One guy work with x-ray department, he Was not so patiently with the dementia patient

Dr. Chou was great. He answered all my questions and then he answered all of my son's questions. So he was wonderful, informative, told me everything I needed to know regarding my son's condition, gave us all the alternatives, again recommended the best course of action, asked us what we thought, how we felt, looked at my son, asked him how he thought he felt. He took the time to thoroughly check him out and care for him, and then he even went back through Reese's history. So I really appreciated all he did.

The pain on my knee kept me up at night. I called the first week of November and got an appoint for December 11 !!! I called everyday until I found a cancelled appt for November 18.

Doctor was new to me, as I have moved all my medical needs to PIH from another facility in the last year. I am now addressing the least of my past issues with another medical facility. Your PIH doctors that have helped me are the best. Dr. Chou was no different, listened looked at my medical history I had given PIH, he had an x-ray taken immediately of my knee which showed more damage, I did explain that I am avoiding surgery if possible. (this means a new knee) Dr. gave me an injection into the muscle to see if this would alleviate the pain and said he wants to see me in 3 weeks. I am exceptionally happy with all my new doctors and Dr. Chou listened and gave me some great advise and help.

I love how Dr Chou takes his time to methodically analyze what is wrong with Achilles tendon and very carefully has been watching its improvement. That was not something I received from my previous doctor, which is why I went to go see Dr Chou.

I had to make a follow up appointment right after seeing the doctor but the line was from the desk all the way back to the elevator, I never saw it like that before. I had to pick up my great granddaughter from school so I had to deviate from that long line. I'll call for the appointment.

This Doctor is the best doctor that I've had, he listened to everything I said, and followed through with treatment while I was there. He also setup a follow-up appointment.

Professional staff and a clean, orderly environment. Dr. Chou has excellent bedside manner. I find this office and staff typical of all PIH facilities.

Love Dr. Chou! He is very thorough in determining the problem by using x-rays and MRI to gather the facts before arriving at the correct diagnosis. Gives patients treatment option. Respects patients choices in pursuing physical therapy before injections and surgery.

Way too much socializing w/ patients by office workers at check-in room, so you must wait 20 mins just to check-in. That's unacceptable.

That day was a very busy day with lots of patients and Unfortunately, one of your elevators was out of service.

Just a great Dr!!

On line registration was easy and fast. I wish the first floor registration would implement something like this. Checking in on the first floor for tests will take 30 plus minutes before anyone calls you. There must be a better system.

Dr. H. Chou explained in detail about an upcoming surgery .I had a lot of questions about the procedure he was very patient and understanding Took his time answering. He is a kind person .

Dr. Chou is so kind. He makes me feel as if he is very interested in how I feel. He really explains clearly to any questions I have about my care. I feel I can trust him with any further surgeries I may need & will have the best recovery. I am grateful for his professionalism & knowledge. My recent surgery was successful & I am thankful for Dr. Chou's expertise.

The front office representative or operative for the phone was really rude. Her name is (name removed). I even got her name. I was going to speak to the supervisor. She was very unprofessional. Other than that, front office staff, back office staff were really nice and loved the doctor. So I would really recommend him to my family.

The doctor was excellent. He spent a lot of time explaining the procedure and after the surgery, explaining in detail what exactly was done during the surgery. He's an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him. The staff, on the other hand, his nursing staff at his office is a different experience. But the doctor itself, I would highly recommend him. As an excellent surgeon and physician that actually listens to the patient and cares for the provider would be rated as a 10. The office staff is a different story though.

I came for a second opinion and received professional validation which my physical therapist and I both thought to be true. Dr. Chou gave me clear methods to correct my pain and made this an immediate need of his; to help me.
