Good afternoon. My name is (PHI removed). When I went to my appointment on March 18th, I received excellent service. I want to thank all the staff at the clinic or hospital. Thank you for everything. It was excellent service.

I'm very happy with this hospital. I've been here for years and they've always treated me very well, and I'm very happy with my doctor, Nelson Lala Tor. I really like how he greets me, how he cares for me, how he asks me questions. He treats me very well and I'm very happy. Thank you very much.

PIH provides great medical care

He is knowledgeable, kind and listened to my voice .The care received is great. Wait is not bad.

Dr. DALLA TOR was very, very patient explaining things to me from the questions that I asked. And I really would like to keep him as my doctor because I feel safe and feel that he will get me what I need as far as test and everything and will explain to me the results.

Hi, I wasn't given an opportunity to find out how much it would cost to have my x-rays done for my bruised ribs. At PIH, they wanted me to sign a form that I understood that a third party provider would be able to charge me. When I asked how much that would be, they couldn't tell me. They had a supervisor there. She couldn't tell me either. So it was disappointing that PIH didn't know how much their clients, their patients like me would be charged by a third party for review of a report on my x-rays. What I requested was that that provider, that third party provider, not review my report, but send it directly to the doctor for their review. I don't see how, why I should have to pay for a third party provider to review my x-ray.

It was good visit with the doctor, he spoke Spanish also.

Dr. Dalla Torre is a great provider. He listens, is genuine, and has the experience to care for patients.

He's friendly, patient, and looks at you when he speaks to you and when you speak to him.

Dr. Nelson Dallator is the absolutely best MD my family has ever had the pleasure of working with. He is kind, compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, intelligent. If all doctors were like him, the world and patients would be in a better place.

Dr. Dalla Tor, has been my doctor for years now, and I can said enough good things about him. His staff is always very clear when explaining instruction as well as genuinly courteous. Thank you PIH for having such a great team of Drs. available to our community.

The care is excellent, I loved it except for the older lady at the front desk who is rude and I have no complaints about the rest, I don't want her to lose her job, just that the care given to certain patients leaves a lot to be desired, I give it a 2 on the evaluation scale.

You can see the experience and knowledge he has. It's a shame it's very difficult to see them. Someone else always helps you, and sometimes you find some who have a very bad attitude and very little experience.
