Ms. Nunez was awesome. They gave me an appointment right away. And she didn't ask me what I wanted to do. She actually helped me. She was great. I'd gladly see her again instead of Dr. Ho, who's okay, but I like her a lot better. She's awesome.

From the ladies in the front office to the nurses that call you in and Dr. Maria Nunez you get a warm welcome and my appointment went smoothly. My issue hasn't been resolved but that is because labs needed to be taken but a plan was made and I think it's a thorough plan. Thank you!!

Appreciate how she was able to squeeze me into her afternoon schedule when requested. Maria eased my mind and answered all my questions, and she gave me referrals for a specialist/test.

I definitely like, what I like the most is that it's very easy to schedule an appointment. And then the other thing is there's not really like, you know, a whole lot of people in the waiting area. They don't schedule back-to-back patients, which is something that I really appreciate.

Dr Nunez was the bomb ! knowledgeable and I felt she Genuinely cared go back to her in a heart beat thanks to her assistant as well very nice .

Yes, I'd like to give a compliment to Maria Nunez. She's very understanding of listening and also for prescribing the right medication that I needed to be able to ease my pain overnight. (Name removed) the receptionist went above and beyond to help me with my daughter's care. I wish there were more employees like her that shows compassion for a member. I appreciate all that she does. My adult daughter is special needs and I came into the office needing a letter from the provider stating she was disabled and cannot serve as a juror. I was provided the after visit summary per superior court not acceptable. Message was given to provider and no response back. (Name removed) listen and assisted with what was needed, had provider sign. I'm not trying to get over on the system or nothing like that. I don't want my daughter going to jail or being fine if just a simple letter can be wrote out with the proper documentation presented on her diagnosis that she in fact is disabled. (Name removed) the receptionist is great. Customer service satisfaction with a smile. Need more like her.

Maria is the best provider I've ever had in my life. I trust and feel so comfortable with her. I changed my insurance and even paid a higher premium so I can stay in network with Maria! She's amazing

Since my regular physician was out of town and I needed a quick refill on a prescription, my husband suggested an NP might be able to help. She was GREAT. Understood my issue, helped me get the refill I needed, even checked my thyroid info. Very thorough.

Maria Nunez is not really my doctor, Dr. (name removed), but I would recommend nurse practitioner Maria Nunez to anyone. She has an ear, she listens, and she understands and gives her recommendations. There are still things I would not like to take in the way of metformin to find something else for diabetes. I've heard too much bad things about it. Other than that, I give this 100%.

Apparently, with what I needed, she wasn't able to help me, which every psychiatrist and therapist that I talked to, find it very strange that she wasn't willing to help me because my therapist and psychiatrist on Teladoc, they can't write notes or refer me for time off or what have you. She didn't really want to listen to it. She pretty much told me it's either psych or I have to do more since comp. Wasn't very helpful. Left kind of with more questions than when I got there. And I just feel like she could have listened more to what I was saying. I'm just in my situation. I can't get this help from Teladoc doctors. She could have helped moving forward. Now I'm pushed back and it's going to take a lot longer for me to get the help that I need, which is very disappointing.
