Dr. Sinha is very attentive and she asks my good questions and she sincerely looks like she cares. We love going to Dr. Sinha.

Dr. Sinha is exceptional. However, when scheduling appointments, I felt that oftentimes they push another doctor by the name of doctor or nurse practitioner, Hannah. I don't appreciate that. I've had several negative encounters with that provider. I only want my children to be seen by Dr. Sinha. They've been seeing her since they were out of the NICU. She knows them. She knows her care. I would appreciate it if this is communicated to higher ups. Thank you.

The nurse that administered the vaccines, was very calming and sweet. She talked to my son with kindness and was very understanding of his fear. She took her time with him and explained each step to him to help him feel more comfortable with the procedure. I really appreciated her taking the time to really listen to him and make him feel more at ease. She was an excellent nurse!

Dr. Sinha has been (PHI removed) pediatrician since birth, and we fully trust her medical guidance. We are deeply grateful for her care. We would also like to thank Nurse (name removed), who administered (PHI removed) flu shot with such patience and compassion. She handled our very anxious child wonderfully. Thank you both for the excellent care.

Provider is exceptional BUT staff on phones not so much. I have encountered much disconnect when calling and asking them to relay messages. Often times I CANNOT GET APPOINTMENTS WITH MY ASSIGNED PROVIDER. THEY PUSH FOR OTHER PROVIDERS WHICH I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

I work at the hospital and often hear Dr Sinha's name. Patients always speak highly of her and after seeing her I can see why. She has a nice bedside manner, she explains things in an easy to understand way. My daughter is 15 and I appreciate how she spoke to her directly and in a mature way, not like a baby.

Dr. Sinha went above and beyond by calling me directly herself, doing research on the side, and ensuring me along the way.

Dr. Sinha addressed all of our concerns with great care and thoughtfulness, while also being mindful of our time. We are so grateful to her for making my anxious twins feel at ease and confident by the end of the visit. Many thanks! ? ?

Dr. Sinha is amazing. My girls love her and she is always so kind.

Dr. Sinha is very kind, respectful, and listens to what myself and my child have to say during our appointment. She's been very open to other options for our son. And she is so great that we drive 25 minutes from LA County, Lakewood, California to Whittier for the last eight years, actually 12 years, because she is so great and have never found another pediatrician as great as her.

The office staff and everyone there is always wonderful, super pleasant, super nice. They're great to my daughter. They're great to me. My only issue is if there is an emergency. When I say emergency, she's sick because it happens. I can never get a same-day appointment, and that just doesn't work when they're sick. So I'd like to be able to be seen at that office when I can. I have friends with pediatricians that get seen that day within a few hours, and that needs to improve. That's my only complaint. I know there's other locations, but again, I want to be able to be seen by my pediatrician, and I'd like that to improve. Thank you.

Dr. Anita is one of the best doctors out there. I am confident that she has the best of interest for her patients.

This provider listened to my concerns, however, I feel like he did not listen and understand where I was coming from. I also feel that he was judgmental in what I had to say and what my concerns for my child were.

Hello, I just want to comment that it's quite challenging to schedule appointments for my child. I've been bringing my child here since they were born and it's really hard to get appointments for like sick visits so they end up going to the urgent care. I don't know if there's something that can be done but, you know, I would prefer that they don't end up in the urgent care and that, you know, availability was greater. That's it. Thank you.

Yes, Dr. Sinha is an amazing doctor. She always answers all of our questions, but to get an appointment is becoming a challenge. I'm not sure if you guys are overtaking patients or overbooking her, but it's really hard to get an appointment.

When I arrived the staff was nice and friendly. Dr. Sinha is a wonderful and caring doctor. She listened to any concerns and questions that I had about my daughter health. I appreciate the time she spent with us answering all are questions. I give Dr. Sinha a 10!

Dr Sinha is wonderful. She listens and addresses all our concerns and eases any fears we have with our newborn and toddler. She is thorough and communicates well with us. Also, we appreciate her taking our daughter's head bump seriously when others didn't. Her care goes above and beyond!
