I appreciate that Dr. Espiritu listens to my concerns and reaction to the medication and makes a decision to change the med (stations) to a med I can tolerate.

Doctor was great knowledgable through and nice. Problem is when u get put in the exam room you have to wait about 45 mins before doctor comes in

After reading the notes on my visit, I sent a note to the doctor on the portal that a couple of the things that were written in the notes weren't accurate. Tick was not removed by the doctors office at urgent care. It was removed at home by a friend and it had not been on my back one week it had been on my back about two weeks so I think maybe he didn't hear what I said correctly.

Dr Espiritú is a wonderful doctor, very thoughtful and considerate. He answers all my questions. My complaint about PIH in general is that it takes forever to get appointments. It's ridiculous given how much we pay an insurance. I don't understand why.

Dr was about an hour late in seeing me. My glucose began to lower, so I had to go out to my vehicle to get some chewable glucose tabs. I had expected to run a couple of errands before I had lunch, this lateness threw me off that schedule. My time is as valuable as the Dr's.

Dr. Espiritu has always been kind, courageous and professional. He truly cares about his patients.

I can never get an appointment on time or early an appointment. I have to always wait a couple months to get an appointment and that's not it. Just frustrated with the appointment process of that office. And when I did get one, they canceled me as soon as I got to the parking lot without no notification.

I've been visiting this office for over 50 years. I am quite pleased with the level of service I receive and the friendliness of the staff. When I visit the doctor's office there's usually a long wait in both the waiting room AND the patient room. This was VER quick with I appreciate very much as I had to get to work. Thank you!

Dr. Espiritu has a wonderful "manner" enhanced by a great sense of humor, but I don't always feel like he takes my complaints as seriously as I would like. I had an issue of pain in my right side and while he thoroughly dismissed the reason that I suggested might be causing it, he didn't really offer a plan to find out what really is causing it. He just advised me to work on "my core." I will pursue the issue further with a specialist.

the office visit was great, but the doctor was not , he asked me something and then did not want to hear it , he wants to tell me how things go but i do not live in an as nice way that he does , and then to top it off as i was explaining , he cut me short and said ,"that is it the visit is over" as if he did not have time to hear it and i was waisting his time but that wasnt the case , the reality was that i just waisted my time and my money on that office visit , he changed my meds and im not happy with that at all because he is giving me something that ive already went through with my prior doctor and my prior doctor has seen me since i was a little boy , he was trying to tell me that what i had experienced wasnt what i experienced ? really , so i dont know if im going to have another episode like the last one , , and that was i was out in the desert motorcycle riding and and crashed , i didnt get hurt but when i pickedup my bike i began to have what felt like an asthma attack but thats not what it was and i told him that , i was too far from town to do anything about my situation and i jumped in my car and put the a/c on and tried to relax , i could not breathe , i was going through the motions but i was not getting any air , i told him this , and finally i was able to relax and get a little bit of air and then after a half hour begtan to get normal again , i was panicking , i thought i was gonna black out , he said , "i dont know what that was " i was pretty mad at that point but didnt show it ,and at that point i didnt really care to hear what i had to say , and i am definitely going to need to find another doctor for my primary care

While he was not my regular doctor, I needed to be seen ASAP. And was accommodated with a same day appt. I was grateful. The office staff is always amazing and very courteous. Doc, on the other hand, was ok. Needs to work on actually listening to his patients. Maybe my comfort level had to do with normally being seen by our usual provider. Patients feel most heard when we can share what we feel vs answering a "check off list" Other than that, he explained everything thoroughly and was provided everything as needed. Love this office and the staff is always great, no matter who you see there.

Dr. Espiritu stepped into my life when I really needed an individual physician that would commit to my needs. Dr. Espiritu continues to commit to not only my needs, but also to the future needs of what I may need. I know that sounds kind of funny, but Dr. Espiritu and I have sat down and looked forward into the future. And we both agree that if we commit to what is necessary, that I should live a long and happy life. And I thank Dr. Espiritu for that, not only insight, but foresight. And I will continue to work with him any way I can to fulfill my health needs. I thank you very much.

I've been a patience of Dr. Cesar Espiritu for several years and would not change him for anyone else. He is patience and understanding and lisens to you .

Doctor is great. Appt at 340pm. Got there at 325pm. Waited until 410 to get into room. Got out of appt after 5pm

Yes, everything was great. Dr. Cesar Spiritu was an amazing doctor. Unfortunately, the only thing that I have to say is that I have a real problem with the struggle with getting an appointment available. I have to wait a very long time sometimes for an appointment. So that would be like the only thing that I have a complaint about. But in the service of the doctors and the nurses, it was excellent service. Thank you.

I had kind of begged to have the urine test rechecked after being at urgent care a week earlier. That doctor had suggested that I have it done and it seemed to be a problem with going in for a doctor's appointment that was already scheduled for medication refills and asking for one extra thing to be done. It seemed like it could be a problem and that was really rough. So, and then it ended up being that I really needed it to have that checked. So, anyway, that kind of bother me. Thank you.

Trying to schedule an appointment for my mom was very challenging! When I was finally able to get through to someone it took over 45 minutes, connected to a triage nurse that I did not wish to be connected to. I distance upon speaking with my 84 year old mother who was not available. I had to practically demand an appointment. Received a call the morning of the appointment that the appointment had been canceled after I took the day off work and traveled over an hour to my mom's house to take her. Again had to insist on seeing someone on Friday. Although not her normal primary care physician, Dr. Espiritu provided a thorough exam, explained everything in detail, answered questions in a way that we could understand and clearly outlined next steps. We are so appreciative of his attention to detail during the appointment in addition to being grateful and impressed that the doctor had obviously reviewed my mom's health records prior to arrival.

I had a very long wait in the waiting room before I was called in for my appointment. That wait did not seem necessary to me. Thank you. Goodbye.

My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 and Dr. Espiritu began my consultation at approximately 13:15.

Dr. Espiritu is great. Spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions. The only bad thing about this visit was when I went in to the bathroom to give my urine sample the toilet seat was covered with dried up urine on it (yuck) so had to use 3 seat covers LOL

Once moving to exam room and initial check by nurse assistant the wait for the doctor is usually lengthy. Last several visits the wait was minimum 30 minutes before doctor enters exam room.

I consider my doctor heaven sent am sooo grateful and thankful for my blessing and the staff was so friendly and respectful ??

I would been happier with my primary Doc

Dr. Espiritu is an excellent doctor. He provides really good rapport when he's working with you one-on-one. The only thing that I think PIH needs to work on as a whole is making sure that they don't take on too many patients so they do have availability. I didn't have trouble scheduling this appointment because it was prescheduled six months ago, but when I've had issues with my health, I usually end up at urgent care. Because it's nearly impossible to get a schedule with your PCP. To get scheduled with your PCP, you always end up with somebody else.

This is the 2nd time i waited 50 min for dr espiritu to come into exam room.

I was in the room waiting for the doctor for a very long time. I think it was an hour. I was in a lot of pain and I didn't like it. I didn't like it because for me it was a very long time to be in a room. Nothing more. Thank you.

Dr. Espiritu was very helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me and displayed empathy. I also enjoyed his sense of humor. I would definitely recommend him!

I enjoyed my experience with the doctor for the first time. But I'm not thrilled with the front office staff. Had a very difficult time getting what I needed and having the office ladies understand my urgency to my medical needs. I felt that they didn't care and that was the reason for me to change into this office. They're not happy people they don't smile and it seems very awkward and I thought I made a good decision by transferring to the Lambert location. After so many obstacles I finally got my blood work order. I finally got an appointment after my test results but that would be a couple days later. But I did enjoy my one-on-one appointment with Dr. ESPIRITU. It was very patient understanding and took the time to listen to me and also explained and introduced things to me I did not know or available.

It matched the quality of previous experiences.
