I feel very comfortable with Dr. Samuel Kim and the staff. They are professional and courteous.

I'm very satisfied with the provider. Dr. Samuel Kemp was very professional and answered all my questions and seemed very professional and caring and also explained things in a way that I could understand. And I appreciated the caringness and professionalism from the front desk as well as Betty, the medical assistant. So everybody gets an A plus on their professionalism and caring attitude. Thank you.

The visit with Dr. Kim was a waste of time because we had no results. I had called the office to inform them and they were insistent on us keeping the appointment. So I'm just letting you know it was a waste of time because he had no results to tell us anything. Thank you.

He had the most qualified staff professionals on his team. The whole entire staff were friendly, they were warm, they were welcoming. It's the first time in a long time that I've been to a doctor's office where they were very compliant and just friendly and just courteous to everyone they spoke to. I listened to how they spoke to other patients and they were very respectful. His staff is really top quality staff. I really did enjoy Dr. Kim. I'll see him again and next time I'll answer these questions a little differently with higher scores. Nice doctor though, very nice doctor.

Overall, the staff was very good. I've been with TIH for the last two years and going through a lot of stuff. As far as Dr. Kim, no, I will not go see him again. He was not very kind. He assured me that my stage four cancer would return and I'm like, I'm fighting it. I've gotten this far and you tell me it'll be back. So I will not see him again. Thank you.

The doctor made me feel very comfortable when we discussed my surgery. He eased some of my fears, and I left the appointment feeling more confident.

Very simple process and was well taken care of

Upon the departure of Dr. (name removed), I made an appointment to see Dr. Kim, and it was a very disappointing appointment as he is very unprofessional, unkind, unwilling to listen and support. It was very disappointing as I took a day off work to see him and he was not helpful at all and made me feel as though I shouldn't have seen him that day. I would recommend that we please coach him.

I like the Dr Kim . He is a very Professional Dr. He explain very clearly about my problem with my left breast. He gave good news about my diagnoses of the job he work of my breast. He gave good news about getting better. So yes i do trust my Dr on the out come of getting better. Thank You (PHI removed).

No need to improve. Everybody at PIH Health has been outstanding and moved up my medical appointments if I needed to and have been very great. They all are super friendly with good attitudes, great staff.

I understand that Drs have protocols and know what is the best way to treat patients but a Dr should not treat a patient who wants a different treatment approach as though the patient is ignorant and treat her with disrespect. Dr Kim should have better bed side manners and try to understand patients are feeling scared and anxious and all we need is a little compassion and understanding.

My Surgery with Dr Samuel Kim was Amazing and he is one of the Finest Doctors I was Blessed to have in my care !!!! So Professional and Kind Hearted towards me with my Breast Cancer Journey and moving forward to help me understand what's to come ??????. Thankful for him and the Nurses as well thru PIH Team ??

I had some trepidation about meeting Dr Kim or it would have been any surgeon in this case. Dr Kim was kind, explained what was to happen, and answered the questions I had which were not many as he explained everything thoroughly.

Another exceptional experience with the doctors and staff at PIH. Dr s. Kim was outstanding.

I think this DOCTOR should have handled this consultation a lot better. I think he should have had an ultrasound done on my gallbladder to see if surgery was needed instead he sending back to the GI to see if it's gastritis. I feel this visit was a waist of time.

Dr Kim was very thorough and professional. His staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

This doctor was annoyed that I had returned with the same pain as a few years ago. He just dismissed me as I was visiting him again... His attitude was worse this time than the last time. And the only reason I scheduled the appointment because I thought he was a different Doctor because when they booked the appointment they said oh you saw such-and-such not too long ago. Did you want to see him again? Otherwise I would never return to this Doctor. When I explained to him some of the issues he seemed to look at me like I was an idiot. I have a Bachelor's degree and speak 3 languages. It's too bad.You have staff like this at your facility

I think Dr. Kim needs to improve his social skills. His bedside manner really needs improvement. I felt very, like I wasn't heard. I felt dumb and I have a master's degree, so there's no reason for him to make me feel like that. I feel like he just didn't listen. He wasn't kind. I don't, I don't know. I think he needs to be retrained. He's a little bit condescending and do you need me to repeat it again? Like he wasn't very at all performable. Thank you.

Dr was very rude talking over me interrupting me not listening to what I had to say literally spent 2 minutes with me never even checked me read 2 lines from a report I provided and decided it's not what my primary doctor and what my G.I. Are saying...

Dr. Kim was respectful, listened to my concerns and explained thoroughly what he was planning. Other than looking young enough to be in college/high school, he was great and I would highly recommend him to others

Dr Kim provided high quality care in a timely manner and is very compassionate and easy to approach. I will definitely come back to Dr Kim's office in the future for all of my surgical needs

This was a first time consult so not too extensive. Was treated with kindness and professionalism. Did not feel rushed. Doctor was attentive and knowledgeable.

I think Dr Kim is great! His staff is so kind and attentive and he is so professional and direct. I know some people feel he may be a bit...cold, I think he is just a busy man with a business-like manner. As long as he is good at what he does - and he is! - I am ok with that.

Great staff and environment

Dr. Took the time to talk about other test I would need in May. He also recommend I go to oncologist office to schedule my followup appointment . So glad he told to do that or my appointment would be till May. With his advice I got a appointment in March which was on the Oncology time line to see me. Thank you Dr Kim for being on top of uour patients.

Doctor Kim and his entire staff are very friendly people and always make you feel at ease .

I just wish I would have had the opportunity to have had the surgery done without having to pay because I've been paying for my insurance for years and years and years. Now that I need it, I still had to eventually pay out, which I'm not going to do. So we'll see how we'll be able to get it done in the future. Thank you.
