Dr Kang did a fantastic job of listing to, validating and balancing my various concerns. Despite treatment option limitations (including high risk conditions, allergies, prior failed medications) she came up with a treatment plan that I'm looking forward to trying! Thank you Dr Kang!!!

Hi, I would like to talk about, this is my second time going to the Women's Center in Whittier. And the front desk girls, they just have, they're not particularly friendly. You know, you're waiting in line. They don't even acknowledge you. You're waiting and waiting. And then, you know, you finally come up, they don't even say hi. They just say, what do you need? And so you just give them the paperwork. And one of them, you know, helped. She looked at the paper. She saw that I needed to change an appointment. She didn't want to do it. So she just rolled her eyes, gave the paper to another girl instead of telling you to do it. The front girls really ruined the experience, especially when it comes to pregnancy. You are just going there overwhelmed with anxiety, happy, so many emotions, and you want a better front desk customer service. If you guys could please work on that for the future, that would be amazing for all women and husbands out there that are going there.

In my two pregnancies, this was one of my least uncomfortable pelvic checks. Since I was 2 days away from my due date, I very much appreciated the quality of information she was able to give as a result of the exam.

She's very professional very happy they gave me her . My previous was not good at all after my surgery and ended up with an infection not good .

I really appreciate that Dr. Kang always asks for updates on things I told her in past appointments even if they aren't directly related to gynecology. She also explains scheduling for future exams like pap and mammograms. It makes me feel like she cares about my whole health and like she intends to be my life long provider.

Friendly and professional

The front office staff are extremely rude when I called to make an appointment and we're trying to sound like a broken record. I understand policies, but I felt disrespected. Also, I was treated like a child and threatened to make payment immediately. While knowing this is a policy, it doesn't feel like anyone from the front desk wants to work at PIH. They made my experience less enjoyable and I would hate if they continued their behavior with other patients.

Great experience appointment sched and process was easy

I like how they're punctual with their appointments. They don't keep you waiting very long. The office staff is very nice and friendly, and the doctor is a really good listener, and I feel like she does address all concerns that you have. I will definitely be going back.

Excellent patient care

I really liked the punctuality. My appointment was on time, just as it should be.

Front desk was friendly and quickly checked me in. The nurse and physician were kind and professional.

Dr. Kang is an excellent physician and made me feel very comfortable and confident about my exam.

The doctor was very attentive, very respectful. I appreciated her a lot. However, the office staff were pretty rude. They were really insensitive. They were laughing. They were not being sensitive to what I was going through. They were not answering my questions. They told me to go do my own research when I asked a question. I felt I was being judged for the decision I was making. And overall, the office staff were just not helpful and did not make my experience well. But the doctor was great.

Great visit, best pap smear I've ever had. No pain, no nothing, was quick and got done. Breast exam was excellent. I had a trip and fall on the way out the door. The staff was helpful. They brought me an ice pack, they held me good up. It's an excellent office with an excellent staff.

Dr. Kang has been so patient, kind, considerate during each of my prenatal visits. I appreciate her time and professionalism. She is friendly and approachable and I feel like my questions and concerns are met with empathy and compassion. Highly recommend her as a provider.

Dr Kang is and has always been very courteous and professional. Makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Listens to what ever I have to say and answers any questions I may have. She is a wonderful, beautiful person.

There needs to be more postpartum care for mothers. They did a PPD screening worksheet and said I was borderline. Gave me some papers on the way out of resources to contact and said they'll see me in 1 year for my annual Pap smear.

Dr. Sacha Kang is my gynecologist and she is fantastic. She is extremely bright, very knowledgeable in her field, has a lot of patience to listen and hear what my concerns are and she addresses them one by one. I have never had a doctor be more responsive in terms of my female care. I give her a 10 out of 10 each and every day. Thank you.
