I look forward to seeing her again. She really showed an interest and cared about my problem.

First of all, when I made the appointment, it was an offshore office that I could not understand. There was noise in the background. It was very unprofessional. Second of all, my original appointment was with Dr. (name removed), but not until two and a half months out. It's ridiculous and I'm very dissatisfied. Thank you.

I was given the best patient treatment by all the staff during my appointment.

They tell you to make a follow up appointment for six months but the front desk tells you they can't book that far out and they will call you and schedule the appointment when their system allows. They never called. I remembered a couple months before I should be seen and they scheduled an appointment. Then I get a phone call that the doctor will be on vacation at the time of the appointment and they move out my appointment about a month or so. After this appointment, same comment from front desk, they will call me to schedule because they cannot book that far out.

The provider was very detailed and listened very well.

I felt this provider did not have the information that should have informed her prescription and medicine, as well as the plan that I needed. She prescribed a prescription that was going to be interactive with another medication, and that was not seen as a problem or considered during the appointment. Also, she gave me incorrect information about a test that I learned, attempted to learn from my doctor, would not require going out to Erzon. So the test was a SIBO test that I could do this other.

Ms. Susette Grosveld is a very competent, professional and caring physician's assistant. I saw her about a digestive health issue, and she ordered a procedure to assist her in diagnosing the problem. She has been my digestive health provider, along with the doctor for whom she works, for several years. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs digestive health care.

Everything went perfect.

Every time I go to the office, the doctors or whoever associate it doesn't listen to the pain that I'm having and they give me the runaround. I've been going there for two years. I still have pain. There's no solution. They just keep telling me to give me a pill and they keep telling me there's nothing they can do. I don't understand what other tests it can be done, which I've been researching and they don't want to push it to give me the correct test to give me a final determination what's going on. to have cancer one day because they want to prolong it so they can be building me more money on top of that. I don't understand the issue with these doctors. It's a simple solution to give me the proper test and they can get an image, see what's going on or what's building inside of my body instead of before it's too late.

The Physician Assistant was professional, thoroughly helpful, and kind. She gave me information to help me lose weight and/or maintain it.

The medical assistant was very good. Cheerful, courteous and respectful. (name removed) as usual outstanding.

I let Susette know that I was still having pain on my left side where the spleen was punctured by Dr. Ashook during my colonoscopy and she refused to do another CT scan to see if I'm still bleeding. Now today is Sunday the 12th and my side is still hurting. I don't know why she doesn't ever want to do any treatment. It's a waste of time for anybody to go see her. She's not a good physician assistant at all. I would not recommend anybody to go see her. She doesn't listen to the patient at all. She does what she wants to do and it's never anything having to do with a treatment to a patient. That's why I stopped seeing her.

The doctor didn't seem to have as much urgency to the issues that I was there for. It felt a little bit more like brushed off and that's all.

I usually see Dr (name removed) and it was my first visit with Susette and I liked her very much. She was patient with me and made excellent suggestions.

SUSETTE was excellent and she gave me free samples of a new drug for acid reflex.

This is a wife of (PHI removed) and our main appointment that we wanted to get into the office was with Dr. (name removed). And the appointment was for April the 20th, and we felt that that was too long. That's where we went to see Suzette. Suzette was wonderful, and when she told us that he needed to go to the ER, that's where we went. And my husband, (PHI removed), is still at the ER and trying to get the abscess taken care of in his stomach, in the liver, and in the colon. But she was wonderful. We figure, but the point is we don't know whether he's going to have surgery or not, but I don't want him to come home if he's going to go relaxing and go backwards.

The Susette F Grosveld was very disrespectful and I had to stop her and tell her this. I went in for a sonogram for my liver but she walked me to the front desk and had me reschedule.

Susette is a very nice, friendly provider that is easy to talk to.

I do not think previous patients should have to show insurance and ID cards for every time, unless one time only if there is a change. It wastes time for existing patients. Please don't ask for these.

She helped me to clarify & give direction to a long lasting problem I have been living with

The provider is always very professional, asks about current drugs taken, the effects of these drugs, any other questions, and sets me up for any additional tests she deems appropiate.
