My experience with the front office staff and the nurse assistant was wonderful. The provider is knowledgeable, but needs to take more time with the patients to explain things, listen better, and provide treatment options instead of just rushing through the visit.

It was my first appointment with Dr. Gonzalez. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the advice that she gave me, and I will definitely make her my gynecologist going forward. Thank you.

Front office staff is not the friendliest. When I arrived there wasn't anyone at the front desk. I wrote my name on the list and sat down. No one greeted me or notified me whether I needed to provide anything. I didn't have contact with anyone until the MA/nurse called me to the exam rooms. MA/Nurse was very kind and helpful which made my experience better. Dr. was also very helpful, informative and showed care for my situation.

In my opinion, the first time was my first appointment with her, and I'll be able to discuss it further when I go to the second appointment, which will be in three sessions. I liked her kindness; she seems very professional. I hope I can have the same opinion at the next appointment, which will be more important because of the diagnosis. So far, I'm happy.

I wish doctor Gonzalez, had asked me more questions, about my concerns. This way I would have remembered all the questions I had and forgot to ask

This was my first visit with Dr Gonzalez and found her to be very professional, explained everything thoroughly and saw me in a timely manner, provided good feedback and it was an overall very pleasant experience. I was super pleased with Dr. Gonzalez and her staff. I will give them 100 millions plus stars. Great service, great doctor, made me feel very comfortable for having my woman exam. One thing that I do encourage that it will be a lot easier for us to schedule a sooner appointment. I had to wait over a month to see her.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Leslie Gonzalez as a physician that is very important to me.

I would just say that when you're taking samples of something from the patient, that the container that you're putting that into, that it already has the patient's name and date of birth so that it's easily recognizable. I didn't, there was something on the counter that was mine that needed to be sent to a lab and it didn't have my name and date of birth or any of my patient information and when I addressed it, the person that was going to do so said she was going to do it after I left the room and that made me feel a little uneasy. Everything else other than that was perfect. Thank you.

Dr. Gonzalez has been really thorough in my care. I have been to several doctors to help me with the condition I have and it might be because she's a woman and she understands. She was able to help me and really give me hope and I have been doing better and feeling better because of her.

Everyone was friendly and serious about topics that I had questions on. Staff made it very easy to talk to them.

There needs to be more female gynecologists available at PIH especially this location. It took months to get an appointment and I only managed to get one because there was a cancellation!

This was my first visit with Dr. Gonzalez at her office, and I just wanted to say what a pleasure, how pleasant, how concerned and caring, and not just her, but the staff as well. This is an excellent office, and I just really appreciate it. I've had some other doctors in the past that were, you know, they wouldn't entertain very much. You know, you could only talk about one thing, It kind of hurried you along, and I understand, you know, it's the nature of the business, but I just wanted to say thank you so much for the care, the concern, and the compassion, but especially how courteous and kind you guys are. I had a pleasant experience at my doctor's appointment yesterday Dr Gonzalez was very nice and polite and she listened to what I had to say the nursing staff was very nice the nurses were very nice everything went well everyone there was very nice polite and professional I like that a fact that Dr Gonzalez listen to everything I said and didn't rush me everything went well I will recommend her to my friends and family because she has that great personality and great bedside manner doctor Leslie Gonzalez makes you feel comfortable and her nursing staff is really nice all they're all professional that works in the office to me Dr Leslie Gonzalez is the best gynecologist I ever had I would recommend her to friends and family like I said she's better than the gynecologist I had in the past I tell you that if you want the best and you will PIH be seen by Dr Leslie Gonzalez because she's great and I really do mean it her and her staff top notch so no complaints here I'm happy basically with all my appointments since I've been seeing Dr Leslie Gonzalez and she's honest and she don't beat around the bush and she give you her honest opinion how about your health care needs and you can tell she likes her job and cares about her patients so that's why I like her too so overall good experience like I said the first time nothing terrible to say everything went well!
