I had to pay $5 for four extra minutes. That was outrageous. I'm 97. I can only walk so fast. I have to take the elevator to the fifth floor. After I've seen the doctor, I have to take the elevator back down and back over into the parking. I think you should have at least an hour for us older people. Thank you. Bye.

Had to cancel prior follow up appointment due to conflicting schedules and it took 6 months to get another appointment. Really unfortunate that all Derms were booked out that far!

The doctor is quick, efficient and knowledgeable. She identified three concerns, froze two and biopsied one. She also took care of an annoying, collar line skin tag.

I have been seeing this dermatologist now for several years. Dr. Schershun is a very professional, courteous, friendly, and gentle doctor. Dermatology procedures, especially on the face, can be uncomfortable. Nevertheless, Dr. Schershun always takes care to make sure that I am not experiencing any pain during the biopsies or other procedures she performs. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised the first time she had to cauterize a biopsy wound that I did not experience any pain. The dermatologist I went to before used a cauterizer that hurt no matter how much local anesthetic he used. The PIH dermatologists all use one that is much better. I would definitely recommend Dr. Schershun to my friends and family. In fact, one of my best friends also goes to her.

As a senior citizen, (like a lot of senior citizens) I do have hearing issues and wear hearing aids. It's helpful for the doctors and nurses to look at us when speaking especially if the doctor or nurse is wearing a mask and to not speak too fast. I know their time is limited and they're very busy, but it would actually help us to not have to ask them to repeat what they said. I'm referring to all doctors and medical staff not just any one doctor or staff member in particular. Just a suggestion.

I scheduled this appointment last year for my annual skin check, and the provider spent exactly five minutes with me. Even if someone has 50 years of experience, I don't believe a thorough skin check can be completed in such a short time. I've noticed over the last three years that she always seems to be in a rush, and I don't feel that she truly listens to her patients. Unfortunately, this will be the last year I see her, as I don't believe a skin check-or any annual visit-should be conducted in just five minutes.

Getting an appointment for a routine checkup isn't possible unless you tell the scheduler you want a blemish/bump checked for cancer. Dr. (name removed) left about a year ago and I finally got an appointment! Please hire a replacement for her.

Dr Scherschun is the best. She aggressively treats my skin cancers and pre cancers. She is both professional in her care as well as having an excellent "bedside" manner. Highly recommend.

Takes months to schedule an appointment which I assume is because the office is busy, but when I arrived I was the only patient there. Throughout my whole visit I did not see any other patients. I was surprised by this. Other than that, my experience as a whole was pleasant and quick.

I have seen Dr. Scherschun now for several years. She is a caring professional who is an excellent dermatologist. One thing. I especially appreciated was that I had a spot on my leg that had been bleeding for quite a while. Dr. Scherschun and her staff made time for me to come in two days after I called. This is exceptional. To see a specialist with PIH Health Physicians often takes weeks because they are so good and have a lot of patients. Yet one would think they were the only one by the way her patients are treated. I would definitely recommend Dr. Scherschun to anyone who needs a dermatologist.
