It would be nice to be seen at the time schedule and not 30 or more minutes later because we as patients arrive on time so it's only fair I understand being busy but what is the point in scheduling appointment if it's not going to be done properly.

This provider happens to be very busy. I would recommend scheduling patients in such a way so that we don't wait half an hour or 45 minutes until you see the Dr.

Superb, and Dr A set me up for more blood tests and another screening at PIH because he had concerns and felt this would be worthwhile. He also changed (increased) an Rx.

Dr. A is a great doctor. He was my mother's doctor first and I came after and I wouldn't change for anything. He is so efficient in everything that he addresses for me.

Informative and professional

Dr. AMBEGAONKAR is very good, however it is extremely difficult to schedule appointments and his staff is not sufficiently responsive to office calls, relaying messages, or helping with feedback to be received from the doctor. The issues in that department are with the staff, not with the doctor, and the amount of schedule that he has, which appears to be much greater than his time available. There appears to be a need for strong administrative regulation of timing, scheduling, and doctor's availability to produce an overall satisfactory result. Thank you.

Dr. A is an excellent doctor. My visit was extremely helpful. Dr. A is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, etc. He explains everything in a way that I understand and he listens to what I have today and my questions. The nurse who took my BP and started my visit was (name removed). She is an excellent nurse...very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, etc. An excellent team.

Had to wait for at least a 1/2 hour in the examining room.

The medical assistant that helped was unfriendly and unprofessional. There was another MA in the room the whole time I think she was training but she was never introduced or was I asked if I minded if she was in the room while I was asked my medical history and EKG was performed. While I was checking out waiting for an appointment the back office staff was playing Bob Marley music louder than any other office I have been to. Also another staff member started complaining about the schedule for the next day and how people aka patients need to make sure they have there insurance verified. I like the Dr very thorough and efficient but staff was another story.

In the number one question, I said no to scheduling my appointment. However, I was referring to my initial appointment with Dr. A; it took over two months to get an appointment. However, after my appointment with Dr. A, my follow-up appointment was timely!

Dr. A spent time with me and listened to what I said. He even asked if I had anymore questions. This was my first visit with him since Dr. (name removed) is at a different facility.

Dr. A explains issues very well. He has excellent bedside manner. Office staff is polite and professional.

Unfortunately provider appeared to be in a hurry and visit was quite short. Although he answered the few questions I could think of at the time, the answers were brief n left me feeling the consultation was rushed and there wasn't enough time to discuss everything thoroughly.

Dr. A is doing everything in his power to keep me healthy and I appreciate that.

Dr A is excellent and explained everything very well. The MA was also very good, however when I called to make the appointment the scheduler was very rude. When she gave me a possible date for the appointment I needed to check my calendar for that date due to many other dr. appointments and she was impatient "hello,hello are you there?" even when I told her I needed to check. I felt like she was more interested in getting rid of me than really helping, which is her job. I am not the only person who has had the same experience with her. I experienced this on Monday, Nov 24, 2025

It's too long to be waiting in the room for the doctor to come in without anybody advising you. My wait time in the office was about 40 minutes, not on the outside in when I was in the room. That's a bit long. I know you guys are busy, but at least you can tell me the staff is going behind. But again, if I have an appointment, it'd be nice to be able to come there closer to my appointment. Thank you.

Dr A said he was busy and in a hurry. MD did not listen to the to me and had preconceived diagnoses on my condition without receiving any information. MD did not do an assessment on patient. MD was dismissive of my needs. I was charged for an office visit that I felt I didn't receive the quality of care that I needed which felt fraudulent.

The Dr. was very professional, he explained everything to me... and he surprised me even more because whenever I have appointments with my doctors I wear shorts to make it easier if they have to do an EKG on me. Right when I walked in, he saw my shins, which were swollen and I always had them like that, and it caught his attention. He told me that I had a lot of fluid retention and he changed my blood pressure medicine and I'm now taking it and little by little I'm seeing results... he's very professional. Thank you very much, doctor.

This doctor takes too long to take care of you. It took me over about an hour and a half for us to see him. So I think that's too long.

Dr. A is a wonderful Doctor, but more importantly an outstanding human being!

I will follow up with a different cardiologist as I found his lack of care unprofessional and lacking. He could not offer reasons he stated he would do some of the test because I asked. I never visit this Dr. again and if anyone asks about my visit I will tell them the truth. Very disappointing to have such a serious condition to me and have a disappointing experience.

Dr. A was very straightforward in his explanations and gave us a lot of helpful information. We appreciated that fact. The only negative was the fact that we waited to see him for nearly an hour after the appointment time (we were there 15 minutes ahead of the appointment time, as instructed).

I had a 9:30 am appointment but didn't actually see the doctor until 10:35. An hour wait is too long.

I like Dr. AMBEGAONKAR as a doctor, however, the wait time is too long and his receptionist there told me that to come and expect to wait two hours if possible. He's too much, he's devil booked and the wait time is ridiculous. So when you, especially when I have my appointment like six months in advance.

Nurse and office staff was very friendly and helpful.

What they should improve is paying attention to you and then not leaving you sitting there waiting for two and a half hours, with early support and then you leave very late.

I'm having surgery soon and had to get in immediately. (name removed) did a great job in getting me in for an ekg and the entire staff including Dr. A were patient with me. I appreciated the staff getting me in even though it was a pain in the butt for them. Great job!

My visit with Dr. A was great as always. However, I stopped to use the women's restroom after the appointment and was totally appalled at the filthy condition of the restroom on the second floor! There was no toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stall's, toilet seat protectors were all over the floor, and the sink counters were filthy, and this was 8:30 in the morning. All of this begs the question as to how clean is this medical building! Not to be picky but another patient and myself were the first patients in Dr. A's office at 7:45am and there was a used Kleenex and paper under one of the chairs. The back offices were clean but not the reception area. Anyway, Dr A and his staff are wonderful but the cleanliness of the building was not good!

Awesome Doctor

I don't like that when you check in online that the system takes you right in to adds when you finish registration. It is unclear if you are complete or need to keep going through the adds before you are finished.

I am a registered nurse. My insurance unfortunately changed and Dr. A is no longer covered. However, I have been seeing him for the past two years on a cash basis because he is an excellent cardiologist and I will continue to do so.

The experience with Dr. Ambegaonkar was good as far as his technical abilities. The major problem is his scheduling time and I don't think that is his problem. I think it is the administrative function there. He is constantly called to the hospital for emergencies during his office hours. He is rushed. He does not have enough time to talk with people. He gives very complicated instructions very quickly, not allowing people to write down replies rather, because he is so rushed. His schedule time is not managed well at all. And that is
