I had my appointment with Laura the PA. Although my visit went ok it would be nice to occasionally see Dr. (name removed) without having to wait 3 months for that appointment. I don't like that the responsibility is put on the patient to call daily to check for cancellations to make an appointment with your own doctor?

Compared to other PA's that I have visited, Dr Kheng is very professional, humble and cares about her patient.

Very respectful and professional environment. Explained everything in details. My mother is profoundly deaf and elderly. They have a lot of patience explaining everything to her so that she understands. Dr was very informative and kind she explained the treatment plan and her reason for having a return visit always asking if there were any more concerns before she concluded the visit.

I had arrived 10 minutes after my appointment. I did arrive at the desk and sign in on the roster that they had out. I took my seat because the medical assistant was dealing with another patient. I ended up sitting there for 15 minutes and I was never called. Everybody else waiting in the room had been called in that was ahead of me and people that had checked in after me, most of them were checked in. I walked up to the clerk and asked why I hadn't been called in and she just kind of said, oh, laughed a little. Well, we'll get you in next. She forgot to check me in.

Fix the parking gates. Always very long lines to exit because people can't figure out how to pay. Ridiculous!!!

The PA explained everything so I understood and answered all of my questions. She was very easy to talk to.

The Digestive Health department is always pleasant and professional. Positive words/thoughts are posted on the exam room's board. I was greeted and called into the exam room by a young lady with a beautiful smile.

The doctor is very thorough and listened to my concerns. She gave me suggestions for dealing with my symptoms and recommended that I call her if the pain returns. She is very proactive.

The provider was great! She was very respectful and very responsive to my concerns. The office clerk that is responsible for checking you in was not very warm or inviting.

They treated me very well. I liked the doctor. He's very attentive. The nurses are very helpful, they're on top of everything, they call you for your appointment, and everything went very well.

Excellent and friendly service

Called on a Wednesday was seen on Friday. Excellent service by office staff and doctors assistant. Doctor listened to me and spent a good 30 mins. Never felt rush. Excellent doctor and staff. Highly recommend.

She did not look at my chart to see what problems I had previously from the other doctor in this office.
