There was a language barrier since the receptionist as well as with the nurse and the doctor. I felt I did not fully understand what they were telling me.

Dr Ong and his staff are always respectful ,amazing and kind and I always recommend Dr Ong to my friends and family!

The Doctor was friendly and informative.

Dr Ong is exceptional always listens to my concerns and fits me in when the kids get sick.

Suggestion: The staff member who handled my phone booking seemed unprofessional and very slow-the call took nearly 20 minutes. She also could not explain why my child's annual physical cannot be scheduled shortly after his 7/15 birthday. She was told that because last year's physical check was in August, this year it must be on/after 8/11, and next year would have to be even later than that. Please clarify this policy and allow scheduling any time after the birthday if possible.

The staff members were incredibly rude. Retaliate against us when I disagree with their treatment of us. After being to this office for over 19 years, this office's services, quality of both staff members and physicians have declined significantly. The doctor was insensitive to the teenager and gave responses before a question was completed. Answer was illogical and insensitive. We will be changing doctor office after this experience after close to 20 years.

Lobby secretary and Doctor was great, kind, helpful and respectable. Nurse was not very friendly and was put off a sour mood.

This office is always organized and on time. The nurses are nice and always greet you with a smile. Dr Ong is a great doctor and always listens to our concerns.

The whole staff is incredibly nice and helpful and Dr. Ong well he is just amazing, you can tell he loves his job. Thank you Dr. Ong!

Dr. Ong has been by far the most consistent and best Pediatrician we've encountered and both of my children have remained under his care through the years. He's thorough in his examinations and very attentive to any concerns we have.

The very first nurse (I believe she is new?) who asked questions about vital was not too friendly especially considering it's a pediatric Drs office

Dr. Ernesto Ong and his staff are super nice and welcoming. We didn't have to wait long and Dr. Ong listened to our concerns attentively and was very knowledgeable.

Both Dr. Ong and Dr. (Name removed) are great! The staff is great too.. they make sure to always talk to my baby and make sure she is feeling well.
