactly on time. This goes to show that when providers are not overwhelmed with appointments every 15 minutes, they can spend more time and give better care. The healthcare industry really needs to treat all its clients (patients and providers) the way they would want to be treated and not make everything about the bottom line.

The new policy of getting followup appointments before you leave the office has made it much easier and less stressful to see my doctor in a timely manner. Especially when a followup appointment is required. Oftentimes it was difficult to see the doctor within the timeframe required for a followup appointment. The new policy makes more sense and is a relief to patients.
