Yes, I went over there for an issue with my wrist. There was a bump or a cyst or something popped out and I asked them to check it. And they took an x-ray and he told me it was arthritis and it's not arthritis. That bump just recently popped out the last month or so and to me I felt like he just blew me off just to get me out of there and said it was arthritis. He took an x-ray and then they called me back and told me that it was arthritis. I had somebody else look at it, a chiropractor and he said it's a cyst. So I don't think he really paid attention to what I was talking to him about. So I was kind of dissatisfied with that.

I am pleased to see the new chair arrangement in the lobby. There seems to be a little more separation between the family practice and the urgent care.

The nurse was so friendly and very helpful!

I enjoy my visits, everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Felt rushed. Was able to get in quickly with apt so that was good. Once I saw the doctor they didn't even want my paperwork to show my history and felt like they weren't all that interested in what I had to say. Overall just disappointed.

Making an appointment could be a challenge sometimes. I wanted to book an appointment in 6 months, but their schedule next year is not yet available. By the time it is available, I may not get the date/time that I want. My experiences about booking online was worse. I would have to call (and wait for available assistance) most of the time.

First, I'm glad that I was able to schedule my appointment online. Next, it was easy to complete my check-in online, which saved time when I arrived at the check-in desk. I appreciate how quickly I was taken into the examining room. I'm glad that I provided my updates for flu/Covid booster shots and mammogram dates to the nurse. It saved time with the Doctor. It also didn't take long for Doctor Lee to see me. He reviewed my lab results and spent enough time with me. All-in-all, a speedy visit - just how I like it.

Dr. Lee is always thorough in his examinations and listens carefully to my medical concerns.

Dr Lee has been my doc for. Very long time, and we need to book appointments after each visit as he is booked quickly. Book for 6 month revisit immediately! I recommend him highly!

Dr.Lee definitely has a FANTASTIC BED SIDE MANNER which is greatly appreciated when I see a new doctor. He is very patient and courteous when going over your concerns. Also, his office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Scott Lee and the entire staff are great.I truly appreciate the fact that he is so knowledgeable and thorough in going over test results with me. He always listens to all my concerns. and makes sure any questions are answered.My entire family goes to him. He always greets you with a smile and treats you with kindness and respect.

Rude front desk employee, not helpful at all, not helpful with check in process, not helpful when asked for itemized receipt for my FSA. Truly showed that didn't care for me as a patient. I will be making my future visits with virtual dr and try that as I don't see much of a difference. I received the same amount of care and attention

Dr Lee went ahead and did my wellness/ physical even tho I was told to rebook in 6 months. I was so pleased, plus I got there earlier and they took me in, as I think they were ahead in time! Wow! Always glad I switched to this Azusa office.

Dr. Lee was very courteous, very polite, very nice doctor. He's always there for me. And I would recommend him to any member of my family. He's very compatible with my needs and I like that. The only thing that is difficult is for me to get an appointment because it takes a long time. He needs to get another doctor there to help him out because he's doing all of the cases. And there's, I guess there's many cases because there is a month for me to get an appointment with him. I have to go to urgent care and I'd rather see him. So get him some help because it's very, very, very hard for to get an appointment with Dr. Lee in less than a month.
