I believe the doctor was very condescending and a bit rude with me. The visit was pleasant in the beginning but soon I could see that the Dr. looked very bothered and was short with all of his answers. I walked away disappointed and confused. Next steps were poorly communicated and not professional. A handwritten note with instructions was given to me. As I was getting ready to exit the office it seemed like they could get me to leave the office fast enough.

Got excellent advice and medicine for my recovery, the sinus problems. Things that can improve is to be able to talk about multiple symptoms and not just one. Thank you.

The way you can improve is to stop (word removed) us and making us pay outrageous fees for parking. I would recommend this provider, his staff, everything to everybody. If it wasn't that they got to pay all this money just for a half hour or an hour or an hour and a half of time, it's ridiculous. I go to any other facility first. I go to PIH. Main hospital in the Putnam building, last resort because of the parking situation, being charged to park. Other than that, the staff was wonderful, the doctor was wonderful, the facility's nice, but we're being ripped off and people are getting tired of it. Times are hard and you still keep ripping us off. You keep raising the cost. It started off at one cost, now it went higher. Who knows what you're gonna raise it to next. If you would stop doing that and treat

Dr. Reinstadler is always very thorough in addressing my concerns regarding my ears. I meet with him annually to clean and check my ears because of my deafness and the fact I wear hearing aids which tend to accelerate buildup in my ears.

The doctor is an excellent listener. He considers your concerns and schedules a follow up. I really like him and would recommend him to everyone.

I was taken to the treatment room before my appoinment time! The doctor came in 3 minutes after my appointment time. I was out of the parking lot soon enough that I didn't have to pay the $5 parking fee! I feel the doctor listened to me and nicely corrected some of my incorrect assumptions. He provided a treatment that hopefully will correct my complaints.

This was a six-month checkup of my ears. The doctor cleaned some wax out of them, and we discussed some matters regarding hearing aids. Dr. Reinstadler is a fairly young doctor with an excellent "bedside manner." He is attentive, very professional, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a good otolaryngologist.

Dr. David is really wonderful. The bad part about Dr. David is it takes at least six months to see him. I wish that he wasn't that backed up or if he could spend more days in Whittier. But I understand that he has two different offices from what I heard.

My appointment was 1:20 as soon as I got there my brother and I got call in right a way. The front desk was very nice and the nurse that took care us in the room was very nice as well. The doctor took his time to examed my brother's ears carefully and explained clearly. Very impressive.

I appreciate it how he made me and my daughter comfortable with his knowledge and made it very understanding what he was up against and what steps do you have to take to get that matters resolved great provider.

Doctor was very pleasant and professional told me I need the actual auditory test in the office before we can move forward with the actual exam. Worst part of a Wells bldg doctor visit is the lack of parking and miserable gate procedure shouldn't have to pay for parking. NOT A FAIR PRACTICE.

Extreme professionalism

I went to the office of the doctor and everybody was very respectful. The doctor explained everything to me and I was seen in a timely manner. So I was very happy.

Provider did not show care or empathy during the 3 minute appointment. He used air quotes when trying to explain to me what I was "feeling" and said what I was describing can no way be possible because I did not fit his textbook case. He did not ask a single follow up question to better understand what I was going through and the doctor was extremely off putting and not helpful. He seemed to be only focused on telling me how I was wrong on the explanation of my symptoms versus trying to understand what was going on. I had 2 other doctors opinions on my symptoms and was informed to see an ENT for better assessment and the ENT did less than anyone else. Overall a terrible experience

I was lucky to get a cancellation appointment within a few days. It was going to take over a month to get an appointment if the cancellation had enough happened.

I find that Dr. Reinstadler is very knowledgeable and I did like him. And so, you know, he tried to teach me a few things that I really didn't know. So I had the opportunity to meet him and go to him. And yes, I would refer him to my friends, my family.

The doctor prescribed me a medication that causes me to go into anaphylactic shock. I went into anaphylactic shock in 2014 and they had to push 3-epi to revive me. I was not happy that the doctor did not look at my chart correctly or did not see what the effect happened when I take that medication.

Dr. Reinstadler is a very good doctor. He not only took care the wax of my ear, but also test my hearing capacity.

The staff was very courteous and the doctor was absolutely awesome. I can't say enough good things about him.
