One of the MAs there told my daughter she had 10 minutes to see the doctor and I was upset with that because Dr. Galbreath gives his time and whatever needs to sit down and listen and she doesn't want to go back and I feel bad about that. Because of that, I want to find another doctor. But hopefully it straightens out and she will go back to that doctor because she didn't have one and she's dealing with cancer. Very courteous staff. Pleasant experience

It's been 48 hours, actually over 48 hours, to not receive the results. I have been calling and asking for the results and quest says it's available, but they're waiting for the doctor to explain it to me. So I'm disappointed with that. They said they'd call me this afternoon and the call was never provided. They said that the call yesterday and also wasn't provided.

Check-in process was awesome, quick and easy. Seeing the doctor was good, very attentive and handled all the situations. Waiting for appointment confirmation was terrible. Ended up leaving because follow-up appointment scheduling took approximately 15 minutes when I had to leave. That could be done in a more timely manner.

Hi, I had a very positive experience with Dr. Galbreath. The whole experience from beginning to end was great. I can't really see where it has to be improved in any way, except perhaps just trying to get a schedule for an appointment earlier. But other than that, it was great. He was a great doctor. I appreciate him listening to my problem. So definitely I would recommend him to anybody.

This is actually the first time that I get to see Dr. Galbreath since meeting him. He's a very intelligent fellow. He listens. He's really attentive. And he's genuinely, I believe, he's trying to, you know, help me out. What I would say is that there is a, I don't know what, when I try so many times before to set an appointment, it was just months waiting and I would be forced to pick up anybody who would at least see me. And most of the time, it's not even a doctor. It's, I think, a physician, PA, or I don't know what you guys call it, but, and that person needs more training. I'm not talking about Galbreath. I'm talking about my last couple of visits that wasn't a doctor. That's all.

Was a very pleasant and thorough visit with the doctor.

My last primary was Dr. (name removed) who is now retired was. He was my primary Dr. for 40 years. I've been in search of a new primary Dr. I really appreciate this Dr's patience, listening and explanation on my concerns on this particular visit. I appreciate that he called like he said he would and left a message to give my blood test results. Thank you so much for the attentiveness and the commitment to your patients. I will keep him as a primary care Dr. from now on. Thank you

This was my first experience with Dr. Galbreath. I've seen Dr. (name removed) in the past, and my wife had seen Dr. Galbreath and recommended me to him. Love his demeanor. He was taller than I thought, but very conscientious, listened very well, answered my questions. I was very happy with the visit, and then (name removed) in the office, Very nice, very engaging. I'm always nervous going to the doctor's office. Just because I am, my blood pressure's always higher. And she made me feel at ease and calm and took it twice and she's a lot better now. And I understand that you're nervous and that does happen. So, no, things are well. I had a great visit and I'll see you guys again soon. Thank you.

Waited in exam room over 45 min and moved rooms twice. I recommend giving estimated time patient will be waiting.

I am a patient of Dr. (name removed) but she was off on Thursdays. Due to dizziness & nausea I really wanted to be seen quickly, so I was able to get the appointment with Dr. Galbreath. Dr. G was great and it was nice to meet him and know that if I am unable to see Dr. (name removed) that I am still in good hands! Thanks to the whole office.

We talked he listened I listened. The visit was exactly what anyone would expect when they visit their Doctor. I expect we will have a long Doctor to Patient relationship. Great visit.

you can not get in to see the doctor in a timely manner, if i am sick I have to go to the urgent care because you cant get a appointment for a month, so you need more doctors

The doctor is very nice and helpful, but trying to schedule an appointment is a ridiculous process. We are not being able to be seen for months. And at times appointments are canceled or rescheduled. It's very unorganized.

The time that the appointments are out too far. I was not able to get my regular doctor at any reasonable time. It was like three months out and I needed him right away. Thank you.

Um, I really like him, but the last two times I've seen him, he's kind of not refilling my medications when he said he would, and I've had to call the office to ask for them again after he already said he would do them. I really like him, and I want to keep him as my primary care, and he's always been excellent enough about refilling my prescriptions for me, but these last two visits, I don't know if he's just been like super busy, but I've had to wait for my refills, and I've had to call for them when in the past I haven't had to.

During my first initial with the primary care physician, he did not take his time, kept rushing out the door, did not listen to my concerns or needs. He needs to have more patience and understanding with his patients to understand what's going on in their health perspective.

My doctor, Galbreath, and his staff are very, very good. The system (word removed). You can't see your doctor anymore if you're sick. You have to go to urgent care. So what's the sense in having a doctor when you can't even see him? I book my appointments very, very early. If I don't need them, I cancel. That system has to be done, something done with that system. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

Yes, please improve your answering service. It's so hard to get to the office directly through that answering system that you have. Too long and not easy. I have to try several days sometimes. Thank you.
