Hi, this is (PHI removed). Some of the suggestions that I have are putting the directions of what floor to go to in the email after the initial appointment check-in. I was a little lost when I got to the building, but eventually found my way, which was cool. And then the other suggestion that I had was to put the address for quest diagnostics on the top right of the paper. Because I was kind of lost and I had to ask somebody for the directions of where the nearest quest diagnostics building was. So I was really grateful that they helped with that. Thanks for listening. Dr. Martin was great! Finally a good doctor the actually listens to me and doesn't dismiss what I say and my symptoms. She took her time addressing my concerns and is willing to find the root cause of my symptoms. She is awesome!! Staying at this office just for her!

Claudia Martin was an amazing doctor. I was nervous as it was my first time establishing care with this doctor and with CIH. And she was very attentive to my needs and made sure all my concerns were addressed. And I felt very cared for and I felt that she was kind and empathetic, whereas other doctors pushed me off. She really did care about why I was there and my goals and any health concerns that I had.

Dr. Claudia Martin and her staff are absolutely amazing. I felt so well taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. The MA that look did my intake was very professional and caring. Dr. Martin is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She listen to all of my concerns with such care and addressed everything I needed. I feel truly blessed to have such a great doctor and staff involved in my care.

I didn't rate her higher because this was my first visit meeting her but she seems great and look forward to seeing her for future visits.

I feel that Claudia is a great addition to the PIH team. I was feeling very sick when I went into my appointment and when I left I was happy to have some kind of game plan to find a solution for what is going on.
