Most improve on the time wait as I waited an hour and a half, almost two hours, and I wasn't told regarding the scheduling that was either both last minute or later on at the session. So regarding scheduling, thank you.

The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Brown is amazing. He takes time to listen and if you say something that might indicate something else is going on, he asks about it and she explains things really, really well. My appt was at 1420 hrs. I had checked in on line and at 1411 hrs . I was not called in until 1523 hrs. A long wait ! But over all I was happy with the results! Made a few appts, ordered some prescriptions and got a few more appts for next follow up!

I just want to give a continued shout out to Dr. Brown. She's just a fantastic individual. I just find it a blessing to have her be my doctor. It's so comforting to know she listens and she cares. Dr. Brown was a great doctor, however, the availability is very scarce. From December, that was when I saw her, December 26th. The next available appointment with her is not until September of 2026, which I think is a bit extreme. But she was a really good provider. It's just the scheduling that is discouraging. Thank you.

The appointment took very long. I had an appointment at 9:20. They took another patient at 9:20. To see her again would be until May and I think I am double booked on that one. So there was no parking. Dr. Brown is great. There's nothing that I complain. The staff is not. It was just the wait. We were there from 9 o'clock because they tell you to come early till almost 11:10. Never has that happened to me before. Just not happy at all. And I don't know if I'll look for another doctor, even though I really have had Dr. Brown, I would say, for over 25 years, but just was very disappointed. And just with the long wait, with being double booked in six months, with no parking, the space was very long.

The wait time for scheduling an appointment with my primary provider is way too long, months long, and it is not something I'm happy with. There are other providers, but the primary care providers and medical doctors, the wait time for the appointments is way too far out.

I continue to go to PIH, although I moved out of the city, but I continue to go because I'm very happy with my treatment and my care from Dr. Brown, and her whole staff is wonderful as well. I appreciate having this appointment after seeing the P A 2 weeks prior. The Dr. Was courteous and thorough. I was relieved that she listened and provided her knowledge and care.

Dr. Brown is an amazing doctor, and I would recommend her. But my only issue is that in order to see her, we have to schedule so much in advance. This last visit, it took me five months. I had to schedule it five months ahead of time. So that would be my only feedback is that our providers are great, but we don't get to see them in a timely manner. So we have to kind of plan ahead to see our primary care.

Dr. Elizabeth Brown is as astonishing in every way. She noticed and scheduled my colonoscopy, which was due. And she explained the results of my venous Doppler. and why insurance would not pay for surgery. She gave me tips on managing my well-being that I had not heard before.

Dr Brown is great. She's been my Dr for years. I never feel rushed. I had to leave her for a few years because my insurance changed. During that time I changed Drs three times. When I got my insurance back, Dr Brown wasn't taking new patients. So I wrote her a letter explaining why I had to leave her and how terrible the Drs were and I dreaded going to them. I was so happy and grateful she excepted me. She was booked 6 months in advanced but I did not care. It was answer to my prayers. I can't thank her enough.

I always feel comfortable talking to Dr. Brown. She is a good listener and does not rush

Hi, I'm always very impressed and thankful for Dr. Elisabeth Brown and her staff. They have treated me with respect and I feel I'm completely taken care of. The only thing I would say is about customer service, not customer service, in regards to paying copays. It's happened too many times where I pay a copay and it doesn't register. I've already called customer service about the last two that are on my account and they're not taking care of what I know of. And there's supposed to be no charge for a pre-op appointment. Thank you.

Dr Brown is the best! She is always very thorough and attentive. She never makes me feel like she is rushing me to get to the next patient. She listens to all my concerns and addresses them all. I love the way she is down to earth and talks to me as though she can relate to what I'm going through. She never makes me feel guilty of my shortcomings (e.g. diet/excercise) but instead continues to encourage me, giving me practical suggestions. She is the complete package when it comes to what I want in a primary doctor! The office staff are always great as well!

Doctor Elizabeth Brown is an exceptional doctor. Although it's obvious she has decades of experience in the medical field, she remains unjaded and appears to really enjoy interacting with her patients. Dr. Brown is the real deal. Do whatever is necessary to keep her in your network of doctors.
