Yes, the appointment was very convenient, and everyone at the office, the receptionist, and the doctor were very kind. The doctor told me they would call me to schedule a CT scan at the hospital, but they haven't called, and I'm still waiting.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Robert Deere as well as two of his office staff workers which were (two names removed). Dr. Deere's bedside manners were absolutely wonderful and compassionate. (Two names removed) their eagerness and effort in trying to get the surgery authorized and scheduled me for surgery was done so immediately. Dr. Deere, (Two names removed) truly care about there patients. I'm so forever grateful to the three of them.

Yes I have been seeing Doctor Deere since 1995, I have not seen him for a while he is no on my insurance plan. I had emergecny surgery and he was the one who saw me as I went in through emergency and was admitted to PIH. I highly trust Dr. Deere and his staff. They are the best.

Dr. Deere is a wonderful and patient surgeon he listens to your needs and answers your questions. His MA Angeles was very helpful and friendly pleasure to speak with and made you feel at ease. Jovita his office support is so wonderful and always answering any questions you may have. Everyone was great.

Patients are requested to arrive 15 minutes before their appt. Many times I'm called in up to a half an hour after my appt time which makes my wait time at least 45 mins. I know things happen sometimes that are unavoidable, but so often isn't efficient.

The nurse and Dr. Deere were very very kind and did not keep us waiting at all. We got right in. We were in and out and very happy with results.
