My name is (PHI removed) and I was treated very well by the doctor. The only problem is that where the doctor is and I'm in Marina Del Rey, California and I have to have somebody here only once a week who can drive me. So it's not likely that I would be coming downtown Los Angeles because it's too far for the person to take me and it takes too much time and I only have once a week this person on a Tuesday. I really liked the doctor and I thought the doctor treated me well. It's taking a very long time for this to heal, this that I've got on my thigh. But the doctor was very kind, very helpful and I don't think I'll be coming back because I don't have anyone to take me. Thank you very much.

I think that the staff and Dr. Pak were all really respectful and really friendly and it was a nice experience. Really my only issue with the appointment was that Dr. Pak just felt super rushed. She was kind of walking out the door and I was still asking her questions about my care. So that was kind of the only thing that I didn't really like. It just she kind of came in, did the sweep and then answered questions while she was doing the exam, which is fine. But I just wish she'd spent a little bit more time and I didn't feel like she had a million patients to see right after me.

First time in this office and I really like the service from the front desk to the doctor. Everybody is professional.

My experience with Dr. M Pak was incredibly awful. She was brusque, dismissive, rude, and negative. Her manner was one of inexplicable anger the moment she walked in the door. She was 30 min late and rushed through my appt. Worst of all: she SHOVED the speculum into me unexpectedly causing my pain that made me gasp and visibly upset. She plowed ahead anyway, ignoring this. I will be filing a formal compliant.

Dr. Pak was absolutely amazing and made a possibly nerve wracking and painful experience very pleasant.

My recent visit with Dr. Marian Pak was truly pleasant. She took the time to listen carefully and answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. I felt that she genuinely cares for her patients, which made me feel comfortable and valued. I highly appreciate her professionalism and compassionate approach.

I was disappointed that I waited over 40 minutes for less than 10 minutes with the doctor.

Hands down PIH Women's Health has been the best medical care experience time and time again. The front office staff are so courteous and helpful, and everything from booking the appointment to follow up information is handled in such a pleasant and efficient manner. The medical team as well are fantastic. I've seen three different doctors here and they have all been the most attentive, patient, and informative doctors. The medical assistants as well as kind and help make the whole visit pleasant. After I moved further away, I tried going to a provider closer to where I live but it was such an awful experience, I came back to PIH Women's Health and it's worth the additional transportation time every single visit. It's turned an annual exam from something I dread to something I look forward to. Thank you to everyone who makes this possible.

I had a vaginal biopsy scheduled, but during the procedure, the Doctor was unable to complete it because the cervix was so narrow she said. I will appreciate Doctor consider that before to provide this service, because I had to suffer physically this procedure with no success.

Dr. Pak is great, but our time together did feel rushed.

No bedside manners, complete lack of empathy, throws words like "cancer" and "torture" in a nonchalant manner. Appalled.

Dr. Dwight is more thorough.

It made me feel a bit uneasy that I wasn't recognized as a returning client. I had been going to this office for over 8 years and when they changed systems they seem to have lost my patient info and considered me a new patient. I know my doctor left but they should have had access to my charts. I liked Dr. Pak but the office in general didn't make me feel like all of my info is safe so I may be looking for a different office. I wouldn't really care if I was just coming for my yearly since that was easy and quick which I appreciate but not sure if this is the place I want to have my appointments if I get pregnant

The doctor conducted annual exam and didn't say anything about - if it was ok or not. Additionally, the doctor talked to me in a doubtful tone commenting on some of the things that I'm saying "really?" in a judgmental way. This is the last thing I want to experience at the gynecologist appointment.

I'm (name removed) and what I didn't like was that they made me wait a long time for her to see me. That's all.

Dr. Pak was kind, thorough, smart and spent time creating a relationship with me (first time visit). She did a great job, I would highly recommend her.

Hi, I was transitioning from Dr. (name removed) to Dr. Pak because Dr. (name removed) retired. I felt that Dr. Pak was friendly and she listened to me, but she was very, very perfunctory in terms of reading my chart and knowing anything about my history. I've been at your practice for 27 years and I've gone through a lot of different procedures and things and she made a lot of assumptions about me and was very quick and went through the visit way too quickly in my opinion. So I would have liked her to be more attentive and more trying to catch up on my history and some of the things I have faced and I'm still facing instead of rushing through the appointment.

I've been a patient of women's spectrum for over 20 years. This was my first time seeing a new doctor after the retirement of doctor (name removed). I was expecting an introduction or something but maybe I'm just old school or I was so use to Dr. (name removed). New doctor was very professional.

I went in for an annual womens wellness exam. Everything went okay, although did feel a bit rushed.

I spent a while in the room waiting for the provider to get in there. I was not happy with what happened. She would not perscribe me birth control becuase I had a history of high blood pressure. This has been under control for years, is thoroughly documented and even the nurse taking my vitals pointed out that my blood pressure reading was great and the medicine must really be working. I was completely taken aback by the fact that she wouldn't perscribe me medication that I have been taking for years. I understand the risks, but she presented it in a way that she "couldn't sleep at night" if she perscribed it to me. While that is her personal feeling and opinion and I respect that, the way she made me feel was that I have been receiving inadequate care for years and that I was extremely high risk of blood clots and have been and that I should be VERY worried. I don't think she has great bedside manner at all. OBGYN appointments and pap spears are extremely vulnerable situations for women and it could have all been handled in a much calmer, more inviting way. I felt stupid, down played and anxious. I respect her decisions as a medical professional, obviously, but I felt she was acting in a way that was best for her, NOT her patient.
