Dr Lii was very nice and knowledgeable . He answered all my questions. Office staff was also nice as usual.

I think my answer for question one and two should have been a three, but I didn't understand what the person was saying. So I pressed two, not realizing that three was better.

More handicap parking at this facility would be helpful.

It's great that this provider is close to home however, to be charged for parking to visit an Optometrist for this specific location is absurd versus the other offices. Reasons why we visit this location versus the other three. The earliest date for this provider. Closest to my home. A bigger selection of glasses. Friendlier office personnel. Dislike paying for parking.

It's my first time there and I had issues with the receptionist regarding information I was asking her for and she said that they didn't have it. So I had to call my insurance and verify that I have the permission to come to this hospital to do my vision. But at the end of the day, they found out that they did have me and I just thought that that was a waste of time going back and forth doing all the legwork for the appointment. But all in all, it's okay. Thank you. Bye.

Had a bit of a wait in office, but not bad. The pre doctor visit dialating my eyes went smoothly and she explained everything. Saw Dr. Li and he was very friendly, listened carefully, spent time explaining what floaters are, and what to expect in the future, did the exam and gave me clean bill of health, but said future floaters are still a possibility, but should go away in time, will definetly see him again.

Dr Mark Lii was very honest and friendly. At 82 I thought that he would have created a few thing wrong with my eyes and would have asked me to come back three months later to do different things ( like other one did to me , for money I guest, at Long Beach when I was still working). But he honestly told me I didn't have any problems and only needed to come back next year. Thank you Dr Lii

Dr. Lii was extremely thorough. He checked my eyes very, very thoroughly, and I appreciated the time he spent and his explanations of what was going on with my eyes, and he very much allayed my concerns. So, again, thank you. He was superb.

Dr. Lii didn't seem to know how the refraction machine works. My daughter was unable to see anything at the beginning, which had never happened with Dr. (name removed), her regular optometrist. Dr. Lii appeared flustered. He's super nice, however!

I think the only thing is when I got there, the receptionist wasn't at her station, so it was a little confusing, maybe something along the lines of streamlining the check-in process would be good. Hi, this is (PHI removed) caretaker, mom. Our visit was okay. It was a first-time visit. It feels like with a lot of the providers with Kaiser that nobody is able to give us any answers on what is happening with (PHI removed). I know that it is a puzzle, and I just wish that more can be offered if Kaiser can't figure it out for us then maybe they should try to help us figure it out outside of Kaiser. But I wasn't offered that. And again, been dealing with this since he was one year old. And at this point, still not able to give me an official diagnosis. Overall I had a great experience. The only drawback was the limited access to scheduling. It took about 1-1.5 months to get an appointment. Otherwise the online check in was convenient. Everyone that I encountered from the front desk staff to the person assisting me with my eye tests before seeing the optometrist to the optician that helped explain my insurance benefits were all very courteous & helpful. This was my first time seeing Dr. Mark Lii and he was great. He seemed very calm & pleasant to work with. I appreciated that he took the time to listen, explained everything that he was doing, answered all my questions clearly with his professional insight & recommendations, and didn't make me feel like I was being rushed through my appointment. Overall great team & facility. Thank you everyone for all your help!

Before I started my exam, there was other people there. Any question that I had to ask, they were very courteous and they answered everything that I needed to know. If I didn't know something, I asked and they were very courteous and helped me with it. And my examination went fine. He was very courteous also. And everything went fine. Even the staff was great when I was choosing my glasses and they helped me very much.

I was very pleased with a visit. Quality care and treatment. The nurse practitioner and doctor were very good and very knowledgeable. Both explain to me in detail what to expect and gave me a post analysis of my treatment results.

Concise, caring, and detailed with this evaluation. I love PIH's healthcare model. Ive never been disappointed, except with your 3rd party billing for radiology reading/evaluations.. I have 2 ins and never have paid a copay, even for surgeries. But now, I got bills from Lambert radiology..!!

I felt heard and understood by the technicians and provider. They were all very friendly, courteous, and answered any and all my questions in relation to insurance, vision health and findings, eyeglass prescriptions, contact lens changes. I was also able to schedule an appointment without difficulty online and received notifications and calls to confirm my appointment which was very helpful.

What is not very professional is the appointments when it is a 6-month check-up, not for the patient.

Front desk needs training with courtesy. Office help was fine, but they need help with being courtesy to their patients. The physician was wonderful, but their front desk was not.

I ended up at this office location because the eye center at PIH hospital rudely turned me away. I had an appointment in March where the time was incorrectly scheduled on your end. I showed up to my appointment exactly 1 hour after what they said was my "set" time and considered a "no show". I explained to the receptionist that I was given the wrong appointment time when it was scheduled. She understood, was very nice and suggested that she would ask Dr. (name removed) if he could see me. He refused after I had this appointment on the books for over a month and half. It was not my error so I was very upset. This was a blessing in disguise because seeing Dr. Mark Lii was the best outcome possible. I had not realized until I saw him in the examination room that I was treated by Dr. Lii the year before at PIH hospital and remember being very pleased with his care. :-) Dr. (name removed) unprofessional behavior turned out for the best. Thank you.
