The Dr's time with patient has been cut. It is evident in the Dr's actions. They are being rushed. Eventually the patient will suffer for this. We see numerous Dr's at PIH and believe they are at the head of their community. How long they can continue is the QUESTION? Dr. Moore is a very special person.

Rachael Moore is easily the best doctor I have ever had. I feel very comfortable being with her. She listens and remembers previous conversations and my previous visits. I have never felt rushed. Between skin surgeries and preventative measures I feel I am in the best hands. She and her staff are very professional. I have been a patient for 12+ years with typically 3 to 4 visits per year. I have never had to sit and wait for my appointments. They are very respectful of my time.

I can't recommend her to anyone since she is not taking any new patients. PIH needs to hire more dermatologists as well as other specialists. No one wants to hear that they must wait 6 months for an appt. with any dr!

Dr Moore had a male resident working with her and her staff informed my mother who is 93 years old. Either much respect they asked my mother if it was okay . And my mother declined. My mother has chosen all female doctors as much as possible by choice. She loves her cardiologist Dr (name removed) whom was by choice when she had a heart attack by she loves him. And Dr (name removed) who takes care of her feet. I greatly appreciate Dr Moore's and her Staff For respecting my mother's wishes she loves Doctor Moore and says she's only beautiful she's smart & tall. ?. I had to pay $5.00 parking because I was 3 minutes over the free 30 minute limit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore's for many years now. She is courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She is also very prompt. She is the only Dr. I've ever had that runs her office on time. Unfortunately, I've had to see many, many doctors over my 71 years. Some consistently make patients wait for over an hour. Dr. Moore is the only doctor that has seen me on time, every time. No long waits in the waiting room or exam room, ever. It shows me that Dr. Moore values her patient's time. And that is very refreshing and very much appreciated by me.

Awaiting surgery was rather tentative. With my tumor increasing in size rapidly, I was becoming anxious to get it removed as soon as possible.Dr. Moore's office made it possible to get an appointment as soon as one was available.

My appt was for 9 am I got nervous waiting for appt to start Wasn't called in until 9:40 I understand the surgeries take longer but my blood pressure got very high waiting Patients should be told that their appt may begin later due to ongoing surgery Dr. Moore is skilled as a surgeon. I appreciate her professionalism & care. Also assistant (name removed) who takes special attention to the patient's comfort This is an uncomfortable surgery. The injections on the face painful. I think it would be helpful to let patients know ahead of time the procedure & having to undergo more than one removal of tissue layer.

I do not appreciate having to pay to park for a 35 minute Doctor appointment. I cannot really afford to pay $5.00 for that. I parked on the street outside of the "toll zone" and had to walk in, with spinal stenosis, A-Fib and all. I do not feel that is fair that everyone must pay. Are they not making enough money with the doctor visits?

I had January 15th 6 months whole body recheck. PA found beginning Basal Cell Cancer on right side of nose. Surgery appointment was June 9th. I figured schedule was booked up. Excellent treatment, felt very comfortable in the office. Dr. Rachel Moore, her PA Esther Lively, office crew/staff treated me like one of their family members. Won't go anywhere else!!!!!
