It takes way too long to get an appointment to see the doctor. If that facility is that busy, how about hiring more doctors to see more patients? Waiting two and three months for an appointment can be very excruciating and also cause other health issues while you're waiting to be seen.

Dr. Copeland is a very busy provider but doesn't push you like he's in a hurry and listens attentively to your issues.

Calming for the reason I went. Was kind of stressed, but after the friendly staff and a nice doctor I was comfortable and relaxed.

Dr. Copeland is very professional in what he does, and I thank him for everything he has done. Thank you.

Kind, Konwledgeable, and Professional

I was slightly annoyed that I received two texts about my appointment with conflicting information. I received one the day before that said to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. On the day of the appointment I received one saying to arrive 30 minutes before. I'm glad that I got there in plenty of time and didn't rely on the first text. The second text was very routine and matter of fact. Had it said, "circumstances have changed and we need to do make this last minute change and could impact your arrival time," I would have been less annoyed.

Dr. Copeland was excellent . He provided me with information on how to reach him for appointments, refills of medication, etc. and he explained the tests he ordered and I was given my next visit for follow up! Thank you Dr. Copeland!!

Had to wait a long time to get in and then a long time once I was there for my appointment.

The doctor was so professional and so the staff was also really nice and just make you feel good that they're listening to you. He went over and above.

The service was fantastic. The doctor spent all the time we needed with them. The only problem that I had was being an hour behind schedule. If they're going to be behind schedule, they should communicate that.

He is extremely good, very, he look everything in his health and the test and everything give 100% a great care. The best I was going to UCLA before and it's not comparable. This doctor is outstanding.

I had to wait hour and half before seeing the Dr very annoying

Dr. Copeland really took lots of time with me and my husband. He was very patient with us, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend him!

Always a great visit

I like Dr Copeland as my physician. He takes his time to review my file and listen to my current issues to possible change my meds or run any possible needed test. They only negative is, I know he is a very business physician and each visit does take time, is that I have to wait too long in the room for Dr to come in. I think I waited more than 30 or 40 minutes. Thank you

Every time I have to go for an appointment with Dr Copeland I'm kept waiting over an hour. His staff is very good very friendly very courteous. He's good and courteous, but he has no care about peoples time and it's very frustrating.

Very thorough and helpful, outlined a couple different treatments ,liked the different options available, did not get this from previous appointments!

The wait to see the doctor was about an hour. That's too long. And also, I was not advised by the medical assistant or a staff member that the doctor was really, really behind on his patients. So those are my comments.

Dr. Copeland is very thorough and understandable.

While I have been satisfied with the care provided, my concern was that he was more than an hour late. It would have been more professional if his team would have made us aware of the delay If I'm expected to be on time the same curtesy should have been extended to me.

I am aware of the scheduling problems with neurology. Shortage of doctors and long waiting times. I have accepted this as normal under the above conditions. Basically, I'm just happy to have gotten an appointment and seen a neurologist.

First time with Dr. Copeland. He really spent time and seemed to care!

I just wish they would understand how severe is the disease that I have. It's called CRPS. It is a very, very, very, very, very painful disease and I'm not getting no help from nobody. And I should be able to be getting help by somebody to control my pain. I can't walk anymore and can't do anything, just stay in bed. So I wish somebody could please listen to messages. Please look into the CRPS and see if you can help me. Thank you.

Doctor is very thorough with his patients !

Doctor was very courteous, very efficient, and gave us a lot of help and was very informative and gave us good information. And there's just so much more good stuff that he did that I can't go down the line, but he was great. Thank you.

The doctor was amazing once we got in to see him. He was amazing. Took care of our resident. Very nice. I have nothing but great things to say about the doctor, the staff. Everyone was great. My only complaint is we had a 10 a.m. appointment. I showed up at 9:45 and we didn't get seen until noon. That's unacceptable. Other than that, everything else is great. Thank you.

My daughter is autistic and this provider, Dr. Copeland , my daughter had a meltdown in front of him and he was not considerate. He was not even trying to communicate with her. So I really didn't like this. And, you know, I wish that he could have said something to my daughter to make sure that she was okay, but he didn't. He just looked at her with this weird look and I just didn't care for that. I wanted compassion because my daughter was having a hard time being in his office. So I would appreciate that he would be more considerate with children with special needs. Thank you.

We were very happy to see the Dr. as a new patient. He definitely answered every question we had. Took the time to know his new patient. He was very informative. Help me with new information with my husband dementia what it will be for me to take care of him. Really opened my eyes what will be in the future. I am thankful to have him as my husband Dr.

It's the best I could ever receive at any other office.

Dr. Copeland has provided me with care and compassion. Having been diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, he has been able to prescribe medication and physical therapy, which has kept me in the upright position. Because of the care I have received, I have been able to be part of my granddaughter's life and participate in those activities I enjoy. I can't imagine my life without Dr. Copeland's care.

I think overall the doctor is very good. I'm very happy with him. And that's what I have to say.

I love Dr. Copeland. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and found some different things that I had never been told before. And I think that he's going to be able to help me in some ways I never thought that he would be. And besides that, he's very compassionate and he's very personable. That's the word I want to use. He's very personable and I do appreciate that very much.

Although I see Dr. Copeland annually, he is very thorough in capturing health concerns/issues and provide feedback that greatly reduces my anxieties. I'm grateful for his care.

The entire staff at the Bloomfield facility is always great. Dr. Copeland is great. Getting in to see him takes months. He is worth the wait but it is stressful when you don't know what is going on with your body.

Dr. Copeland and his staff are wonderful. The only issue I have is the registration desk before I can get to them, they are a buffer that acts to keep me away from my visit. On this visit someone else checked in as me because my info was not verified and I was made to wait until I asked about being seen. This process is beyond inefficient. PIH should get kiosks to check in patients which requires either dob or phone number. This would also allow patients who did pre check to avoid waiting for someone at registration to reiterate that I have pre registered and could see my doctor without delay.

On question two, it should have been extremely likely. In other words, it should have been four instead of one. That was for question two. Otherwise, everything is good.

Dr. Copeland has an exceptionally listening skills and attentive to my problems. The problem is if you need to see him before your scheduled appointment it's nearly impossible to get and appointment right away. He suggested a solution though; to created a portal app so I can communicate with him and he can give me advice through that channel.

He was very understanding and patient.

Dr. Copeland is an excellent medical professional; he knows everything about my health, which means he sees me as a whole human being.

I wish they had shorter appointments because they're too long, and you have to wait far too long. Otherwise, everything was great. That's the only thing I'd like them to consider: making the appointments shorter. We shouldn't have to wait four or five months for an appointment because what are we supposed to do during all that time? Thank you.

I waited over a hour to see this Doctor

The Doctor was very kind and thoughtful and explained everything in detail which was very helpful. Even though it is a distance from home it is well worth the drive to see a doctor who will listen to you. Thank you, very satisfied.

Just waiting for an appointment slot for me, (PHI removed) It took months to get my wife (name removed) an appointment.

Dr. Copeland's an outstanding, very thorough doctor, but waiting six months in between appointments because there are not enough neurologists is completely unacceptable. I don't think this is the doctor's fault. I think this is PIH's fault, and you guys need to step up your game because patients shouldn't be waiting six months for appointments.

I am very impressed with the amount of time the doctor took with me. He was very thorough in his exam, including asking all the right questions. He suggested a test that I had never had just to see how things are working in the brain and recommended a cardiologist for a follow up on previous cardiac exams. I feel totally confident, that should the need arise, the Dr. Copeland will take excellent care of me.

I really liked Dr. Copeland. He was thorough. He found stuff on my brain scans that Dr. (name removed) never found, which was a surprise to me. Now I'm going to stay with Dr. Copeland and hopefully he'll get me better.

I told the doctor this when I was in the office, but I just really appreciated how much time he spent with me, how much he listened to me. I didn't feel rushed at all like I have felt in other doctors' visits at other offices and with different providers, but I was very happy with the care that he provided.

He was very thorough on my visit and spent time evaluating me. He made me feel at ease. Dr Copeland asked a lot of questions and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. We need more doctors like him.
