Dr. Hsiao was very knowledgeable and made it easy t understand. He was also aware of new procedures and how they might benefit me.

Dr. Hsiao is wonderful-professional, kind and highly skilled. I am very fortunate that he is my doctor.

The doctor who interviewed me first was very good in answering my questions and concerns, then when Doctor Hsiao explain me what is it that he can do for my shoulder I felt very comfortable with he's knowledge and the recommendation that he gave me. Definitely I will recommend them.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurses assigned to me for my surgery were awesome and made me feel very comfortable.

I specifically requested Dr. Andrew Hsiao. I previously met him for a similar issue with my right knee in April 2015. His nurse, was particularly helpful. She printed the 2015 and 2025 MRI reports. I was able to review the reports prior to the doctor's entry and he clearly explained the differences. I was delighted with my visit and the therapy he recommends. He listened carefully to my future desires concerning my physical well being. I am so glad I continue under PIH care. Thank you!

Appointment lead times are very long. Also for surgery time. I am experiencing a lot of pain, but have to wait for surgery because the schedule is full.

It was a pointless, useless appointment. He contradicted himself from the previous appointment. He stood there not having any answers, and when he spoke he contradicted himself more. When I brought up things that could be happening, he was irritated and would not consider other factors. When I requested another doctor who knew about tendonitis and bursitis, he became upset and reported that he knows about it, but he was not helping me or trying to figure out what was going on with me. At the end when my sister who was very irritated with his attitude and lack of knowledge asked him so there's nothing you can do for her although the previous doctor, Dr (name removed) said that if the steroid shots don't work we can go in and clean the scar tissue Etc, which this doctor contradicted and reported there's nothing to clean, he reported no he cannot help me. Waste of time and money. I will be reporting this to my insurance as they have requested for me to keep up with what my experience is moving forward with Presbyterian Hospital doctors.

Yes, it took me, I was there at the office at least, I'd say three hours. It took me a while to be seen. That's the only thing I can complain about, about how long it took them to see me. I was there, I thought, most of the whole day, half my day. So, yes, other than that, the precision, everything else is perfect except for the length of time I was seen. Thank you. I hope you guys can work on that, okay? And really help us get through there. Thank you.

Dr. Hsiao is wonderful. He cured me! My right meniscus was torn , and thanks to Dr. Hsiao's surgical skills, my right knee is way better. The ONLY problem is the parking lot. It is very uneven and has lots of cracks in it. This isn't safe. It is especially unsafe for the orthopedic patient!

The reason I answer the last two questions about recommending Dr Hsiao it's hard to get a an appointment now would make it more difficult in getting an appointment. PIH doctors have a to large of a load of patients. It's taken me 3 months to see an allergies and experience it with most PIH doctors.

Andrew Hsiao is a great doctor and I completely recommend him to anyone.

It was my first visit and somehow he seemed to be pretty knowledgeable on some questions that I asked him. I was concerned. I was wondering about the stem cell. He mentioned, I wanted to know the importance of it or like how it was something that would work for me. Also, like I said, it's my first visit. I seem to be satisfied, but we'll be going back and see how that works. But so far, it's more likely, so I can't give like a Pacific 10 because I don't know yet. It's my first visit, but somehow it was a pretty good visit.

Everything was pretty, it was well handled, but with the exception that when I finished with the doctor, the girl, one of the girls that helped me to do sketching, she was really like pushy, like not taking the time to listen or to provide the proper information. Other than that, everything was well. Thank you.

And since my broken rib, I haven't had any time that would be without pain. And he provided some good resources and also gave me a shot. and he's an amazing doctor. Keep him. My experience with Andrew was phenomenal. I'm a double entity, and I am 73, almost 74 years old. He was very patient. He asked me key questions. He listened to everything I had to say. And at one point, even when I teared up, he just grabbed both my hands and squeezed my fingers. He's very compassionate and loving. And apparently, whoever trained him, he did very well under their expertise and privilege. He's wonderful. and I am looking forward to working with him in the future. Thank you, Andrew. Excellent doctor wish he could be my primary care, doctor.

I think waiting 6 weeks for a surgery is a time to wait. Maybe hire more surgeons if all your surgeons are over booked.

Hi, Dr. HSIAO is very nice. Have a sentence. I have a very big fell in my right shoulder dislocated from the ER and until see Dr. HSIAO, and they take more than 10 days because he's very busy, full of schedule. The problem is doctor very good, but doctor doesn't know. I have an emergency and no chance to see him. And the PA, when they schedule the African-American old man, he said, because you depend on your request, not for your condition. I don't want your older MRI to prepare when doctor have a time to see you. And then he also asked me,

Very thoroug, respectful, considered all test when he made his decision . I like that Dr offered physical therapy vs first choice surgery.

Okay, I think the provider was a good listener, but I would like him to have examined me for my shoulders and see what I can and can't do, what I'm able to do, so I could have a feeling that he understands what my strengths and limitations are.

PIH has a good model for others to replicate however, the team could ease the wait times by adding more Physician to the team a 2 month wait for scheduling is too excessive.

The doctor listened to me and we discussed the shoulder issue. As Dr. Hsiao is new to me, I felt he was truly interested in hearing what I had to say and then examined my shoulder and then told me we needed a MRI to look further into the problem. I agreed with this initial decision and will proceed as he directed. Dr. Hsiao was very professional and extremely nice and professioal.

It was kind of funny. I was missing my stylus for my phone and the nurses were looking everywhere. Not a big deal-they are so cheap. Got home and it was in my shoe-the shoe I was wearing! Gotta love anesthesia brain. Everyone at one-day surgery was terrific.

The doctor's visit was very nice,. However , the parking lot is a nightmare to look for a spot. I spent over thirty minutes looking for a spot. When they build these offices, must allow for patients to find parking. Also having to pay, this money could towards bigger structures. Very frustrating.

The negative is having to wait for a call back to make appointment with the x-ray for the MRI. The person at the desk just happened to be taking off for a break and nobody else was able to make my appointment. So I had to wait for the following day for a call back. That's it. Thank you.

Dr. Hsiao and I had a rough beginning. But I was able to tell him what was bothering me. He listened to what I had to say, and apologized. We now have a much better relationship. Dr. Hsiao has been very helpful with my rotator cuff and my knee.

The medical staff was great! When I arrived, though, as I approached the receptionist, she just stared at me, not a smile, no acknowledgement. I finally said "good morning" to her & then she responded & said, "How can I help you". It made for a negative first impression of this office. The rest of the staff was nice.

The doctor was explaining everything thoroughly. He gave me the option of an injection or surgery and we both decided that injection will be better. If it didn't work then we would go for the option of surgery. Everybody was very kind and patient and I definitely would go back.

I had a great experience with this provider. The doctor explained in detail and listed to my concerns. I didn't feel rushed when explaining my concerns. The doctor wanted to make sure my questions were answered.

The front desk staff really need sensitivity training. Yes, they encounter all kinds of people, but these people are usually in pain, and should be treated with kindness. I found the staff to be rather rude. I needed to schedule an mri and was told that the lady that handled it would return in 15 min. She returned 40 min later. I was waiting the entire time. She also looked like she hated life and was not friendly at all. She then told me I needed to stand back in the general line to make a follow up appointment. This is not good patient care. Also, they made a mistake and gave me another patients paperwork. I returned it to them when I noticed it. My experience with this offices staff was a true test in patience and not in a good way.

I had a very positive experience in Dr. Hsiao's office for the admissions people. They're extremely helpful. The radiology tech, Abby I believe her name was, was wonderful and Dr. Hsiao himself was great. I have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you so much.
