My experience with office staff hasn't been pleasant. Every time I called the office regarding a questions or make a change in my appointment, the staff answered the like they're doing me a favorite. The office staff never identified themselves an when you asked for there name the response in not very pleasant.

Well, my experience at the hospital was very good. I was treated immediately. Dr. Economides responded quickly to my call and saw me. The medical staff, the nurses, everyone was very kind. So I have no complaints about the treatment I received at the hospital. And at the clinic, specifically... the doctor is very, very, very special to me, and the staff is also very kind, so I'm very comfortable with PHT and would definitely recommend it. Regarding my hospital stay, the only thing that could be improved is, well, the attention to the patient's diet, but everything else is perfect. Thank you very much for your work.

Hi, I had mostly a good experience except the wait time. I got there at around 1030 and I didn't get through until close to noon. It was a long wait time to see the actual doctor. Once I saw her, everything was fine, but it was a good 45 minutes to an hour that I had to wait to see the actual doctor, not the assistant. Thank you.
