This is my first time meeting Nina. She was helping me to get the IUD inserted in me, but it did fail. I did tell her in the past I had passed out and she asked me if I wanted to get a Nemeshot, which I agreed. I thought it was going to work. We both thought it was going to work, but it didn't because I was in really pain. So she recommended me to go on Eesthesia, make an appointment. And I'm glad I was able to do that because I didn't think I was able to put the IUD in me. I'm actually probably thinking of changing my doctor so I could be with her. I feel comfortable. She made me feel really, really comfortable with my concerns. I like the fact that I told her about the pain in my past and she made me feel comfortable to bring in the

Dr. Nina Hooshvar was very attentive and helpful in explaining, especially someone in my age that is not ready to have a hysterectomy. She's willing to do other tests, and that's amazing because there's not too many gynecologists who are willing to be patient, as she was, and explaining and trying other methods. And she's awesome. You need to have more gynecologists just like her. Thank you.

The doctor provided excellent service; her explanation was very good and she was very kind.

Not certain what person's title is (perhaps executive assistant or office manager). Named 'Carmen,' was rude to my request to have a military fit for duty form filled out for me. 1) Refused to do so on the grounds her office does not provide such service and referred me to my primary. When I showed her the form was for specialists which included OB/GYNs, she 2) insisted I ask my primary. When I informed her this was not the usual practice and that Force Medical (DoD) needed the office which I was receiving car to fill out said form, Carmen 3) told me to leave the paperwork with her and that she will first consult with my doctor and will get back to me in about 5-7 days. When I questioned why it takes 5-7 days as my employer needed the form back asap in order to put me on medical leave status as I deploy overseas, this person 4) haughtily informed me I was not the only patient that needed her attention and that she would get to my paperwork when she gets to it. It must be said I was not being difficult or throwing a tantrum. Rather, I was persistent in face of her initial refusal to help me with my form because I have been with the DoD for about 15yrs and absolutely no doctor's office - specialist or not - have refused to fill out this simple form nor asked me to wait 5-7 working days. Most doctors' offices fill out the form while I wait as it takes about two (2) minutes to note the reason why I needed the appointment and to date and sign it. Dr. Hooshvar herself however, was excellent as she was personable and cared about my office visit.

Dr. Hooshvar was really, really perfect. She listened to me. She recognized my problem. She examined me very well. And she was very, very knowledgeable. And I'm highly satisfied with her. And I highly recommend her to my relatives and people I know because she's one of the best doctors that I've ever had.

Excellent customer service

I had a really good experience. The nurse took everything of my concern and had it ready for the doctor, so there was no confusion whatsoever. And it was very quick for what I was concerned about. And I appreciated their help.

Overall, I was initially slightly nervous about the experience however, the Provider, Dr. Hooshvar explained everything in a detailed and timely manner. She did a wonderful job checking in during the appointment. There was also a nurse who assisted during my appointment and another nurse who gave me an extra item that I needed due to bleeding post-procedure I would love to tell her thank you but couldn't get her name. Thank you for everyone who helped!

Appointment seemed very rushed especially considering the nature of my visit. Very little empathy was felt especially navigating a topic such as a potential ectopic pregnancy. A little empathy in these situations go a long way.

Dr. Hooshavar, who I saw, was amazing, comma. I would highly recommend to see her again, period. The nurse that checked me in was also extremely nice, period. I was very happy when I went in, period. The only thing I would improve or hope to get improved is the phone's calling in to schedule an appointment. I waited 18 minutes on the phone to make an appointment. Thank you.

I walked in on my own with no appointment, and I do tell friends that they are about the only site that has xrays which other sites don't if they need one

Dr. Hooshvar went above and beyond to help me during the postpartum period when things hadn't exactly gone as expected. She took plenty of time with me and I absolutely knew that she was doing all that she could to get me the right care.

Disappointed, provider rushed in and out and did not complete entire appointment. Paid $70 copay to meet with a doctor for less than 10 minutes.

A very positive experience all around

Dr. Hooshvar was one of the best doctors I've ever been to. I was so glad I got a second opinion. And she is very well-knowledge of my feelings and everything and was just 100% the best. Although Dr. (name removed) needs to do better care. I was really upset with him. He should be more considerate of people's feelings and a little bit more caring towards his patients.

It would be easier if I check in 'cause my phone didn't have reception so I have to go downstairs to the parking, come up there and I end up forwarding the check-in to my husband to check me in. It would be easier if you guys have a paper check-in or at least provide an iPad with the reception, so that would make the check-in process easier. It took me 30 minutes to figure it out because they said "if we can't check in, we can't check you in" and my phone did not have a reception. So that was a little bit

Great team and very friendly.

I am a high risk pregnant woman in her late third trimester but yet the Dr treated me just like another cow in line, pushing pass me to get to the next one. She didn't listen to what I had to say and just dismissed every question and concern with "well you're pregnant" instead of offering solutions or at least sympathy. Dr Hooshvar is the only doctor in this office to make me feel this way, the rest of them took my problems seriously and tried to help. I hope I do not get scheduled with her again.
