Although my visit was short, Dr. ALBERTY answered my questions and examined my feet.

The parking situation is not good.

I absolutely love the woman at the front desk, they made me feel comfortable. The provider was down to earth, answering my questions and even stopping to hear more about how this pain in my foot made me feel.

Great Doctor was great and staff as well.

Dr. Alberty handled my son's issue with expertise, sensitivity to his worries, and allowed the whole experience to be quick and easy and as comfortable as possible. Kind, friendly doctor!

Not worth the time nu

Dr. Alberty was very patient and explained everything in detail. I would strongly recommend Dr. Alberty to my friends and family.

I was checked in quickly. I had to question about a copayment. I was almost seated without being charged. I'm having trouble with PIH billing because I've always payed when a copay has been requested. I feel that any copay should be requested prior to service that day.

Provider asked questions I answered and then prescribed medication and left the room. Next came in m/a and that was the visit. I guess this must be a new protocol for physician visits. No personal touch.

i went in bc of pain in feet since over 4 months ago, Dr visit was good however he refered me to pain mngmt and the appt i got the earliest is 2 months away that is insane considering that i told them i was in pain walking i wish there was a way to schedule this appointment earlier to get pain in control and then follow the line of appointments, much thanks

The doctor was very professional, did a very good job, and respected my decisions.

Good experience, similar to my last podiatrist visit at another providers office. I wish Massage therapy was an option instead of just physical therapy, especially when dealing with nerves.

Dr was wonderful

Not happy having the same toe nail procedure performed three times. I understand that the nail grows back sometimes. But three times is a bit much. The parking lot was all full and it was difficult to get in/out of parking lot to move to another lot. This inconvenience has become.more common at the Putnam building. The 2 elevators in the Putnam building are not enough to serve the 5 floors. The elevators are slow since only 2 to serve the 5 floors, lots of waiting. The stairs should be oferred as an option to be used.

Very good experience

Everyone seemed rushed and overwhelmed. The whole experienced seemed like a drive thru as far as speed. I was never asked if I had questions and the nurse spoke so quickly it felt as though the goal was to rush me out rather than to ensure quality and satisfaction. The provider was pleasant yet seemed to be in a hurry.The provider was already opening the door to exit, while I was talking. As a patient, it appears that the provider was over scheduled and therefore everyone needed to get patients out fast. The whole experience was mediocre at best.

Very knowledgeable and listen to what I had to say about my medical problem.

Doesn't explain things

I felt this visit could have been handled through a simple email rather than me coming in for a five minute visit to submit for an orthodic authorization.

The doctor was very professional and competent. He was able to explain my X-rays. Very helpful and thorough.

All the staff, from the receptionists and the person who helped the doctor and the doctor specifically, were all very nice, very kind, and helpful in every way.

Dr. Alberty is very knowledgeable. He knows exactly what the needs we have. Every single treatment he has ever given me has been of the highest quality, but also exactly for what I need. I don't have to go back and forth all the time. He gets right to the heart of the mouth.

I felt very reassured by the doctor and nursing staff. The reception staff could not provide me with $5 change when I decided to pay cash for my copay.

I would have put 10 on, it was a great experience, but I can't get to the 10. I was afraid I'd do it because I'd have to press the one and then all the way down to the zero, so I pressed nine, but it shouldn't have been the ten. Okay, thank you. Bye.

I felt really comfortable there at the office and when I needed help filling out the kiosk, the pad, the gal really helped me really good and I enjoyed everything there. It is always pleasant and very easy

I was very disappointed that I waited a couple months to get in to see Dr. Alberty and all he did was touch my foot with one hand and say the circulation was fine. I'm referring you to pain management when I've had the pain in the bottom of my feet now for a very long time. He was in and out in like five minutes and I was very unhappy with this appointment.

I feel like my concerns were not addressed and I feel like the focus was on selling me very specific items such as inserts and specialized shoes instead of addressing the matter at hand. I also feel that the doctor required me to get an x-ray and I did the x-ray in the office even though I've had an x-ray done a couple of weeks ago that was reviewed by a radiologist and the prior x-ray showed no issues or abnormalities in my foot and then when Alberty reviewed the x-ray that he did in the office, he diagnosed me with something that I thought was very unlikely, especially since I did not get that diagnosis two weeks ago. So I feel like it was all in an effort, you know, for him to get money out of the situation.

Doctor was very helpful and I would always go to him again.

Not only was Doctor on schedule, but I arrived over an hour early and knew I would have to wait. Boy was I shocked when I was called in almost immediately!! Dr and his staff are always helpful, kind and considerate.

Great experience ? friendly and patient

Dr. Alberty is a true professional. He gave an excellent examination of my feet. Good advice. The only issue I have is making an appointment to see the doctors. It takes too long, often places on long holes. That I think is the only issue I have. But the medical staff, nursing staff, excellent. Every time I get my toes cut, my toenails cut, excellent service. Otherwise, outstanding medical treatment there.

Front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming even though there was a long line. Doctor listened to issue and asked questions. Radiology technician was great; he explained and was patient. Only issue I had was the staff that took me to my room and provided me with doctors orders after the consult. She was tired and told me so and spoke so tiredly that I had to ask her to repeat herself. We're all tired, but she cannot treat patients with nonchalant attitude.

Dr Alberty is a excellent doctor!

Dr. Alberty was personable and professional. He diagnosed my foot problem after viewing the x-ray and offered suggestions to deal with my problem.

It had been several years since I saw Dr. Alberty and I was pleased that he remembered me. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is having problems, especially with their feet.

Dr Alberty is a very kind compassionate Doctor Who has always cared and listened to my needs. I wish he could be a primary provider but I am grateful he is my specialty doctor. His office stuff is amazing and always a pleasure. They're very efficient and compassionate and you could tell they love their job. I am sure he's a great person to work with and I think PIH is very lucky to have Dr Alberty on their staff. We have family members who also see Dr Alberty and strongly agree that he is a great doctor.

The bathrooms in the waiting room was to bad. Have to be clean more often.

He was very caring and understanding and made me feel very comfortable knowing he was going to fix my problem.

I was there about 35 minutes and I got about five dollars to park. I think it's ridiculous that we have to pay to park. The parking lot is already there there are no attendants and there's no reason for this other than to make money off of your patients

Go I d job

Appointment setting, getting patient in and all of that, top-notch. The amount of time that the doctor spent, unfortunately disappointing. Perhaps a transcription system where the doctor is not looking at his computer and actually talking and looking at the foot.

Yeah, I had an appointment scheduled and when I got there, they took me in the room and when they took me in the room, the nurse gives me a paper and says you have to reschedule to do your nails. I said, what do you mean? I came all this way and now you're sending me home. She says, yeah. So I asked for an office manager. They never gave me one. The doctor came in, trimmed my nails half fast, and that was it. I'm very disappointed.

Initial intake staff very friendly and efficient.

All the employees at my visit was kind and respectful. I accidentally left my phone in the doctor's office. I realized phone was missing an hour later.then I returned to the office and asked if a lost phone was turned in today . The receptionist asked me a couple of questions then handed over my phone. I was instantly relieved.

When you make an appointment for what you need, and they tell you no, that you have to do something else first, they should explain that from the moment you make the appointment so it's easier for you and for the person who's going to be seen, my mom, for example. Because of that, we had to make two appointments.

I made an appointment to have my feet cast for orthotics. I was told by staff at the end of my visit that they don't do orthotics at the end of the year. I misunderstood the doctor as he said he would do the casting but that my insurance would charge me for next year. The nurse was rude and told me that they are done for the year casting. When I asked the doctor about it, he rudely stated that he couldn't do the casting and he never said he could. I told him I must have misunderstood him but he turned red with anger and then walked out mid conversation very rudely as if I was a child. I would have never gone to the appointment if I was informed of not being able to get orthotics. A total waste of time. I feel the doctor and his staff need some training in customer service and courtesy. Horrible experience and very rude.

I have seen Dr. Alberty numerus times and each time I am treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. I will continue to go with his office for all my foot needs.

Yes, my name is (PHI removed) and the time was really good. The people were really good. The doctor was okay except for he didn't kind of, I don't know, listen to my, what I said about my outside of my feet, the way they were hurting when I made turns. He didn't remark on it. And then he left the room without saying goodbye. He just left. He says I'll be back and he never came back and he said goodbye and the nurses came back and gave me all the rest of the stuff. So I thought that was kind of awkward, you know, not very personal. That's about it.

Well, I suppose the MD did what was best for this appt by removing the scab from rt foot sole and recommended RX and one over the counter. I did have to call the office mid afternoon because the MD/office had not called RX into my CVS Pharmacy. I am returning on the 30th for follow up and I am hoping to further DX and treatment since I am a diabetic. Looking for test for circulation issues. ty

I feel he had no answers from my foot pain. And it's something that he said, I have to live for the rest of my life very concerning.

Office was great, doctor was great. I picked wrong numbers by accident, but the whole atmosphere is wonderful and I would let family and friends know to go to the doctor.

I ask for the latest innovations that are happening with diabetic therapy. He gives me information. I love him. Too quick not enough time to explain and demonstrate condition

Dr. Alberty is a great doctor. His staff is kind and considerate and efficient. The office is clean. The worst thing is the parking. The parking is horrible. I feel like I'm being robbed every time I go there. I have a thief in my pocket stealing $5. I have to wait 20 minutes to get out the line because it's all backed up. Almost all the time something's broken, be it one of the gate thing or be it the machines where you're supposed to pay. It's horrible. You guys rip us off with the parking and you should be ashamed. We go there several times a week sometimes because we're sick. We're old, but you don't mind. Rip us off $5 every time we're there. It's your pleasure. I would go see Dr. Alberty somewhere else if I could, but he's only at that facility. As it is, I go to every other facility that doesn't charge parking.

I loved the empathy and humanity when speaking to my doctor. It was always a pleasure to go to my appointment and be heard .

Well, the first nurse (maybe a MA) looked unhappy or sad. She noted all my answers to her questions on a paper towel/napkin and didn't smile. Maybe she needs some emotional help. As for Dr. Alberty, he did not use gloves when he examined my feet nor wash his hands before or after?? As for (name removed), the one who took e-xray's of my feet was very nice, courteous and seem to love her job. You need more like her in this office. Dr. Alberty then went over my x-ray's and was very informative and very kind. This is my first visit ever to a podiatrist, and it was a good one.

Needing toenails trimmed regularly and not being able to schedule appointments due to lack of nurse staffing a few times was difficult. This recent appointment was a bit disappointing in that my toe nails were left jagged and I had to come home and file them as best I could, which was not easy. Not my usual experience.

Hello. I was very impressed that I was seen right at the time I was supposed to be seen at 1 o'clock. Normally I have to wait, but it was a very timely visit. I was really impressed. I had a pleasant experience and I came home feeling very secure.

He seemed very, very, very rushed. He's never like that before. I've been seeing him for years. He just seemed overwhelmed. And I was going to ask him a couple of questions, but he was gone to the next thing. So that's all. Just seemed like too much pressure.

Checkup only...informative, not intensive

I just wanted to point out that parking does have to be paid, which I don't mind. I understand. However, I did pay, and when I went towards the exit, the gates were just going up. Like, if we didn't have to pay, it would be nice for signs to be put up if that is the case, so that way people are not paying for parking. Thinking that's the only way to get out. I just kind of wanted to point that out.

Explained every to me and recommended shoes and inserts. He also recommended a follow up appointment. The care, his time, and communications, far exceeded my expectations.... It took me 10min to Check out you had a line all the way to the elevator with only two receptionist check in/out patients. When you had two other people just sitting right by the rooms talking. It's late in the afternoon I get it we are tired but come on.

Yes, this is (PHI removed). And I went in, they took x-rays of my feet. He said that my foot has arthritis. So great, I'm supposed to go in and get my toenails cut every three months. No, I'm still in pain. My toe hurts. I was offered no pain relief at all. So why come? Why go? I'll just go to my nail lady and have her cut my nails. My toe hurts right now. So honest to God, I was not given anything to help relieve the pain. So anyway, that's all I have to say. Thank you. God bless.

O needed my feet nails cut but he just cut them half of each of them reader that all of the nails all the way to the bottom

I returned to Dr. Alberty to followup on a procedure performed in Feb 2025 that needs to be redone, because not healing correctly. This does not make me happy. Fortunately I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 weeks of requesting, but i feel this was a bit too long for me to wait for a followup. I know there are other patients but my issue is more than 6 months old and a "do over" so i feel i should have been given a priority. Turns out the 6 month old procedure was infected too. I also was not happy that I had to call office and request that prescription be sent to pharmacy because when I went to pick it up at pharmacy 2 hrs later it syillhad not been sent by doctor office. The office staff appeared to lack any "urgency". And one staff person checking in patients in front was short and rude hen speaking to older persons. Normally I have 10 and only positive feedback but this encounter was not positive. I think operational discipline is lacking.
