I've been going to Randy Holmes for nine years and I absolutely love him and his team and I would absolutely love to recommend him to all of my family.

Dr. Holmes has always been a true professional and treats me with respect. And he shows me what a true professional should strive to be. He protects my dignity, my self-respect, and I trust him completely. And he has gained that trust by his professionalism and his empathy. and understanding. I'm very blessed to have Dr. Holmes as my doctor.

Doctor was repeating himself over and and didn't care about my concern to see a dermatologist. I wouldn't recommend this doctor. Not thorough. I wasn't happy with him or his assistant. Not friendly!!!

I am really sorry that Dr. Holmes will be retiring in September. He has been my doctor for many years. I have been blessed having him and Violeta caring for me and always being available for any questions I may have as to my health issues. I wish Dr. Holmes all the best in the future.

I'm generally satisfied with the service in all aspects. What I do feel is that some of the professionals who treat us medically should give us a little more time because, sometimes, some of us older people can't remember everything and need a little more time. I wish they would give us a little more time. Thank you.

No longer able to get lab test within same facility as visit. Quest website has kinks in it that make it very difficult to set an appointment. Log in and then asked to confirm message sent to my email. Message received is simply to confirm my registration and then I end up trying to log in again. I'm very computer literate and this is not due to my incompetence. I've spent more than an hour in registering at quest and then trying to set up appointment to no avail.

I was not able to see my regular Doctor (name removed) since the end of June. The ER sad I had to follow up with my primary Doctor. Dr (name removed). I could not get past the appointment desk to even speak to his office. I was still in pain from a Thoracic Spine Fracture. I called on July 9 got appointment , said first appointment available with any Doctor was on the 11 with Dr Holmes . All in all I said just give me the first available Doctor which was in 2 days. That's was with Dr. Holmes. He made me feel better just talking to him. I was not happy with the appointment line person who would not listen to why I needed to see (name removed)

Wish Dr (name removed) was like him! He listened to me without judging and was very professional. Haven't been happy with Dr. (name removed) and I think it's time to switch providers. Waiting 3 months to see your GP is ridiculous for the amount of money I spend on insurance! I got in the same week to see him, why because he's older? He's a great Dr! PIH is changing and to me, not for the better. I've been with PIH for over 20 years and have been so frustrated with this organization.

Dr. Randolph is a very good doctor. I trust him and he's always treated me very well.

Dr. Holmes is very experienced and I do trust him.

I don't think Dr. Holmes ever looked directly at me. He did look in my ears, nose and throat. He barged into the room and sat down at his computer. He prescribed medication for my condition, but due to computer problems, I had to call back and say my pharmacy didn't receive it. The nurse was very nice.

Can't really recommend Dr. Holmes anymore as he is retiring from family practice in August and will only be treating drug addiction patients. So this was my last visit with him. I'm very sad to not be able to see anymore. He's the best! He has been my family doctor for well over 45 years.

Hearing that Dr Holmes is retiring is bittersweet news. He's been my doctor for decades and I will miss him tremendously. He is a marvelous professional who listens and cares. Good luck in your retirement Dr Holmes.

Very sad and disappointed that I am losing my doctor, because I am not addicted to alcohol or drugs ?

Everyone at this office is extremely kind and helpful! I just love Dr. Holmes assistant, (name removed) - she's the BEST! Easy to work with and fun to talk to. I will miss Dr. Holmes since he will be retiring, and it has been my pleasure to be his patient for over 50 years!

This was my first time seeing Dr Holmes. He was such a good Dr. he asked and gave me good information and asked important questions. I wish I could have him for my primary. We need more drs like him

Doctor understands the concerns I had

Tried to get a pre op appt with Dr (name removed). They gave me Dr Holmes. He didn't no it was a pre op appt. Said he didn't have time. But he did it. So I think scheduling people didn't listen to the kind of appt. I needed. Then after I went 2 days later they call that I need a pre op appt. I said I already went! They seem to not know what is going on. I'm thankful Dr Holmes was able to finish the H&P and get me blood work and labs.

Hi, I was driving and I was selecting buttons and so if I pushed a rating that was bad, that was a mistake. Dr. Holmes and his staff are excellent and I've been going to them for 15 plus years and I can't say enough nice things about them. So please correct my bad ratings if I have any. Thank you. Bye.

I have been a patient of Dr Holmes for 42 years. He has always been attentive and a great listener. (Name removed) his assistant is amazing'! It's like walking in to see an old friend. She is kind, caring and does her job very well. I feel blessed to have both of them for my care and wellbeing.

(Name removed) scheduled this follow up appt. after my recent hospital stay. Dr. Holmes is always attentive and kind. We discussed my situation in depth and he gave me insight as to my future treatments for my chronic condition.

Been going to PIH 20 plus years never change The only thing I don't like is not able to do blood test there because only take PPO now? I also asked can I pay the difference was not able to get answer?

Dr. Holmes has been our family physician for over 25 years. He takes care and time to explain everything that's needed for my father, who is 91 years of age. And Dr. Holmes has been trustworthy and dependable and very kind, as well as his assistant, Violeta, who is most, most supportive of our family as well. So together they make a really great team, Dr. Holmes and (name removed). They're a nice dynamic duo and we wouldn't go anywhere else for our health care needs. Thank you.

Concerns that doctors and staff are unable to access Internet due to the virus that was unleashed on PIH! They are working as efficiently as possible!!

(name removed) is just wonderful- so kind caring and compassionate! She helps make the experience so much more comfortable. Dr Holmes is one of a kind! Knows us as people - not just another patient! His love for caring for people shines through! He is special. There was no real wait time- things moved along perfectly- very efficient.

I had never been with this doctor before and I didn't care for him at all. He gave me no eye contact, just kind of came in and walked out. I sat in there waiting, thinking he was going to come back and he didn't come back. So then I just got up and left. So yeah, it was not a good experience. I had questions to ask him and since he walked out, I just sat there. So yeah, it was not a good experience. I would never want to see that doctor again.

Office staff was great. Doctor was completely disassociated with me and my needs. I could have just gone to urgent care and had more attentive care. I was annoyed with the recent data disruptions but this experience was the deciding factor in me leaving Blue Shield and PIH on the very last day of the enrollment period.
