Dr. Maducdoc was very thorough and very professional and took the time to talk to me and explain to me about my possible surgical procedure and I really appreciate it as I was very nervous when I went into the office. The only thing that I can make a notation of is I understand they just moved offices so we were in a brand new office and for whatever reason the floor fell through on the back of my husband's chair. Not Dr. Maducdoc 's fault of anything, but just want to make sure that nobody else gets hurt. That's all. Thank you.

I've been seeing Dr. Maducdoc for like five years now and so I would appreciate that you don't need to be calling me for a survey on him because he is a terrific doctor and I've been seeing him for five years. So I don't think I should have to be given a survey every time I go see him. Okay? Thank you very much.

Great job , They did really good job, but I guess due to lack of specialist , the appointment took long time .

I love coming to this doctor's office. He gives me a feeling that he's in control and understands. And he's quick with the answer and does the work right away, as soon as possible. I highly recommend him, but I don't want anybody else to use him because I want him all for myself. LOL.

Everyone in the doctor's office was nice except (name removed). She was very unfriendly when I spoke with her on Monday, May 18, 2026. The reason for my call was because I had missed my doctor's appointment on May 8th. Since I did not get a follow-up text or phone call, the appointment totally slipped my mind. I asked her if she could reschedule me to come in A.S.A.P. She told me a resounding NO. I asked her if she could call me if there were any cancellations and again she told me no. Mable then told me that the earliest I could be seen was on July 17, 2026 at 4:20 in the afternoon. I'm pretty sure that she was aware of the date. I don't know if she was trying to be funny or not however, (date removed) will be my (numbers removed) birthday. She said that I would need to call in once a week to see if anyone cancelled. However, I decided to call today at 10:25 am and I was given an 11:20 am appointment today to be seen by the doctor. Whoever this Mable is, she needs professional training and some etiquette training to learn some manners. Otherwise, Dr. Maducdoc and the rest of the office staff is wonderful. Thank you.

Dr Marlon Maducdoc is such a great physician. So very patient and caring. Takes time to listen and explain things. Never in a hurry and goes above and beyond what I expected. His staff are also very nice and friendly. They are also helpful and kind. I recommend him to everyone I speak to who are thinking of seeing a ENT physician. I'm a RN so I know what he and his staff do is really special

The care is excellent; the nurses, the doctor, and all the staff in general are very good. However, they take a long time to give appointments; I don't know if it's because of so many patients.

The doctor was excellent once I got to go in and see him, but it took almost eight months before, you know, there was cancellations on him on the medical side, so I don't know what's going on. But other than that, once he got to see me, he's moving on it. Good doctor. Thank you.

Dr. M is a great doctor

The only thing I disliked was that to schedule an appointment in April, I had to wait until December to see the specialist, and during all that time I called several times to see if there were any cancellations, and there never were. The good thing is that my health seems to have improved.

Doctor's appointment not available when needed and that's a bad situation because we call to make an appointment because we have an issue. Two months later it may resolve if it's an emergency person might die before even person can see the doctor. I understand you're going to tell me do 911 if it's emergency case but there are certain things you need to see normally go to the doctor not 911.

I congratulate the office because they've provided excellent care to my family, especially to my mother, who is elderly. The Latino doctors, both Latino and white, are excellent for me. We've received doctors who have treated us there who are very dark. Yes, I have complained about their service, but everything, from the secretaries to everything, has been excellent for us, and the Latino doctors have been excellent, as have the white doctors. I congratulate them; we've truly felt excellent with all the services, both emergency and healthcare.

It took three months to get an appointment with this doctor. I am 80 years old and do not want to go to Whittier to see a doctor when I can drive to Downey PIH, not sure why I had to wait so long. This is my first time seeing this doctor because I had a serious dizziness problem, but that should not have been a reason for such a long wait. I have been with this group for over 60 years and maybe see a doctor once a year but when I need a new doctor, waiting 3 months is not acceptable.
