The Dr asked to follow up in 4 months, but there is nothing available until one year.

Your telephone service (word removed). It is very, very bad. Even the pharmaceutical companies and Quest Labs cannot call you. You call this office and you get a roundabout, go from here, go to San Fe, go to here, go to there, and it just keeps going round and round and you never get to a person. You need to have people answer the phones, please. Thank you.

I saw Dr (Khan) in Urgent Care Oct 18 I feel he failed to listen to me and put some false statements in his report. He said I had a UTI. Not hearing from him from urine results or medication I called Dr. Kahn's officer the following Wednesday and was told I didn't have a UTI. Seeing Dr. Kahn December 1st was a blessing. She listened and immediately got mean authors for Uterus ultrasound and GYN appointment. I'm hoping for a life saving results.

The entire staffing team is truly exceptional at what they do. I want to express my sincere appreciation for their professionalism. I consistently enjoy coming back for any appointment I have scheduled due to their excellent service. Their schedule is always well-managed, consistently arriving on time without any delay. I have never had to wait any extended period during my visits. The entire process is consistently efficient and seamless, from entering to exiting on time. I also appreciate that they take the time to listen attentively to my concerns and never rush me. Their friendliness and attentiveness contribute significantly to my overall positive experience.

The doctor is very professional and kind, took time to listen to me and even talk about things I wasn't there for. It just came up in conversation. But it's very hard to get an appointment there. You stay on hold a long time and when you are given to a person to schedule, it's months waiting. So I waited months for an appointment and then couldn't make it because of the family emergency and had to wait months for the reschedule. So that's my only complaint.

100% satisfied with Dr. Mehwish Khan she's nice and listen to my questions and explain everything . Her staff is nice and accommodating too. The staff of PIH are nice and accommodating.

Dr was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me. She made sure I had all the correct tests and screenings being done. She seemed to listen to m concerns without brushing things off like no big deal.

Dr Khan answered all of my questions and set up a plan to navigate my current situation, adjusting based on my feedback and availability. Could not have asked for a better experience. The rest of the staff was great also.

The reception staff, nurse practitioner, and lab tech were all really helpful and gracious. The nurse practitioner ( forgive me if that is not her correct title) that took my blood pressure put me at ease and gave me tips to calm my body before she took my blood pressure. It was the first time that they didn't have to take it a second time because it's usually high the first time due to anxiousness.

I was trying to explain to the doctor that my right ankle foot has not changed in over a month and I want to go see a rheumatologist but she insisted that I need to get orthopedic shoes tried to explain that is not the problem I need to see a rheumatologist

Dr Khan always makes me feel like a much valued patient , inquiring not only about my physical health but also taking time to ask about my emotional health , and even asks how my family is . She takes plenty of time with me , never seeming rushed or preoccupied. Her nurse, Ms. (name removed) is friendly, respectful and caring , as well as being professional and competent , seeing her is like seeing a long time friend!

Dr. Khan is an awesome doctor that listens attentively. I feel so bad, because every time I go in there, my mental is just not so great. So this last time I was so excited to go in there and let her know I was doing OK and then two days before my visit with her I got some really bad news. Again I came in just not feeling great. One day I just hope to go in there and let her know that I'm just thriving out here in life.

Most exams for me are pretty routine. So visits are brief. Office nurse takes vitals and sets up for the Dr. Khan. My doctor reviews my blood tests and answers all my questions I'm a health person so it goes fast. I like my doctor!!

Yes, I advise if you to have family and friends, go to the doctor. The doctor who treated me is very good. She listened to all my problems and well, I think she is one of the best and very good, very best, and is healing me.

Doctor Khan is very patient with dealing with my hearing loss. Have to admit a long wait from the time she was done until someone came to give me a vaccination and schedule appointment and authorization papers. I thought they forgot about me.

I'm new to PIH and so far I like it. I hope that with time all these visits are like this. I did have issues with getting billed for a January visit for which I previously provided my insurance. However, front staff took care of reaching the appropriate personal to transfer over insurance info. I appreciate they took responsibility for internal gaps in communication and sorted it out for me instead of passing on the task to me.

Dr Khan and her staff are the best and provide my wife and I with the best care.

I let Dr. Khan know I was having wax build up and she asked if I had time that they would flush my ears out and did while recommending to flush at home one a month with over the counter Debrox . She also let me know I was eligible for a Pneumococcal Pneumonia shot as the age limit had lowered and I did receive it.

It's difficult to provide feedback about a primary physician that I've just seen for the first time.

Everything went well during my visit. It's just so hard to schedule an appointment with a provider. Either I have the choice of urgent care or wait for months.
