The staff is great and wonderful. The doctor was wonderful. The parking was adequate. The building is clean and safe and secure. But one of the very best things is they don't try to rip you off like over at the Putman Building or the main hospital and charge you to park. The parking is free and I always try to go to a doctor where the parking is free. I hate going to the hospital and I hate going to the Putman Center because the Putman Building because I feel like I'm being ripped off. So it's great to go to a doctor where they don't have their hand in your pocket trying to steal your money. So it's very nice going to the doctor there. It's the parking is great. It's safe. All the excuses that the main hospital uses to charge outrageous parking. Oh, it's to give us more parking. Oh, it's to make it safer. And none of those things ever happen. So I really like going to this facility.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Li and she is a wonderful doctor! She is very professional and was very thorough in her exam. She answered any and all questions I had. I look forward to seeing Dr. Li on my next visit, as well as her nurse who is always so great!

Hello, you need to hire more doctors for this practice. It took me three months to try to get an appointment with Dr. Li. This is unacceptable. I had to go to urgent care in between my appointment. This needs to change. So you need to have more doctors. Doctors need to be able to be available to their patients when needed in a timely manner.

Very pleasant office environment. (PHI removed) was very kind and listened to me intensely, offered a flu shot, which I took. Dr Li covered lots of reports and tests, we discussed numbers and the progress with new medications. Good visit.

When I met with Dr. Li, I felt as if it was very rushed. She examined my ears, which was done seconds. I mean, asked that I opened my mouth. She was at a distance and I don't know if she even looked. It just felt like the appointment was very rushed. She did answer my questions. I had some concerns about the mold, but she right away said that it was because of my age and I asked, then I asked her to please look at them to confirm that. Again, it was a very, very rushed exam. I think Dr. Li and a very good Doctor. I love her easy going Personality. My only complaint is that twice after talking to her I felt like she has knowledge of the average person of my age. For instance, what the average blood pressure is of the person my age. However, after being taking blood pressure medication for decades, I know that my body is more comfortable with a little lower blood pressure ( 117 over 68) in that area. I don't think she really hears me when I say that. She just seems to stick to how I should feel. As, I said, it's happened twice. I just wish she could set up a plan for me that is more individualized. Besides that, I hope she will continue to be as kind and respectful as she usually is. Thank you

I arrived early as requested (15 min) and after checking in I was being weighed and had my blood pressure checked and before my 9:00 am appt Dr Li was in the room with me asking me questions! I appreciate that Dr Li does NOT make her patients wait and is very caring and patient! I feel very happy having Dr Li as my doctor!

This was my first time seeing Dr. Li. She actually listened to me and addressed everything I was concerned about, rather than just dismissing them as had been my past experiences. I left with the referrals I needed and as soon as I got home, called a friend to let her know how impressed I was with Dr. Li and that I finally had hope that my concerns were heard and I was going to get the help I needed.

Hi there. My biggest concern was that it took so long for me to actually see my provider. And when I called to make an appointment way back in May, the soonest I could get was the end of August. So that's pretty concerning. And that caused us to want to try to find a different provider all around. So thankfully, when they did call, because they had a situation where they had scheduled me for a long appointment, They were able to get me in sooner than the very end of August, but I was still multiple months away from when I needed to be seen originally. So anyhow, that was my biggest feedback for you. But once I got in, it was great. Timing was well. Doctor seemed great. So just getting into an actual appointment was the biggest frustration. I thought Dr Li did a good job listening to me and examining me, but it seemed like she was moving fast. When I asked about the itching she just told me the cream should help cool it down. It seemed like she was in a hurry

Trying to get an appointment with your GP is impossible! What the hell is going on at PIH? I don't want to go to urgent care, I haven't had good experiences with PIH urgent care. I pay A LOT of money for my insurance and if I need to see a real Dr I want to be able to get an appointment. Ready to find a whole new network. Maybe Providence will be more timely? Been with PIH for over 20 years and it's going downhill, not the way it should be going. Need a surgery and I have the best orthopedic dr whom I trust with PIH. After that I think I will be looking at other options is we are still having problems trying to get in to our GP. It shouldn't take 3 months to get an appointment for anything. Ridiculous Maybe hire more qualified Dr's? I'm hoping for change and we've been saying that for a couple years now. Come on PIH, you can do better

I was the first appointment, 8:00am. I heard a person check in after me with appointment at 8:20. I was not in the examination room until 8:15am. My appointment was 07/08/25. My previous appointment was mid November 2024. I had blood work done immediately after seeing Dr Li, in mid November. Those results were reviewed with me during this latest appointment 07/08/2025. Dr. Li, then ordered blood work to be performed immediately after my appointment on 07/08/2025. This blood work will be reviewed with me during my next scheduled visit 12/15/2025. Why isn't blood work scheduled two weeks in advance of your next scheduled appointment so that it reflects your current condition, not conditions 6 months old. Additionally, will two visits in one year be covered by Medicare? I am 74 years old.

Yes, I have been a patient of Dr. Li's for several years. And in all those years, she's been very, very good listener and very attentive. For whatever reason, she was having a bad day or whatever, but she was not her usual self. She was curt and short and rushed. I felt rushed. I really like going to this medical facility. The doctor's nice and the staff is nice. And one of the very best things is they don't charge for parking. I avoid going to the other Putman, PIH building, all of that because they charge parking. If I can go to a different facility, I go to a different facility. I'd rather even drive a little further because I don't like being ripped off and being charged to park. So I will go to this facility all the time if I can. The doctors are great. It's clean, it's modern. Everybody's nice that works there and it's free to park. That is the best, best thing because us people that have to go to the doctor multiple times a week, a month, I'm going broke paying parking. It's not cheap. I went to the doctor three times last week in one week, three times in one week. Two of them I had to go.

I was seeing in a timely manner. The doctor listened to me very carefully. What I was concerned about, it was a yearly physical, and I didn't have a complete blood work on my cholesterol, and I had to bring that up to the doctor. And she was very kind, and she wrote up an order for me to have it done. It's just other doctors, I already had all my blood work done. And if I didn't bring it up, they would never have seen it. So that was my one concern about it. Thank you.

Had scheduled a wellness appt for May 14th. Person that scheduled my appointment put down as follow-up. Doctor Li told me follow-up was a 40 min appt? Have had 2 wellness appts in the past and they were not 40 mins. Doctor Li said she didn't have time for wellness appt and I needed to reschedule.

I don't like how they'll charge you if you have questions/concerns about your current state of health even though I was in the office for my yearly physical. You should be able to talk to your doctor and question them about things going on with your body.

Hello. So I'm glad that I'm receiving this survey. I was very disappointed to have waited to be scheduled for an appointment for my yearly exam. I called in December and I was informed that I was not going to be seen until June. And so I ended up calling multiple times until I spoke to someone and of course they informed me that there was an issue with some sort of hack and so that was the reason why we weren't able to get scheduled as patients. And I ended up going in for a visit in January and I was not able to see my doctor, Cathleen Li. And I was scheduled with a nurse practitioner. I believe her name was (name removed). She conducted a test because I had some symptoms.

Hi, yes, this is (PHI removed) and I called Dr. Li's office this morning to please send me a note from the doctor saying I can return back to work on Monday. I was there yesterday and I guess I wasn't really thinking. I asked her for a letter for today but I felt sick today because I got new antibiotics. So I did not go to work and I just got released from the hospital. So I think I'm going to wait till Monday to return to work because I'm really not that strong yet. So I have not received a text or I requested a text message from the doctor so I can forward it to my school where I work.

I went for a preventative care appointment. Unfortunately I suffered a bout of severe abdominal pain two days before my appointment. I delayed going to urgent care assuming I could talk to my Dr. during my appointment. The Dr.'s assistant told me I'd have to pay out of pocket to discuss my problem so I declined to talk to the Dr. about it. Had I known this would be the case, I would have gone to urgent care the day before my appointment. I also had to wait nearly four months to see the Dr. after scheduling my appointment due to no times open. Both of these help me to see my Dr. as for preventative care ONLY. I'll never get an appointment with her if I'm sick, so urgent care will now be my choice if I'm ill. I may be old, but I thought Drs. were supposed to help you when you're in pain and not (after doing her preventive care pelvic exam) suggest I take a Pepcid. This comment left me with no response as if I had responded I'd have been charged for needed help that I've already paid for insurance for.
