DR ANTONIO is absolutely amazing. Very satisfied with my experience.

Dr. Escobedo provides the utmost of care to his patients! With some complicated issues in my family, he listened with compassion and understanding. This led to adjustments in the course of my treatment, bloodwork, etc. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, yet compassionate, physician! He also has a fabulous smile, bringing a lot of joy into one's feelings!

I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Escobedo's expertise, advise, recommendation, treatment & overall care. He listens intently to my questions & concerns and never have I felt hurried with my time with him.

Antonio was excellent. The staff that greeted me was excellent. I got there about 15 minutes early and they took me in within minutes. Every single thing about it was great EXCEPT........ booking the doctors appointment. I think I literally had to book this appointment six months in advance and I'm not exaggerating, that is absolutely ridiculous and frankly, that should be unacceptable. Ask any of the doctors or anybody that works there if they would like to have to wait six months for a booking for anything. That is totally unacceptable and you have to do something about that. I booked it probably back in February March maybe and had to wait all the way till July 14 and my visit with Dr. Antonio was maybe 15 minutes. Come on guys you gotta do better than that. Other than having to wait that long for a doctor visit, the rest of the service could not have been better. I hope that future appointment bookings with Antonio are not gonna be that long if they are, I'm gonna have to find somebody else which would be a shame cause I feel real comfortable with Antonio

Dr. Escobedo and his back office staff are wonderful. Front/main office staff not so great. One of the ladies had their information wrong regarding my appointment. I was told I was 6 min. late and the doctor was very busy and my appointment would be cut down. I would understand if I were late but was 14 min early to my appointment . When I told her there was a mix up and even showed her proof that I was indeed early she was dismissive still stating I was late and would have to talk to the back office but that my appointment will be cut short. If this were the first time that happened I would understand, but I've had issues in the past with the front office.

The alloted 15 minutes is not enough time to ask all my questions. I am 77 years old and have lots of things going on. I need much more time. I love Dr. Escobedo and my treatment at PIH, however I am seriously considering changing to Kaiser. I heard really good things about them from family and friends, and they spend enough time with their patients. Thank you.

I would like to say the doctor was very friendly, very clear, was concerned, attentive to my needs and what I needed done. So yes, I would recommend him to someone.

None of the typical waiting time at a Dr's office. Almost no time spent in the waiting room or for the Doctor to see me.

The doctor and the staff are excellent. PIH on the other hand you have a lot of issues that need to be addressed. Months ago, telephone hacked. Recently data with my personal information hacked. The parking charge at PIH is absurd for a person that has an appointment. The pre-check-in is fine, but the advertisements at the end are ridiculous.

I felt that he didn't review my chart and past tests that other providers had requested. I had to ask! However, I was late to my appointment and probably created stress for him and his schedule. But I did ask for a urinalysis because I felt I had a UTI over the holidays. He is doing a culture and will let me know the results!

I've been seeing Dr. Escobedo for a while and his care is excellent. He always answers my questions and doesn't feel like I'm bothering him like some doctors. Dr. Escobedo is my favorite doctor and I have a lot of them from PIH. So that's it.

I've always found Dr. Escobedo and his team to be extremely helpful, considerate of my concerns and prompt. The new system PIH uses for an annual physical does not include a very thorough examination with clothes off. Only specialists are allowed to spend time with their patients.

Dr. Escobedo is an incredible Doctor, which is why I refuse to change my medical insurance. I enjoy meeting with him once a year, and sometimes throughout the year. He is extremely open minded, full of knowledge, and always very kind like he could be your own family member. A few people in my family also have Escobedo as their primary and also love working with him. A good Dr can be hard to come by, but this one is amazing!! Had a great visit with Escobedo, and even had a great conversation about my health journey/plan.

I was suppose to receive paperwork for my bloodwork but they didnt give it to me they said they would mail it to me. I never received it. I called the office and ask if they could mail me the order and I still havnt received it yet. Its going on 2 weeks now. I may have to change Doctors.

Dr. Escobedo and his staff is the best. Very polite and are very caring making it very comfortable when visiting a Doctor. He really listens and effectively communicates a plan and/or treatment that will take care of my issues. I trust him.

I had a list of concerns I wanted to talk to him about and even had it written down but he kind of blew it off and just touched my ankles and listened to my heart and lungs and that was it for the exam. Then it was apparent he had spent the amount of time he had allotted to my appointment, and we did not get to go over my concerns. His nurse still has the list if he would like to address any of the items on the list

The pre-check-in forms are a nuisance. You could keep it simple and ask if they're just any changes. I especially "HATE" your advertisements at the very end that makes it very, very unprofessional. Thank you.

Dr. Escobedo is a wonderful doctor!!! I am moving to Palm Springs on 9-1-25 and will continue to see him from way out there! He is such a wonder and caring individual! I am having difficulty with writing stuff on my calendar and keeping track of them but he listened and took action! I go for my CT scan this Saturday at noon!
