This was my third GI Upper Endoscopy and even though Dr. Palta is not my assigned doctor, she took the time to explain that for my condition, I was going to need a Complete Esophageal Manometry. Even though, I have been dealing with a bit of physical discomfort for a while, I am confident that I have the best of the medical profession that it is going find a treatment for me.

I would have liked the doctor to come to the recovery room to give me the results.

I was unhappy with the service after being brought inside for the procedure. I was waiting and waiting and no one came over. There was no nurses to tell me, you know, the doctor was behind or anything. So I was left there waiting for maybe about an hour. After about 40 minutes, I started getting a little answering. I had the IV on me and I was not getting any responses. And I saw two people go before me that came after I did. So I was very unhappy with the level of communication. After I called somebody to come over, somebody eventually came over and one of the nurses and told me she would check on the status. And then from that point on, it was really quick. So I don't know what the delay was, but I was very unhappy with the service, like the lack of communication. I understand the doctor was behind, but I would have appreciated to be told the ?

Dr. Palta is a very good doctor, very caring. She really cares about her patients. She's very loving. She really takes her time and really worries. And where I have my endoscopy, everybody was very nice to us. Even the young man that helped us take us out to the wheel in the wheelchair. I don't remember his name, but he was so kind and caring, took very care of, good care of us, taking us to our car too. Everybody was very nice. Very professional.

I was instructed to arrive for my procedure at 8 am. The procedure was not scheduled until 10 am. I checked in at 8 and filled out some brief paperwork. I then had to wait in the waiting room until 9:30 before I was taken into the back for the procedure. I feel like I should not have had to come SO early.

I was dreading the colonoscopy but was pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything went. The staff was very kind and professional. Answered all my questions. I was on the gurney no more than 10 minutes and I was asleep and waking up all done. Prepping the day before was the worst part. (Drinking all that fluid)

There were problems with the lab orders. It was impossible to get in contact with the front office. One order was sent to quest the other PIH lab. The lab orders were not in the quest system. PIH took both orders and when they originally gave me the kit to obtain samples. Dr. Office was unresponsive. Finally, (name removed), Wells made everything right. I cried because of the frustration and inadequate front office and crazy check into the lab.

Dr. Palta was very nice and took the time to answer all my questions. I like the fact that she researched my history before talking to me.

Dr (name removed) was great. His med assistant who checked me in was rude needs a better personality! Now I'm waiting downstairs for and it's been an hour wait!!!

Dr Palta is always very knowledgeable, caring and friendly, putting me at ease during my visits. All my questions are answered completely and she is very patient with me to explain again if I am not clear on the medical terminology. I am so happy to have found her years ago and I feel very confident that she is giving me the best advice for my ongoing medical GI issues.

I would like to know if they would explain better about the biopsy. Since seven days, do they contact the patient or the doctor?

The Dr. And nursing staff explained the process and after care well. I felt care from them and felt at ease. Also the Dr. Called me very promptly after the procedure and answered my questions.

All the office staff, nurses, etc. were gentle, kind, caring, patient, and professional.

It appeared that the front desk staff were more focused on talking among themselves than assisting patients. I attempted to speak with an older female employee seated on the left-hand side, who had white hair. Each time I tried to ask a question, she interrupted me with a quick response and immediately returned to her conversation with her coworkers. The interaction felt dismissive and made it difficult to get the help I needed.

How's everything in the beginning to see the specialist but after a while I was comfortable I have this very nice doctor named Dr Renee palto he is very nice and professional she made comfortable and at ease because she is very nice and friendly and she kept telling me don't worry and she's very calm and I like that she gets straight to the point and she's friendly at it I like seeing her and I like her reassurance that everything is going to be okay and it made me feel honestly very comfortable and I like her staff members in the nurses they're very nice too even though this was my first appointment I'm pretty sure my other ones will go as well with her so I feel like I'm incapable hands!

I accidentally went to the wrong building, my fault. I called the office and they picked up immediately. I let them know what I had done and was 5 minutes late. I was still seen in a timely manner.

I was a little nervous and was going to canel the appt because I read the reviews wherein one patient stated a racist remark was conveyed by the doctor; however I felt no signs of racism. Dr. called me back expeditiously with results, she was very nice, and answered all my questions. The nurses were very nice , personable, informative, even the surgical tech introduced himself and showed me his badge. The anesthesiologist smiled at me, but never introduced himself. I had a melting pot(diverse backgrounds) of professionals helping me, and was surprised and delighted there was a A.A. male that was my technician which is rare and made me feel more comfortable. I had a great experience and thank you to the team!

Staff were incredible, they treated me with respect, were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint would be sitting in the waiting room for over two hours and having to use the restroom facilities after taking the magnesium citrate. Sorry about that.

The scheduler for the procedure was quite abrasive both when I needed to reschedule and when my 2nd appointment was confirmed. As someone in the medical field, I believe patients should be treated with compassion. I explained that I initially needed to reschedule the initial appointment because my grandfather had a stroke. When I was called to confirm the 2nd appointment, I inquired about the prep instructions since I was working out of town for the weekend. Instead of providing the information, I was met with a lecture. All I requested was to have the instructions resent. Moving forward, I believe it's important to maintain professionalism and show empathy, as you never know what someone may be going through.

It was definitely a great experience. All the personal were attentive, prompt, Informative, caring and friendly. Thank you to those who personally helped me on that day.

I felt like she didn't care about what I had to say. She kept contradicting herself. I felt like I couldn't get a straight answer from her. She made a slightly racist comment that made me very uncomfortable. The staff at this office is a little slow. They took down the wrong information, and I had to correct them. I don't think I want to go back.

I spent a great deal of time searching for a new gastro doctor and Dr. Palta certainly is everything I expected and hoped for. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind and I feel I can totally trust her. When I went to my appointment to see a gastro, I'm sorry, gastroenterology, I believe, or GI, the provider was very, very nice. She was professional and she really explained things that I could understand and, you know, how the procedure was going to go. So, she was very, customer service was great. And, I really appreciate being able to go to the doctors and they see you as a person and they respect you and say hello. It's a good feeling. Most of us that are going there, right, something's going on with us, with our health. I just want to thank the provider that's seen me.

From the time I got there up until the time I left, every single staff member was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse. I'm a very hard stick. The initial nurse I had, I explained that to her and she, rather than just trying, she went and got an extra set. I'm going to go get an extra set of eyes and she came back with someone else. I really appreciated that. I felt like there was no ego involved. She just wanted to make sure that I was taken care of and I wasn't being poked and prodded. It was started quickly and efficiently. When I was wheeled into the room for the procedure, the staff there were amazing. Just very good bedside manner. The anesthesiologist as well, very kind, very attentive.

I was happy to see that Dr. Palta was still with PIH so that I could make my current appt. with her. She did my Colonoscopy in 2017. I really like Dr. Palta, she is professional and is easy to talk to. She asked lots of questions to help me with a plan for my symptoms.

I spent more than two hours in the clinic. And I was very disappointed because they made me wait without respect that the people need to work. I arrive at 12.45 and I leave at 2.15. And the doctor confused with another patient and made me wait more time. Definitely, I feel disrespectful. Gloves. They asked me to wait for three months, six months.
