Arrived 10 mins early to complete paperwork for first visit e provider. It took front office 10 mins to get me the paperwork to fill out. I had 2 small kids with me, 1 had an earache. I was called back to see dr within 10 mins of arriving which was great but once in the room I waited 20 to 25 mins to see provider which is a long time especially having arrived early for appt and with 2 small kids. Kids got restless and struggled to wait. Once I saw the provider it went quickly and he was patient and friendly. At St Jude my previous medical network I would always see dr within 15 mins or less of arriving. Please help improve.

The nurses were kind and helpful. Dr. Nashed made us feel uncomfortable and made it seem like our situation was not as serious kind of smirking felt like he wanted to laugh. I would not go back with him!

Dr. Nashee is great with our autistic twins. He listens and provides feedback and gives us great input for us to think about.

We absolutely trust and appreciate Dr. Nashed with our kids. He has been seeing our daughter for asmtha for years now and he's simply the best. With ou sons visit he immediately saw him and checked his fracture, my son was so scared and in pain but Dr. Nashed made sure to help us, my two boys love him and get excited to see him. We have referred him to family and friends and they also have their kids now see him and they express the same gratitude and appreciation for him. He gets to know your child in a personal level to make them feel comfortable and he speaks to us parents with so much ease and assurance that everything is going to be ok. His staff is also amazing, (two names removed) are great. (Name removed) is so sweet she right away takes care of things, she an amazing nurse. The (PHI removed) family thanks them

At first I was hesitant to see another provider. But after my son's visit I was Very happy with this provider. Answered all my questions and provided me with very helpful information.

My 3 children have been cared and treated by Dr. Nashed for 18 years. We have been happy with his work.

Dr Nashed and (name removed) have always been so caring with our two daughters. They've been in his care since they were born and I couldn't trust anyone else in a sincere and knowledgeable care. My daughter was scared to go in but left very happy and not afraid of the doctors office, thank you to everyone for being so kind to her.

The provider focused on connecting with both myself and my son, heard us out during the whole visit, made my son feel comfortable. Also, we loved receiving the book and a balloon.

I really like the way Dr. spoke to my daughter and spoke to her directly. I feel like he made her feel heard and understood. And I want to congratulate him for that and for also giving us a referral for neurology. Thank you.

The nurse was amazing with both of our daughters. Not only friendly and seemed genuine, but did her job so well and efficiently!

The doctor was amazing. Really took the time to listen and address all our concerns. In addition, he helped really pinpoint some plans to help my son. We really appreciated the thoroughness and the time he took with our son.
