My name is (PHI removed), and yes, I did see Dr. Dallator. The staff as you enter on the fifth floor, (name removed)l, and I believe the lady's name was (name removed). Anyway, they were fantastic. The girls in the back, fantastic. Dr. Dallator explained everything, answered all my questions, and I just really liked him. I felt very comfortable. And I've been with PIH for many years, and I'm glad I have him. And that's all I can say. He's a great doctor. He really is. Thank you so much.

I love PIH and everybody there is honestly, seriously, so kind and wonderful and professional. And the only thing I could think of that would make it better is if you'd have a big sign to where I go every time I come in there and rush. But I'm working on it. I'm working on it. I'm going there more often the older I get. Okay, thank you. Everybody was great. Bye.

I was not satisfied with the results of patient care, it was a 1st time visit, I asked about several things, mom was diagnosed with dementia, she has pain in her leg but doctor did not address it, she had a stitches on her forehead since in the hospital 6/3/ 26 could not get appointments until June 26, ask doctor about it still was not removed. She still has the stitches.

Dr. Nelson Dallator definitely showed interest in my test and called me immediately with my lab results, something no other doctor in his office does, only Dr. Dallator. So yes, I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr. Nelson Dallas is excellent. He listened to and understood my needs. If all doctors were like Dr. Nelson, the world would be a different place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Yes, Dr. Nelson Dallia was supposed to call me back. I have a low kidney count and I was going to go to the ER. He never called back as his nurse said and I've been waiting since yesterday at 3 o'clock. It's now Friday at 5 o'clock. I'm going to change back to my other primary care physician.

Dr. DALLA TOR was very, very patient explaining things to me from the questions that I asked. And I really would like to keep him as my doctor because I feel safe and feel that he will get me what I need as far as test and everything and will explain to me the results.

Hi, I wasn't given an opportunity to find out how much it would cost to have my x-rays done for my bruised ribs. At PIH, they wanted me to sign a form that I understood that a third party provider would be able to charge me. When I asked how much that would be, they couldn't tell me. They had a supervisor there. She couldn't tell me either. So it was disappointing that PIH didn't know how much their clients, their patients like me would be charged by a third party for review of a report on my x-rays. What I requested was that that provider, that third party provider, not review my report, but send it directly to the doctor for their review. I don't see how, why I should have to pay for a third party provider to review my x-ray.

It was good visit with the doctor, he spoke Spanish also.
