He is an excellent professional in every aspect.

Dr. Jeffrey Mora is a wonderful doctor and is very kind to his patience and staff. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. And he is not the type of doctor to push medication. He hears your problems and he decides what medication to use. I highly trust my life in his hands.

My impression of PIH's Neurology department physicians is to test and diagnose the wide array patient nerve problems without actually caring enough discuss all immediate POSSIBLE solutions or real life long term issues if certain corrective actions aren't taken...I was told pain management or back surgery were essentially my only options and there would be NO reason see anyone else in department. I wasn't mad, just hurt that was all modern medicine could offer or suggest. No historical data on what could I expect if none it works. Disappointed

I have had this test done three times by another doctor and three times it has never been done as efficiently and extensively as Dr Mora. They came up with no diagnosis and there's a lot of problems with my hands and my nerves. Dr Mora prior to my arrival had read my file he knew things recently that it happened to me and could find nothing about prior test I'd had with another facility with other doctors not in PIH. Though I have had this test done three times somewhere else they could find nothing wrong. Yet all the symptoms point to nerve related or carpal tunnel. And possible rheumatoid issues. He identify the carpal tunnel, the nerves that need to be addressed and was happy that I needed to see and have your appointment already for rheumatoid specialist this problem has been going on for 2 years and until I left a certain other medical facility I was sent to the same person to do the testing each time. I know I'm with PIH permanently for all my doctors. Again thank you for hiring people who care and don't look at me because of my age because I'm quite healthy otherwise just certain things seem to be going wrong.

His dialogue was right on target with the speed of explaining the procedures.

My experience was amazing. The doctor and stafff was exceptional. The only downside is my testing is not going to be done until 6 months.

This is my second visit in that office. Dr. Mora was really nice. He listened to me, listened to all my concerns. I'm very happy with that doctor. The first doctor I went to go see, Dr. (name removed), horrible doctor, horrible. Did not listen to my concerns, was very rude, unprofessional. So thank you for having a doctor there that's totally opposite of Dr. (name removed). Dr. Mora was really, really, really, really attentive and nice. Thank you.

Jeffery Mora was so rude , short and kept cutting me off and saying you are repeating yourself I heard you and walked out. Time was 5 minutes of nothing before just exiting the room with no by nothing. I will be changing providers. I complained to the ladies down stairs in check in. I was so upset and crying I have never had this experience at PIH

PIH needs to add more Handicap parking spaces to their parking lots at all facilities. It took over 6 months and I had to get an extension on my referral in order to get an appointment. I know I'm not currently an Alzheimer's sufferer. I want to be tested for the gene because my father had Alzheimer's. I explained this to Dr Mora at the beginning of my visit. Dr Mora put me through memory and stability tests. He told me that I only have slight, age related memory issues. He told me that I have mild, age related memory issues, which I already know. I again explained that I just want to be tested for the Alzheimer's gene because my father had Alzheimer's and I want to know. He finally agreed to have me tested and gave me a referral to the lab.

Dr. Jeffrey Mora was excellent. He listened to everything that I had to say. I didn't talk too much because he already did his research on my headaches. He knew exactly what I was experiencing. The only thing that is not his fault was the scheduling. It took me about three months to be seen by him. Nevertheless, I was extremely happy to have a provider such as him really listen to what I was going through. I didn't have to explain it. He had my medical history and he took it very serious. So Jeffrey Mora, Dr. Jeffrey Mora is a great physician.

Dismissive experience after a 6-month wait ?I am writing this because I am deeply disappointed in our recent neurology appointment. My mother and I waited six months for this visit, and I had to take a full day off work to be there as her son and caregiver. ?While the doctor was polite, the actual care was dismissive. We came with specific concerns and questions regarding my mother's health, but we felt rushed out. The doctor explicitly told us, 'I'm just here to provide medication.' This is unacceptable. If we only needed a prescription without any discussion of symptoms or her well-being, we could have used an AI. We came to a neurologist for expertise and a partnership in my mother's care. To wait half a year just to be told my concerns as her son weren't relevant to the process is a failure in patient care. I hope the department reviews how their specialists engage with families, as a 'medication-only' approach is not sufficient for serious neurological health issues

DR. MORA AND HIS STAFF ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HIS PATIENTS. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. THEY DO CARE ABOUT YOU. I LOVE THIS OFFICE AND PERSONNEL. I GIVE THEM 10 STARS. AND OF COURSE I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

The wait for an appointment is excessive. The service is terrible. The receptionists at the entrance treat you very badly and discriminate against you. Those are my two points of view. I wouldn't recommend going there. The doctor, a kind and excellent person, gave me the time I needed to talk, and everything was fine with the doctor and his staff. The care was excellent, but the rest of the service is terrible, the appointment booking process and the people at the front desk are also awful. They are very rude. That's the service. Thank you. It was clear he wasn't interested in hearing what were new symptoms. Clearly read my chart and dismissed me before I could say anything. Told me to see a pain specialist which is insulting enough. Spent less than five minutes with me. I waited 5 months to be seen. Made to feel like women can be easily dismissed and not cared for. I have enough to worry about without a Dr telling me or applying it's in my head! My leg and arm numbness tingling are not in my head my daily migraines fatigue and overall unwell ness is not in my head! I did not appreciate Dr Mora dismissal at all. He talked about mri and reports done two years ago, not current.

The one who showed me to the examination room was very helpful, and the doctor was excellent as well. So, I definitely think this is one of the first times everything has gone so well for me. It's really meaningful when office staff and healthcare providers take the time with their patients and make them feel heard, especially since specialists have to book so far out these days. EVERYONE WAS VERY CONSIDERATE AND PATIENT

Doctor and staff were professionals and we were treated very well.

Even though the wait for an appointment was too long, it was well worth the wait. Dr. Mora listened to my concerns and helped to give me the knowledge I didn't have about Dementia. And that it is not necessarily hereditary unless there was a history of Dementia in several ancestors. My Dear Sweet Mom had Dementia, fortunately for her it happened later on in her life, if it had to happen to her at all. Mom was 91 when she passed. Dr Mora assured me that as of right now and in the near future I show no signs of Dementia. Dr. Mora is a very kind and caring person, and I would make another appointment with him, if necessary, in the future.

I had difficulty seeing Dr. Mora for a schedule appointment because the staff called me and pushed out my appointments, 2x for six months each. Which totals one year, to see the doctor.
