Awaiting surgery was rather tentative. With my tumor increasing in size rapidly, I was becoming anxious to get it removed as soon as possible.Dr. Moore's office made it possible to get an appointment as soon as one was available.

My appt was for 9 am I got nervous waiting for appt to start Wasn't called in until 9:40 I understand the surgeries take longer but my blood pressure got very high waiting Patients should be told that their appt may begin later due to ongoing surgery Dr. Moore is skilled as a surgeon. I appreciate her professionalism & care. Also assistant (name removed) who takes special attention to the patient's comfort This is an uncomfortable surgery. The injections on the face painful. I think it would be helpful to let patients know ahead of time the procedure & having to undergo more than one removal of tissue layer.

I do not appreciate having to pay to park for a 35 minute Doctor appointment. I cannot really afford to pay $5.00 for that. I parked on the street outside of the "toll zone" and had to walk in, with spinal stenosis, A-Fib and all. I do not feel that is fair that everyone must pay. Are they not making enough money with the doctor visits?

I had January 15th 6 months whole body recheck. PA found beginning Basal Cell Cancer on right side of nose. Surgery appointment was June 9th. I figured schedule was booked up. Excellent treatment, felt very comfortable in the office. Dr. Rachel Moore, her PA Esther Lively, office crew/staff treated me like one of their family members. Won't go anywhere else!!!!!

I have experienced many office visit unfortunately. Never had an issue. From making appointments to office staff, assistants I have always had a good experience. This office, the way they all work together is something you don't always see but they have it together in this office. A breath of fresh air in today's world.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for several years, and she has performed two Mohs surgeries for me on my face in addition to removing other skin cancers on my body. I have always had excellent results. I highly value her.

I think it takes too long when you find out what's wrong between appointments. So you have to wait a long time to find out what's going to happen and what you're going to do. I'm not crazy about that, so whatever.

Hello, one of the people at the front desk called me before my appointment saying I did not have to go in. And after all the run around, I did have to go in to see Rachel (name removed). But she was saying, well, you don't have a biopsy. You don't come in. I can't remember her name. But anyway, she should not do that right smack before your appointment reason. One, I do not drive because I am visually impaired. So I have to schedule and reschedule my rides. I had to cancel and then reschedule it. Because she told me don't come in. Then she calls me back and says come in. Which way? I don't know. Anyway, that's all.

We have had all of our procedures through PIH. and have been very satisfied with everything.!! All team members are very kind, thoughtful to our problems we face when we have something done. Thank you! (PHI removed)

Dr. Moore is very effective, efficient and caring. My wife also goes to Dr. Moore, and she is the only doctor my wife really trusts. (This does not relate to Dr. Moore, but relates to the Wells Building 5th Floor Men's restroom urinal in the hall: The urinal appears to be running constantly, not with a full flush, but with a slow partial flush. When I accompanied my wife several weeks ago to Dr. Moore on the 5th floor of the Wells Building and used the restroom in the hall, it was running then, and was still running yesterday. I also reported it several weeks ago to one of the staff. (I was the maintenance guy for a school a number of years ago, so I see stuff like this. :-) Please consider sending a maintenance guy to the Wells Building 5th floor Men's Restroom to check on it.)

I wasn't informed enough about the procedure done or how the wound was closed. I have had (word removed) done before and had to go back for suture removal. This time I didn't. I haven't a clue how they closed the wound

Procedure went well with issues. Physician very good!

Very well trained staff got me prepared and ready for the procedure, so dr time was very brief. Not complaining, staff was competent and professional, and provided all the information I needed. Very personable, friendly, professional, yet Dr seemed to be very rushed to get on to next patient. I know this dept is understaffed and needs more Dr's. I guess it's more cost-effective to just get the assistants to do most of the work. Seems to be the way PIH is doing things recently. It seems to have lost that personal touch between Drs and patients.

Dr. Moore stepped in for the provider I was scheduled to see since my provider called out sick. Given that this was my first time with Dr. Moore and her nurse, they treated me like I had been a patient with them for years.
