When I call the building customer service, the details are very bad and impolite and it's not helpful and everything is not good. Please adjust their customer service.

The Dr was great . So patient and kind. Answered all my questions.

Dr. Ong cares for patients and is always there to answer questions and explain. Our family is very comfortable with Dr. Ong and Staff.

Dr. Ong shows a lot of compassion and caring for the children that he sees. He doesn't play around or hesitate to make a decision. He uses his knowledge as a doctor to give an explanation and also to give any possible solutions and alternatives for the child's care. Like many other doctors on PIH, Dr. Ong is an excellent pediatrician.

Dr. Ong and his staff are the best. My one have been seeing him since my oldest (now 17) was born. The care and attention they give are amazing!

Dr. Ong entered the room and said hello to us but didn't make eye contact with either my husband or myself. He walked straight to the computer as he was talking. This was our first visit with Dr. Ong, but whether this was our first or 100th visit, acknowledging the patient and the family with eye contact and a small smile is so important. It helps the visit start on the right track and helps build trust.

Dr. Ong is a great, very attentive pediatrician. He does not give the round around. He does not wate time in the kids health and gives a quick solution.

Dr Ong was great

Everybody's super friendly, but your automated system to talk to someone inside the office is a nightmare. I can't get to somebody in the office. I can't get an extension to call back directly, and I hate that. It is the only complaint I have about you guys. You need to be able to give the receptionist or the nurses an extension where I can call them back directly without having to go through the automated system and having to explain my problem to strangers every time because nobody's available.

Dr. Ong is caring and knowledgeable. He makes for a great pediatrician.

There was a language barrier since the receptionist as well as with the nurse and the doctor. I felt I did not fully understand what they were telling me.

Dr Ong and his staff are always respectful ,amazing and kind and I always recommend Dr Ong to my friends and family!
