Yes, my name is (PHI removed) and I've been seeing Dr. House for over 15 years and he is the nicest, most kind doctor. He takes time to listen and he is extremely professional and I am just so blessed to have him for my doctor. I feel very fortunate for the last over 15 years to have Dr. House as my doctor and I would recommend him highly to any person. Thank you very much.

Suffering from 100% deafness in one ear due to SSHL sudden sensorineural hearing loss was a devastating concern and a life changing event. I have trusted Dr House and his staff to watch over me and continue to advise me regarding my special condition. Highly recommend the House Ear Clinic!

I was disappointed with upon my arrival, the receptionist informed me I was there as a cash patient. I had taken care of my referral issue with (name removed) it was approved several days prior. I drove 30 miles, taking one hour 20 minutes. I was already irritated with that and to be given that incorrect information immediately upon arrival I did not need that stressful information. Fortunately was quickly resolved. Since January, I've gone through major referral hell with my insurance companies just to see an ENT.

It was a great experience with the doctor. What I don't like is that it take so long to get the next appointment. For my ear procedure. Thank you,

Dr House was very thorough. One thing he didn't do, however, was explain what type of hearing aids and settings would best improve my hearing.

When checking in, the front office staff wasn't particularly friendly. The staff in the audiology department was very professional and cheerfully greeted me.

Dr. House and his attending Fellow, were very kind, compassionate, and spent a lot of time with me. The Fellow first asked me questions to get up to speed on my hearing issue, previous tests run, previous surgeries, and symptoms. He did a thorough exam of both ears. (Dr. House performed ear surgery on me twice in 1999 and is still the same kind, compassionate, and professional physician that I remember.) He didn't remember me, of course, but listened to my concerns, problems with my surgery in 2024 in South Carolina, and future treatments. He also asked me to stay in touch so he can follow the status of my hearing disability. I've never had a doctor as caring and concerned as he is. His Fellow has a great man to train with. It was work a flight from South Carolina to receive information and recommendations from a world famous ENT that is still practicing medicine because he loves what he does.

I had to wait 1-1/2 months to see Dr House even I told them that I had serious issues with my ears.

It was really difficult to get an appointment due to the fact that my insurance had to approve everything in advance and took a very long time. It literally took a few months to make this appointment. Finally I got my appointment with Dr. House and he is just a great doctor and I really appreciate him helping my ear issue. He is the only doctor that I trust with my ear. Thank you Dr. House. Hopefully I can get my next appointment in 6 months without a headache of my insurance. Everyone working there is very professional.

Yes, my name is (PHI removed) Thank you and actually for most of your questions I pressed 2, which I later on found out that 2 is for somewhat, but 3 is the one which I'm fully satisfied. So please go ahead and my answer is 3 for most of the questions and how satisfied I am it would be 8 out of 10 and I'll recommend this doctor to the other family members and friends. Thank you very much.

Dr. House and his staff were wonderful, professional, friendly, accommodating of all of the questions that I had. I have to come back to see Dr. House in one week, and they offered to process the authorization through my HMO, which is wonderful. That prevents my having to do all that follow-up. I appreciate them very much.

Surrounding area for this location is terrible! Tents & vagrants all over right next to building & parking . I paid to park across the street but it would be nice to have known where to safely park when scheduling to come here.

I just thought the entire experience from making the appointment to parking to finding the location to getting into the house, into the house, so to speak, Dr. House's respect for me and my time, the front desk, everything was a 10. It was just terrific.

Dr. House is surely aware of my long history with the clinic that bears his name. I need an unbiased evaluation of what will best meet my hearing needs in the years ahead - especially hearing aid technology advances vs. what a possible cochlear implant can do for me. I am hopeful that the recommended cochlear implant evaluation can offer this for me.

I just want to remind you guys that people who are going there are hard of hearing or having issues with hearing and the fact that the front staff does not speak up enough. I had to ask what so many times and explain to them that I have hearing aids. And when I was leaving, I was told to go check in the front to check out. I'm sorry, to set another appointment. And when I went up there, there was nobody up there, but the person told me, oh, go ahead and have a seat. I'm helping somebody, which is fine. And then also said you can call in. I also work at a doctor's office. That's not the way to make sure that your patients set up a follow-up appointment. And again, most of the time when it came to MEs and the front staff, I could not hear anybody and I had my hearing aids turned up. That's the only thing.

Dr House is at the very top, the pinnacle of his profession...LA is fortunate that he lives and works here.

I just wanted to make this statement that Dr. House is a delight to have come in and check your ears and he talks to you and he makes you feel very welcome. And I consider that a real positive asset to any service, but particularly important when I'm dealing with a physician. So I just wanted to say thank you very much.

I arrived at the office about 10 minutes before my scheduled time. But, I waited over one half hour before I saw my doctor.

Dr House is the best! He's caring and always listens to his patients. The office staff and nurses were great. The only issue I had was that I was not able to schedule my audiology appointment at the same time as my Dr appt. I have been patient of Dr House for many years and this was the first time I wasn't allowed to schedule both appointments together.

Dr. House was very excellent in treating my ear infection and after I left the office he even followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing. So we really appreciate that. Thank you.
