Marc Baskin MD has been practicing medicine since 1979. He initially studied Internal Medicine, but took the opportunity in 1981 to pursue his passion with a fellowship in Allergy and Immune Diseases. What he enjoys about being an allergist is that he is involved with a variety of organ systems, and is able to work with patients of all ages. Dr. Baskin says that one of the most important parts of being an allergist is working closely with patients and their families. He finds it rewarding to begin helping someone from a young age, and to continue to work with them throughout their whole life.
