The Hacienda Heights office is one of my favorite offices. This doctor is always on time with taking in the kids and he's always prescribing the perfect medication when needed.

Dr. Ning Yang is the best. She sees my one-year-old daughter so much that my oldest daughter loved her care and she wanted to switch pediatricians at that moment for her 11th year old visit. Great, caring, loving, all great things.

Dr. Yang was very gentle and friendly with my son and me, and we felt very comfortable asking questions and talking with her.

Every time we have to call the office through a 3rd party is a headache, even though there's no wait time or connected to the representative really fast. When I have questions like timing of vaccination, call center people had to call the office again, and wait for them then they would call back to me. But if I missed their call, I would have to go over all the calling process, I.e. calling center > office> no luck, wait for call again, etc. No extension or no direct call to the office is the problem here. I hope this matter could be resolved in a better way

Dr. Yang, Nurse (name removed) and Nurse (name removed) are always outstanding. We couldn't ask for better care. My child feels safe when visiting and is never fearful to be seen. The care my child receives at this providers office is thorough, compassionate, well explained and supportive. I appreciate the time Dr. Yang and the nursing staff take to follow up when we are facing difficult health issues. We are grateful to have such impeccable care for our child.

Every time I come into my visits. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure all my questions are answered.

I think Dr yang is an amazing provider the only inconvenience is that because of the insurance my child has I'm sent away to a different location in Whittier for vaccines and it's one of the main reasons I'm considering changing providers in all honesty

Hi, when speaking with this provider about my son's issue that he was being seen for, the way that it was explained was very like, had kind of like a moral judgment to it. She said that my son was traumatized and that's why he had difficulty going to the restroom. So I just, that's part of the reason why I wouldn't recommend her to friends and family.

Dr.Yang is very nice and taking care of my kids. Highly recommend.

Every time we've had an emergency with our little one, her and her staff have always been on top of it and very patient and kind and have a lot of compassion, which means a lot to us.
