He is a good person.

I had a cyst and I felt it should have been removed, this happened before to me and the (name removed) removed it and I never had a problem again. But now the cyst was on the other side and when I went to see Doctor (name removed) the cyst had burst and he recommend Dr. Britto to remove it. When I saw Doctor Britto I felt from the beginning that Dr. Britto did not want to remove it. He said that he could still feel a small module and it was pretty much healed and that it could come back. Anyway I was not pleased with Dr. Britto.

Yes, Dr. Britto was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Very kind. The office staff was wonderful. And I definitely would recommend him to anyone.

Waited longer than half hour before I was seeing by the doctor.

Pretty efficient team!

I think Dr. Britto needs to retire because I don't think he wants to do complicated cases.

Staff should not assume what the patient is saying or asking. They should get clarification before making any comments. And they need to be patient, comforting, compassionate, empathetic, and listen. Thank you.

Dr Britto answered all my questions was very easy to talk to made me feel at ease gave good advice to some of my questions

Yes, I wish I would have an opportunity of asking him more questions after I left because I have a few other questions to ask him, but I don't know if I'm able to get a hold of him and he didn't leave the door open if I had any other questions to feel free to contact him. And that is my concern. I would love to ask him a few other questions. Thank you.
