I have 9 doctors at PIH and Dr. Galbreath is the one who keeps me under control and he does a great job explaining the direction we are headed. I cannot imagine that I could have such an amazing group of doctors taking care of me that all work together and support each other. By the way Coronary Rehap team is great. Very supportive, positive and don't let you not perform without feeling you are not working as hard as you can safely do.

Yes, I like Dr. Mike Galbreath. He's very professional and kind, and he took the time to explain the new medicine that he prescribed, Varshiga. It's just that I have to get him to sign a form so I can get my copayment reduced. The copayment on Varshiga is $290, and hopefully with this new program, AZ Med, that he can get it reduced somewhat for me. So I was very happy with him and I'd recommend him. Thank you.

Excellent service

I had to wait 3 months for this appointment, then I waited 45 minutes before been seen, and then another 20 minutes for the nurse to come with the shots.

It take several months to get an appt. The ladies at the front desk are very cold. The faces look angry, and discontent with their job. Not very good customer service. As the saying goes "service with a smile." Not happening!

Hi, I've been a patient of Dr. Michael Galbreath for some time. He's always so thorough and so professional and so kind. I've truly enjoyed being under his care.

Not sure what happened. I was scheduled for the first appointment of the day and was seen after another patient. I schedule my appointments in advance so that this doesn't happen. The office staff and doctor are the best and I do not see this as being their fault.

I was very impressed with how thorough this provider was and how he addressed every issue of preventive medicine. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Galbreath has been really good in the sessions I've had with him in the last, well, the last couple of years. I started with PIH a few years ago. My initial interaction with him was a little bumpy, and not entirely his fault that we were getting to know each other. But honestly, in the last few sessions that I've had with him, he's just been really responsive, listens really well, and I really appreciate how conscientious he is and how helpful he is. and the connections he's made for me in terms of like my health and the medications and the referrals I've needed. So I really do appreciate his work and you know, he's a good doctor. So I do appreciate him for that. Thank you.

Dr. Galbreath has been and is so attentive to our dad and our mom's needs, and we appreciate the time that he takes to really understand what may have happened, and we've seen, and he then details out the information that makes it easy for us that are not doctors and not scientists to understand. He just valued that while trying to care for us every chance, and understanding that that's a life chance.

Seemed very short staffed and of course they'd never answer the telephone with a human being. I've spent several days several hours trying to communicate with anybody at the PIH just get a stupid recording or leave my number to call back and it never gets a call back. Get your stuff together. I would like a response to my comment.

Dr Michael Galbreath is one my doctors that I can't say good enough things about. He is very courteous, attentive, sensitive, caring and respectful. His bedside manner is very pleasant. He always makes me feel like he's treating a member of his family. The only negative thing I have to say is that it's very difficult to book an appointment soon enough.

Dr G. is the best. Takes his time to listen and always asks if you have any questions for him. Continued success.

Dr went over test results. He discussed my physical condition and made appropriate changes to my medication. He is a good listener.

I don't think the doctor really cares about his patients. He really doesn't know what he's doing. And he said things that don't make any sense. And he's looking at wrong records of patients.

Michael Galbraith is a fine doctor. I trust him implicitly. He definitely listens. The problem is trying to get an appointment. He has backed up at least two buttons, and it's hard to get in. That would be the only complaint.

The visit went very well. unfortunately the referral went badly, long wait on the phone and before they answer I'm disconnected, the referral was for therapy (my balance), I'm not calling anymore, after several days and attempts. I'll google it. this is no reflection on Dr. Galbreath or his staff, they've always treated professionally and with respect.

I was given an appointment quickly. Dr. Galbreath's staff is professional and thorough. Dr. Galbreath did not waste any time getting tests approved and set up. I am scheduled for tests and a return visit. This is how a doctor should treat patients; in and out, no -nonsense, and caring.

This is the first time I see the doctor. My only concern that I have was that I have to heat reschedule two times. But the third time that I saw him, I was very pleased he listened to what I have to say, give advice, you know, different treatment. Well, when I first come in, I meet (name removed) and she's always got a smile on her face. She's very friendly and she's very confident at her job that I appreciate it. As I went in, (name removed) took me in and she told me to my blood pressure, ask questions. Once again, very confident, competent, very friendly. And then I had talked to (name removed) on the phone and she listened to everything I had to say and got me the appointment as soon as possible. Is difficult to schedule appointments when you need to see him, specially when you're waiting fir lab results. Overall everybody's nice provide quality care.

Making an appointment at PIH is the most difficult and grueling thing to put a patient through. Something has to be done about this. Waiting 3months to see your PCP is not health care. It's not the physicians fault but PIH must hire doctors to help with this issue.

I had a list of approx. 6 questions to discuss & he took time to answer them all and to review my recent labs with me. He is a good listener & explains things clearly. I have confidence in him & appreciate having him as my primary care physician.

Trying to get appointments take forever to get. Phone waiting is too long.

Very difficult to schedule and appointment for something that requires immediate attention like a urine infection, high blood pressure etc. appointment wait 2 1/2 - 3 months wait. I have been a patient of PIH for may years I have never had this type of problems, usually I could schedule an appointment almost immediately. There is usually a long waiting list for specialist but not for primary care physician. Hope this problem can improve soon
