Dr Melnik is a gentle soul who's medical care is unmatched. I felt listened to and he explained things slowly and carefully. I didn't feel rushed and I love that we sat in his office to talk.

This doctor was more worried of how I felt and also the history to determine the cause that I keep going back and going back. He really wanted to help and I'm very extremely happy that he still is going to follow up with me to make sure that I'm doing well.

Dr made me feel comfortable and heard. He didn't time discussing the matters and help me understand what I am going through. Loved this Dr.

I liked Dr. Melnik, first time in a long time I had a very good gynecologist to see me. He was very nice very thorough very good at explaining why things or symptoms happen the way they do for being a diabetic. I felt very comfortable with him and his assistant I recommend him to any new patient very pleased with my visit with Dr. Marc D Melnik and his assistant.

i usually see whoever is available, which is what led me to see Dr. Melnick. This was hands down the best experience i've had at PIH HEALTH, ever and i've been coming here my whole life. after my exam, Dr invited me to his office so he could explain what's going on in a more comfortable less vulnerable space- this was such a thoughtful gesture. and i'll never forget it. 10/10 experience more doctors should follow his example.

I have been a patient of Dr.Melnik's for over 37 years. He is still as caring a doctor now as he was 37 years ago. I wish there were more doctors like him

When I made the appointment I was treated with so much respect the appointment scheduler was nice, courteous, and professional. The medical assistant who took care of me in the back was awesome and wonderful and so professional the back office staff was fabulous.. the front office staff was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. It was the worst experience I ever had when I walked in. I was asked if I had an appointment I said yes she said give me your $20 copayment asked if I wanted a receipt told me to sit down. I was never greeted. There was no smile. There was no interaction. It was cold as ice and so unprofessional. The two girls that sat at the front reception. Desk were gossiping and talking about everything and everyone never asked anything to me. There was no greeting. It was horrible absolutely horrible then when my appointment was over, I walked out. They never said goodbye to me. They never said thank you for coming. They never said anything. They continue to talk amongst one another. it was horrible absolutely unprofessional and horrible. I just looked at them thinking they were gonna say goodbye thank you for coming. Have a nice day they did not even look at me. They did not acknowledge me. It was the worst experience I ever had in my life being that I was a previous 25 year employee with this company. I was treated with so much respect and dignity by the back office, the medical assistant who took me to the room and took my blood pressure and asked me questions why I was there was so kind and professional. I wanted to tell her about how I was treated at the front desk, but I don't feel it was my position to do so I was treated with so much respect by Dr. Melnik. He took so much time with me. He is so professional and nice but his front office staff. The date of this visit was the most worst experience ever they never said hello how are you? They just ignored me. I was the only one in the waiting room, the only person that I even showed up 30 minutes early before my appointment they are horrible.

It was my first time a Dr took time to listen only concerns & explain every throughly.

The staff, since I entered, along with the doctor, were very prompt in the intention and care I received. They immediately called in my prescription. They did a follow-up call. The scheduling was done in a turnaround service very quickly. I was very pleased with the way they handled my care, and I would definitely go back when I needed it.

Hi, I would just like to say that Dr. Seymour was so nice and sweet. As soon as he walked into the office, I mean, to the like, the exam room, he sat down at my level and he introduced himself. He shook my hand and he said that he had all the time that was needed to hear what my concerns were. I was able to discuss with him the symptoms that I was having and then he examined me and after, which I thought was really nice that, he had to do like a vaginal exam. Of course, the nurse was present. But after he did the exam, he gave me a tissue to wipe myself, which I thought that was very nice. A lot of providers don't do that. They don't give you, a tissue to wipe yourself after. And he told me that I could meet with him in his office to further explain

I'm going through a very scary time with my recent breast cancer diagnosis. I made an appointment with Dr. Melnik in a pinch when I experienced some breakthrough bleeding. He was extremely kind and reassuring. He made sure so felt safe and explained why my body was reacting to this news the way it was. He comforted me with kind words and was very gentle during the exam. He's an older man with a lot of experience and certainly cares for his patients. To him, I was a total stranger but it felt like I'd known him a lifetime. I highly recommend seeing him before he retires.

The entire treatment and service were excellent, with Dr. Magnet and Dr. Meca's father. I am grateful. Thank you very much.

What I liked a lot was the attention and how much time they took to explain everything and answer all my questions. The staff was very kind. The only thing that frustrated me was the time. My appointment was at 10:15, but I wasn't seen in the office until 11:00. So, I ended up waiting about 20 minutes outside and then more time in the office. That's the only issue, as time was a bit tight. Thank you.

Dr. Melnik is truly outstanding. He throughly explained my diagnosis and the various courses of action available to address my issues. He was kind and gentle and put me totally at ease. I came away from his office with optimism and peace of mind. His many years of experience have made him a gifted doctor. I feel very lucky to have access to his expertise.
