I get the feeling that Dr. Seyedali was not happy to be my doctor. She sat really far from me and was not able to, I didn't really understand what she was saying because she was wearing a mask. So it was not a pleasant experience for me. She's not really my, has not been my doctor. My doctor was a (name removed). And I think she's overworked. She needs help. Dr. (name removed) needs to be replaced by somebody else. She has too many patients, I think. I get the feeling that she's not happy with all the patients she has. She was not with me that long. And I saw in the notes that she was with me for 45 minutes. She was not with me for 45 minutes or 40 minutes. She was in a hurry to leave. So not happy at all. I want a new doctor.

Dr. Seyedali is very compassionate about her job and her patients. I think she really likes me and she really cares about my well-being. Thank you very much.

I wanted to schedule my next appointment, why does my doctor work only M-TH and leaves before 4pm?? Impossible to schedule at a decent time.

Dr. Seyedali is a compassionate, caring physician who answers all my questions and makes herself available if I, in the course of conversation, if something else pops up. She anticipates that and gives me answers, takes care of me quickly, efficiently, and I look forward to seeing her again.

I check in online but there is ALWAYS a line and it's because you have both people checking in and checking out. When I'm done with my appointment, I would like to be able to check out and go home but you have to get back in this long line to make an appointment for follow up and it's for multiple doctors. There has to be a better system.

I feel like my visit was rush. She give me a new medication for my osteoporosis but does not tell me about the side effect. And given my age 74, I forgot to ask until I got home.

The provider, nurse and the PA were great, friendly and professional. The only feedback I have is about the receptionist who checked me in at registration desk that as soon as I arrived at the desk to check myself in (remember it was my first appointment ever and first interaction at PIH), another patient who was there left and the receptionist was very rude to me. I only approached her at the desk and before I say hi, she aggressively said I'm not done yet. I will call you. It was very disappointing first interaction unfortunately but the doctor's' staff and the doctor herself were amazing so I decided not to say anything.

The doctor was very nice. The office was very nice. She's too busy for happening to be a doctor. She has too much workload. It's very discouraging. I missed being with my friend who just lost his son because I couldn't get an appointment for four months. I'm not, this will probably be the last polio shot I'll ever get because it's just too difficult and too much trouble. I don't know how important these polio shots are, but obviously they're not very important for people or you could talk to a doctor about them. Thank you. Goodbye.

What you can improve on is hire more rheumatologists so that we're seeing in a timely manner. It took me five months to see Dr. Seyedali. That is not acceptable.

I did not see Dr Seyedali. I saw a nurse to get an injection.

Dr. Seyedali is thorough, caring and takes her time addressing my concerns. Her assistant is also helpful and efficient.

This provider is very nice, very pleasant. She is very hard to see. We need to have another rheumatologist in our network. One does not serve the purpose of all the people who need her services. That's the biggest thing you could do. She's very, very thoughtful, but I don't feel she has enough time to devote. I always feel like I have to hurry up and say what I've got to say. Anyway. That's the biggest thing. Thank you.

This is the second time that I was seen by my doctor 40 minutes after my appt. This makes it difficult for people trying to get back to work. Not sure of doctor is always running late, but no one in the office comes out shares if doctor is running behind in their schedule. I used to work in a doctor's office and we always had a receptionist keep up with Amy of our doctor's schedules in running behind and would kindly let patients know in the waiting room.

I lost some faith in PIH associated with their slow and anguished recovery from the cybersecurity breach which seriously disrupted communication and service. Dr. Seyedali and her nurse (name removed) have been solid, reliable and supportive in treatment of my osteoporosis. Lori went above and beyond to help reschedule an August appointment and facilitate a new Rx in this cycle.

check in was a breeze, my apt started on time. (name removed) is friendly and so helpful with my labs and apts the physician is kind, and very educated to my disease

Yes, I think the communication between the patient and the office is very, very bad and even worse between the doctor. The internet system that they have does not work and can't get a message to the doctor in a timely manner.

You should consider having a separate check in line for those who have already checked in on line. It took over 15 minutes to wait in line to check in. Several of us in line had already checked in on line and only had to show our id to let the office know we were there. If there had been a separate line then many people would be able to check in quicker.

Getting an appt is a problem My appt end of May was cancelled Next regular RA app is Sept 3 My last RA appt was Feb/2025 This was an emergency visit. Extreme pain in right leg. Dr. Seyedali diagnosed bursitis & gave me a cortisone shot. I am still not much better however. Will call her office today. There needs to be more staff to check people in- long line on Monday afternoon PIH needs another rheumatologist in this office. I know a great difficulty at this time. Poor Dr. Seyedali must be overworked to put it mildly

I HAVE recommended Dr Seyedali to my younger Sister when Dr (name removed) left PIH. Unfortunately her appointment originally scheduled for September 2025 was unexpectedly canceled without notice. As my Sister has autoimmune disorders which include fibromyalgia and Sjögren's and needs to be regularly seen by a Rheumatologist, we sought the services of a Doctor OUTSIDE of the Whittier and Santa Fe Springs Offices who would not be as impacted by the shortage of Physicians. Therefore, she will be treated in Downey. As I am an established Patient I hope I will not experience extreme delays in appointment dates as I have come to trust and have the utmost respect for Dr Seyedali and do not fault her for the shortage in Physicians.

Great experience with Dr Sara, I like her very much, she took the time to explain everything to me.

Apparently due to a shortage of Rheumatologists, I'm going to have to get used to waiting 6 months for an appointment and waiting almost an hour in the exam room to see the Doctor. This is not ok and I'm concerned why PIH lost 2 exceptional Doctors in the last 6 months. What is happening. Will I need to look for another medical plan ?

The rheumatology department is severely understaffed. My last several appointments have been rescheduled, all months after the original appointment. Twice I have had to call the office to get on a waitlist for a sooner appointment. Fortunately, in both cases there have been cancellations. Please, hire more Rheumatologist for this department!

They are having problems finding replacement for two doctors, so getting an appointment is a problem.

I did not see the doctor. It was a nurse's visit and all I got was a shot. So it's really sort of invalid for me to judge somebody that I have not seen. Thank you.

Doctor was very thorough explaining everything to me

The doctor was extremely helpful. She explained everything in detail. She was, she showed a great deal of compassion and patience and understanding with me. This was my first visit with a rheumatologist. The staff were exceptional. I had x-rays done and the x-ray technician as well was very kind. And showed just a great deal of care and patience. The lady was very nice. She talked to me. I told her I'd had a headache. She said, had I called my primary care physician? I said, no, because you're the pain doctor. I was coming to see you. Why should I call my primary care physician when you can't get an appointment with them? And she said, put a hitting pad on your neck. That probably will take care of your headaches. guess what? It didn't. She's supposed to be a pain doctor. She didn't even know what strength Tylenol comes in. But she was very interested in getting me a Prolia shot, and that's what the prior doctor had

Doctor Seyedali was very helpful and knowledgeable of what she thought we should do to further help me with my medical situation and I felt like someone was finally listening and caring about my diagnosis of osteoporosis

Dr. (name removed) is wonderful. I trust her with my life. I have gone to see another rheumatologist someplace else and when I found her, I will stick with her forever. My frustration is that she ordered an MRI on my injured arm and that appointment was not available for two weeks. Crazy. Bye.

Yes, good afternoon. Dr. Seyedali's staff is very impressive. They're quick, they're knowledgeable, and I do appreciate their attention. As far as Dr. Seyedali is concerned, she's amazing. She's a good listener, and I do appreciate her visit with me. The only problem that I do have is that I was in need of an earlier appointment because of the medication that I'm taking, and the availability on her schedule just wasn't there. That was the only concern I had. Other than that, I do admire Dr. Seyedali. She's very knowledgeable, and thank you again PIH.

I would like to thank Dr. (name removed) office there and the doctor herself for all the time she gave me, for the explanations that she gave me regarding my questions, and for making me feel so comfortable and not being rushed at all.

Dr. Seyedali has provided excellent care from the very beginning of my journey with this diagnosis.

The doctor and staff were great however the computer system needs work. Dr. couldn't see my scan until after 20+ minutes trying to get it to come. Ended up repeating x-rays for a better look.

Dr.Seyedali, it great! She asks great questions to really know how you are feeling. She sees an issue and makes stat requests. She is all over to prevent any complications.

The provider seemed a little bit too businesslike and not friendly.

This Dr was 30 minutes late, seemed impatient with my 89 yr old mother and wasn't familiar with her history.

Long wait time in the room before she arrives and long wait time after the the Doctor left

My doctor prescribed Prolia in October 2024. The medication was approved by my insurance in November 2024, and I have had to call to follow up with PIH several times per month for four months to prompt PIH to request the Rx from the pharmacy and schedule my appointment. The experience was very frustrating and discouraging and has led me to consider changing my provider from PIH to another group.

It was so busy overall everyone was professional Dr Seyedali was professional and kind . However when I schedule an MRI on first floor they said they no longer schedule and sent me back to Reumatology where only one person was doing the whole hospital schedule it's not fare that only one person does the mri and cray schedule for all the hospital the hospital need a bigger scheduling team the poor lady was dealing with many people and calls that's the only issue I had and she was kind but this is not efficient
