You guys have excellent staff, but the only bad thing that I disliked is that they told me that they don't accept my insurance company. That was it. I mean, I wish I could keep on going there, but they said that they won't accept my insurance card because they don't deal with that insurance card, I guess. That's the only thing. Other than that, you guys have a great staff and keep on helping the community and the people that need it. Thank you.

Everything went very well, magnificent. The secretaries, the nurses, the doctor-everything was explained very well, and they took excellent care of me. I'm happy and comfortable. Thank you very much.

I wanted to just basically say (name removed), her last name is (name removed) or something like that. I had called into the office and I needed to get my doctor's notes and other items, questions. She was the most patient person. She answered all my questions. She called me back or she sent me an email. I really appreciate that because several times I called, they didn't get anyone and then I finally got someone and she was just the most patient and she answered, I could set all my questions and got everything I needed. So I really wanted to give my feedback on, I think her name is (name removed), I believe it was.

Finding Parking took a while.

The staff, including the surgeons, are very kind and treat you with great respect and sensitivity. I was having trouble with my EDD paperwork, and I asked for help there to fill it out. They very kindly helped me with the form, and I was able to submit it without any problems. The service is in your language, which makes you feel more comfortable if you have any questions. I highly recommend PIH. Thank you very much.
