It was a pleasure meeting this provider as she was wonderful, compassionate, thorough, and professional. But unfortunately this was a one time visit with her, which I wasn't aware of as she will no longer be working there as a provider. She let me know before we finished my visit. This disappointed me.

Dr Lee came into my appointment unprepared, even though I had my previous medical history faxed over to her office 2 weeks plus in advance along with that. She did not seem to understand or care to listen to what I had to say as a patient and she refuted all my previous medical care saying that it was practically baseless.

The office itself for endocrinology was very good. I had no issues with the staff or the office. But this doctor was a waste of my time. I could have read the blood lab results and answered my own questions. And I went to an endocrinologist because I continued to have issues based on thyroid symptoms and she continued to redirect me to high cholesterol or losing weight. And I told her my primary care is taking care of this. And I'm specifically wondering what she can help me with as far as my thyroid issues. And she felt that it's not my thyroid because my levels, my blood levels are normal. And that's basically all she said. And I'm upset that I paid $60 to see her and she was worthless.

Not only did it take forever to get checked in down stairs. We had to wait like 30 mins until the Dr. came in the room. She gave no sound advice on my daughters diabetes. She pretty much called the other Dr. from our previous home a liar. Now my daughter has to take more tests to prove she is type 1 diabetic. The Dr. tried to convince my daughter to get a CGM and a pump which we explained it could not happen due to the co-pay from her dad's insurance is so high and we can't afford it. We offered to get my daughters medical history from her Endocrinologist in Texas but nope she wants to run test on my daughter. The co-pays for all this are adding up and we are on limited funds. So unhappy with this Dr. I have never been treated like this by any Dr.

Dr Lee was very nice and listened to my questions and provided answers. I would have really liked to continue to follow with her but she said she would be leaving. Disappointed to hear that as I wanted to transfer my care to her.

This is the first time that I see an endocrinologist. I was surprised with what she asked and what she didn't ask more. And the fact that she seemed like, I don't know, I mean, not at all what I expected, unfortunately.

I was told during the consultation that nothing could be done and no treatment was necessary based on my medical record. If your office had reviewed my labs or referral before scheduling, I would have been informed ahead of time and would not have gone through with the visit.

I am a diabetic with multiple health issues. (Diabetes, kidney transplant recipient, mental illness...) Dr Lee was very nice. It was my first visit and I felt rushed by her. She seemed very knowledgable but very rushed. She mentioned her other patients waiting too long at least 2 times. My suggestion to help resolve this issue might be to schedule longer appointments for new patients. Thank you for asking my opinion!

Listened to everything I said. Explained her thoughts clearly.

Dr. Lee was a kind and understanding provider. I was nervous for this appointment and she helped me feel more calm. She explained why I needed to do the blood work that she gave me orders for and allowed me to share my opinion on the plan. This doctor is a wonderful person and I'm glad she's my doctor!

The doctor listened but was unfriendly. I have a thyroid and I feel really bad. I can't even get out of bed properly. She only said that I had to have tests done because she didn't have any information. She didn't call to ask for the information. I was anxiously awaiting this appointment and I was ignored. The responsibility to communicate between doctors is not mine. I am just a patient. From the beginning, she gave me the impression that she didn't want to treat me.

I Went to discuss the possibility of weight loss medication due to many physical ailments, including surgeries, neuropathy, back pain, and inability to exercise. I felt Dr Lee attempted to discourage me and instead referred me to bariatric surgery-Not why I went to said appt..I perceived her did not appearing empathetic and instead referred me bariatric surgery
