Hi, I was very concerned because I've never had a cyst removed and it was in my back of my neck and that's close to your brain and I need all the brain I have. So anyway, Dr. Peralta or yeah, she did an excellent job. She calmed my nerves right away. She helped me understand that, you know, all the procedure and I felt really good when I left the office and (name removed) was a nurse I think and she was very helpful and understanding too as was the young man who helped. I mean I just felt really relieved to get it done. His name I think was Josh but it's just a wonderful staff and I appreciate PIH for having such people work for them. Thank you.

Lisette Peralta is always thoughtful and thorough when checking my skin and addressing my concerns. I trust her completely with my care and feel like she is knowledgeable and personable, which is a winning combination.

I called in September to make an appointment for my annual check up. There weren't any appointments available until January 6. That was 5 months away! That length of time to wait for an appointment is excessive.

Wait time was minimal, staff was very courteous and professional. Thank you!

Though not the fault of the provider or staff, time spent with me felt rushed. I attribute this to the time constraints put upon providers to achieve a business model of quantity over quality. That said, during the limited time spent with me, both the provider and staff were personable and attentive to my needs and questions.

When you've stripped down to your underwear and having your skin checked, it can make you feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable. Lisette provides an environment that makes you feel safe. Absolutely love Dr. (name removed), Lizette Peralta and all of the office staff and Medical Aides in the office.

Lisette is a great provider. The office schedule seems to be booked out too long. But I also have this same issue with my PIH primary care provider. Booked out months in advance. The next available appointment is usually months away. I feel bad for the providers. It appears that more providers are needed.

Lisette was apologetic for the wait which I appreciated, not all providers acknowledge the fact that I arrived on time but was kept waiting anyway. She proceeded to be efficient in what she needed to do. She was easy to talk to.

Once a year exam, visit. Dr. Peralta listened to me, looked at every area of concern and reassured me. She explained what each "thing" is and that it's not cancer. (Name removed) took the time to schedule an "urgent" appointment for me with Lisette when I thought there was something wrong with a new skin lesion that had popped up. He got me in the office within 2 weeks to see Lisette. Kudos to (name removed) for listening to me and being proactive in getting me in the office. The lesion was frozen and turned out to be nothing. A month later I was scheduled to see Lisette for my 6 month check-up. Lisette always takes the time to listen to what I have to say and always gives me good advice and leaves me with a positive feeling. I love seeing her!

I have had a few Pre-cancerous skin issues and surgeries. Consequently I am now seen every six months. They take very good care of me. Lissette Peralta always answers all of my questions and concerns calmly and professionally. Office staff friendly and efficient. Great experience all around!

If I could rate my provider for the July appointment 1 thru 10 .... 10 being the outstanding.... She was a 100 !!! It's the kind of provider PIH should have. My last experience in February with A different provider in same office was a negative experience... would never want anyone to go through that... I walked out emotionally upset. But thanks to the nurse who helped me get through it... I came back and had a better patient experience... knowing the new provider really cared.

I had to wait months before seeing the Dr. It's getting more and difficult to see PIH physicians.

Yes, I love Lizette Peralta, Dr. (name removed) and the whole staff. I love my general practitioner and everyone that I see. What I don't like is the way PIH treats their doctors and staff these days. And I don't like the $5 every time I step foot on the property. I think it's outrageous and the machines don't work half the time and it's very hard to get in and out. And so I wish you guys would treat your staff better because if, Lisette Peralta leaves, and I'm gonna have to change medical groups. So you can do better, PIH. I've been with you since before my kids were born in 1987 and 1991, but I'm not happy with the way things are run around there these days. So check it out, please. Thank you.

The Dr. was very nice and give me something different this time , hopefully it works, I really like this Dr.

Lisette Peralta came in and said it had just been made aware that I had waited since January and she needed to open another day next week. She couldn't do it today. Why was I not called to cancel before I drove there? I have to cancel when I can't come? We don't look ahead? Why not? When appointments are made the facts show how long a person waits. It has to be urgent. I tried twice to get an earlier appointment than May 20. I contacted my doctor also but he doesn't schedule in dermatology . I said you have spent more time telling me about why you can't do it than if you had. It takes 45 minutes. I was there 30 minutes and was 15 minutes early. It "might have to be excised" says my paper. She said "no " it says "should" be excised. She didn't have the paperwork . Are we talking about me ? If it is "should "why did I have to wait so many months and am now being postponed?

Excellent physician. very caring

I was concerned about a condition that I had for several months. She reassured me that everything was normal for my age. She scheduled an appointment to follow up on me. First time appointments will take longer. I also have samples of skin lotions to try out. She did everything I expected it.

A week before my appointment, got a call to reschedule having to wait another 2-3 months; couple weeks later received another call to reschedule; then, 2-3 days later I received another call to reschedule. I needed to get in before summer. Thankfully, they were able to get me in within 2 weeks. I totally understand scheduling conflicts, sickness, etc....it was a tad frustrating. However, I VERY much actually being heard that I needed to come in.

Lisette, PA-C is caring and took the time to chat with me about why I came in to see her. She is professional and she shows that she cares about her patients, especially me!

I'm a new patient. The initial attempt to get an appointment was difficult. In fact, I got hung up on. After that, I did get an appointment, but it was six months out. So that was the only negative thing I could say about the experience I had with the office. It was the initial trying to get the appointment and the initial appointment being so far out.
