Timothy H. Almazan MD is a medical dermatologist who is board certified in both internal medicine and dermatology. He received additional fellowship training in the treatment of cutaneous lymphomas. Dr. Almazan was inspired to pursue a career in medicine by the many nurses in his family, all of whom demonstrated the importance of compassionate patient care. Dr. Almazan enjoys how dermatology allows him to manage a variety of skin conditions across many age groups. He is a huge proponent of team-based care. Dr. Almazan’s background in internal medicine grants him a better understanding of complex conditions that affect both the outside of the body (the skin) and the inside of the body too.
Dr. Almazan is a California native who enjoys spending time with his family, trying new foods, and traveling.
